On this trip I found what I needed quickly and easily. However I couldn’t help but notice the odd combination of inventory in some aisles while a number of shelves and racks which were empty (or had signs saying you needed to ask an employee to get it). I guess if you don’t see something you want, ask someone.

They really give the Best Buy!!! They had so many televisions to choose from and the store was well stocked. The customer service agents helped me find the best deals. I’m very happy with my product! I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for any electronics! I’ll be back as usual.

Paul was a very helpful salesperson.Helped me pick out everything I needed! Was very knowledgeable on his product.I did have a small hiccup w/ the first team that came to mount my sound bar. They were a 3rd party & were not properly trained on how to install the universal mount. They told me my salesperson sold me the wrong sound bar!!!! I was upset at first but I has faith in Paul! He was really smart. So I simply went out to the store and explained my issue. the manager rest assured me he would solve the problem. Which wasn’t the sound bar or mount… it was the uneducated team.He rescheduled me for the next morning and got the geek squad out there. Jesse and 2 other young men did an amazing job putting together my sound bar & their customer service was out of this world! I would recommend this Best Buy to anyone! The customer service was amazing all around!

I was initially only going to give 3 stars. This is by far the dirtiest Best Buy Ive ever been to. Dust and dirt all over, and crowded isles with boxes to navigate around. The only reason I give this Best Buy four out of five are the employees. All of them have been wonderful and helpful when needed.

I walked around the store twice looking at a smart TVs for my kitchen and also a phone case for my phone. Never once asked if I needed help.I work in the customer service world and would never walk past a person and not speak!! That 101 customer service!! Speak make eye contact !! Was looking to upgrade my kitchen tv to a smart tv and get a new phone case but I will go else where for now on!! If I could give no star I would !!

Went in for a new modem/router and actually had assistance from a very nice gentlemen that seemed to actually know something other than they were on the shelf. Got actual service instead of someone pointing to an aisle. Kudos. Ive purchased several times at the Southaven store and have typically been well please at the service level.

We had a great experience to at this location.. we went to the computer section at associate by the name Jerrell was wonderful!!! He helped us find the items we needed and checked the other store locations for items that wasnt there. Best Buy you have a Wonderful employee by the name of Jerrell...

Was in and out in no time. Placed an order online to pick up in store. Line was long when I arrived but an employee stepped in and opened a 2nd register which helped in speeding up the wait. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Would have gave them five stars but they didnt have the laptop in stock but it was a young man here that was very knowledgeable about the computer to a certain extent and gave me the directions to another Best Buy and many options on purchasing the laptop that I need that they didnt have in the store. The young man for me gave the store five stars I take one away for not having the laptop in stock.

Great store, just dont get your audio system installed here if you are African American. The skin head working in the installation dept, basically refused to do his job for my friend who had paid over 1,000 on audio equipment. Waisted a whole day and refused to install my friends products. So govern yourself accordingly.

The chain seems to be losing its edge. Many of them do not have the items listed on line in stock. The staff are not very friendly and seem very disinterested in helping their customers beyond the initial greeting. As a photographer, I am often displeased with their service, knowledge and willingness. As a result, I have started ordering online from different vendors for items they shouldve had on hand. Giving me a price match doesnt always solve the issue... especially if I have to wait for the item. I hope they regroup and re-emerge!

Had a repair or replace geek squad plan, store refused to repair or replace and gave me a gift card that wasnt enough to cover a replacement. Wanted my item back instead but was refused. Effectively was stolen from, dont go here.

Drove 90 minutes to spend $1000+ on a new Desktop Computer only to find the shelves empty. Stood there for 20 minutes while the employee there, who refused to even make eye contact, did not help me in any way. Shelves empty on ALOT of items. Saw most of the workers there just standing there talking. Complete and total waste of my time.

Sadly best buys are just turning into warehouse shipping/pickup hubs. I get it but I used to always buy from there, now I shop online because theres nothing really to support there anymore, noone knows anything, shelves mostly empty. Not the same it used to be.

A bunch of con artists tell you anything to get you to buy then after you buy they will not hold to their word. Bought a computer and instead of me returning it online that day through online service told me Id be better of returning to store so I bought the replacement then tried to return the one to the store and now neither will allow me to return. I will never do business with thieves again. Never listen to a word they tell you because they will contradict each other till you are the one bent over listening to them.

Im giving a 3 star review because I had 2 totally different experiences during the same visit. Shaun in electronics was the nastiest, rudest person Ive ever encountered in my life. He should go work in a factory because being customer facing is not his forte. When asking him questions, he would roll high eyes and sigh. We were just going to leave the store with half of our order unfulfilled.... until Alec became available. Alec was amazing! He was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a long list of electronics I was purchasing on black Friday and it took a bit of extra time but Alec was assisting me while checking out others with 1 or 2 items. Ultimately I got everything I needed and left the store with more knowledge than I entered with. Thank you, Alec!!! And Shaun, just quit.

Sharing friendly advice dont come in thinking you coming right out. They didnt have a cashier so pick up ppl return and purchase customers all were at the same registers if my mom didnt need here cord would have left. Just remember you will need extra time.

It was great coming here! Seeing all the things I cant afford and walking out with nothing but sadness lol other than that, great customer service and everyone has masks. They wipe down anything someone touches at the register such as the credit card swipe and any other conveniently used object.

They offer curbside pick up if you were to order online to get your purchased items faster. On the inside, it is very organized with small pads across the floor showing where to stand due to the current pandemic. The shelves of gaming accessories are a little low, but that is mainly because of the virus stopping stocks from coming in. All in all, this is probably my most favorite place to go for tech and all else.

We had been to this location a few times before all with the same quality of service. The staff was distracted, was not attentive, and was not educated on their products. I had to go find people to assist us and it wasnt until I found a manager that we were able to get answers to our questions. The cashier was more helpful than the clerks out on the floor. The store was bare and when we asked where a certain item was they looked on the website same as we had to do but still didnt know where it was in the store. The pricing was good however if looking for customer service this is not the location to go to.

I tried calling to ask a question and no one answers, or you sit on hold and the phone eventually hangs up....and they wonder why Amazons business is booming..🤷‍♀️ At least Amazon is accurate on in stock items. I proudly held every Best Buy location to the same high standards of excellent customer service until my visit to this location. I entered the location and stood for 30+ mins in home theater without being approached by a single employee. I was ready to buy. I even stood in line for an additional 20 mins while the one home theater specialist in the entire store helped another customer. Not one employee or manager came to assist. At one point a specialist from another department came over, asked if i was waiting for help, and proceeded to help another customer, even after i said yes. Definitely will never return to this location.

I went in looking for wireless headphones, was helped out by a great guy and Samsung expert named Jason. He gave me all the information I needed without overwhelming me. Decided on Samsung Buds+ to get the most features with my Galaxy phone. Showed off some NEW smartphone features too! Ill keep this in mind when the time comes for an upgrade. I been sitting for one hour and fifty five minutes waiting on my online order. Waiting on my elephant ears. They cancel my elephant ears in the computer while I waited on them. Curbside pickup is a mess! Even with the crazy Black Friday crowd, the lack of organization was front and center. Do I love Best Buy? Yes! Do I love to wait 1.47 hours to pick up? No.Improve curbside pickup for Black Friday 2021. Get your heads together this summer and come up with a better plan. Do this for your loyal customers like me. This best buy branch enforces people to wear masks amd provides hand sanitizer for customers.Also they exercise the social distancing as much as they can and people have to stay 6 feet apart. Any electronic item that comes up to your mind can be found at the store, but make sure to visit the online website for the best shopping experience.
