I purchased an washer and dryer for my daughter the next day the washer started leaking water. We call they said they would replace the washer this was the next day. Ok Now two days later they are saying they will send a repairman in three days because they are backed up. We requested another washer the sales person ( Rally )got upset speaking totally out of character to me. So in short we paid less for the same washer that was at Lowe’s but the headache ain’t worth the inconvenience. DON’T PURCHASE FROM THE SOUTHAVEN STORE !!!

Probably the easiest place Ive ever shopped at! I feel like Selena the sales woman was very knowledgable and helpful! I never felt pushed one way or the other but she helped us pick out our dishwasher and oven and range. She knew the products extremely well and could give us pros and cons on the others too. When it is time to upgrade our fridge, we wont be going anywhere else!

Horrible customer service. We were not greeted upon entering the store. We waited for the clerk to acknowledge us but he was too busy making small talk with someone else in the store. We waited 20 minutes and left. We will be taking our business somewhere else.
