I had an appointment at 8am. When I arrived everyone was so nice, smiling, and happy. My car was done by 8:40am and I was on my way to start my day. Shaun was amazing and upbeat. I liked him. He also made me feel very comfortable during the paying stage. If I ever have to return, I will, but I only want Shaun. I love good customer service and Shaun went beyond that! Thank you, sir!

Jamie came out and replaced my windshield. He was very kind, patient, and flexible with me on scheduling! I ended up having a bunch of changes to my schedule and wasnt at home when he initially called me. He ended up coming out to me later when I was available and worked until after 7:30pm to finish the repair. He was so kind and understanding. Bad news- my insurance deductible was $500.Good news- I could afford a new windshield out of pocket.Safelite was on target with their timeliness. I got in quickly having called on a Monday and getting in on a Friday. I dropped my vehicle off and got a call back after about two hours, which is the time that they told me. They were professional and friendly. They were also fairly crowded at this time on this day. (Friday, 3pm) my windshield had a crack bigger than a one dollar bill, which meant it couldnt be repaired, only replaced. New windshield looks great and is ready to go. A little pricey but probably competitive. I didnt shop around.. but not having any headaches about it was worth it in my opinion.

The guy that was fixing our car name Darius and he was polite and friendly and they did a great job on my car. Good customer service will recommend them to others!!!

I had an appointment and was held up. I cOuld not find a number to call the local shop and ended up calling the toll free call center. I told Kyle I was running behind and wanted to know if I came on I could get my windshield replaced or id I needed not come. He said he would send a message to the shop and they would call me if they couldn’t still do my repair become of my lateness. No one ever called. After I arrived, they said they could not do it today. I’m drove 40 minutes there and 40 minutes home. I scheduled the appointment through a website and none of the communication from them had a phone number to reach them, which is why I’m leaving this review.

We were in and out in less than two hours. Fantastic service everyone was so nice and so professional. Could not be happier with the service here!

Brandon was very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He performed professionally, and seemed to be happy with his job. DEFINITELY will use Safelite again.

My advice is to plan on this taking 4 - 4.5 hours no matter what they tell you and to ignore their app that is supposed to show you the progress on your job. The app doesnt work and they are so busy that predicting what time your vehicle will be ready is just a guess on their part. All in all, the work was good.

If you feel like going to a place that doesn’t start working on your car until you complain about how long it’s taking then this is the place for you. Showed up on time to my appointment, I was told it would be 15-30 minutes and after an hour and half they start to even look at it. Not professional service, horrible waiting room and took my keys and wouldn’t even let me wait in my car.

I am so upset, had my windshield replaced today they scratch my 2019 camary and my wipers do not lay on windshield correctly. My camary only has 6500 miles on it so it was in excellent condition. Update company looked at damage and is going to pay for repairs.

The serviceman that brought my vehicle out ran over the curb and cracked my custom front splitter on my 2014 corvette, and i havent been contacted on when Safelite will replace it. i am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A. The corner pieces on my windshield were not properly installed.b. My vin number is covered now.c. The service guy left with my windshield full of fingerprints and sticker. (On his way out I asked him to remove the sticker, witch he did... but why should I ask?)I was told that Safelite will get back with me to resolve the corner piece issue. I’ll keep you posted.Update: A guy from Safelite came out to look at the windshield, and assured me it was fine. I will be contacting my insurance to get a second opinion. Cheers

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Technician even helped diagnose water leak if replacing cracked windshield didnt fix. When next I fix or replace glass in my vehicle, Safelite will get my business.

Service is great, the technicians are knowledgeable and down to earth, they know the business very well, my autoglass is in good hands. the price can not be better, do not go to collision centers for your glass, way more expensive, the receptionists are nice, giving free water bottles to clients while waiting, The repair, I am satisfied. I have tried service of Safelite in many states, all are good. I just highly recommend this business. Do not panic, do not worry, they will fix the glass for you.

They got it right this time first time I was hearing a noise from my window. But they did fix it.

My appointments was for yesterday but when I got there they told me that my insurance needed to approve my windshield and 45min letter they say I need to wait for 5 day because they dont have my windshield there 🚨really bad customer service🚨

The email says that the technician will text you when they’re on the way. But this is not true. I got no text. Appointment was scheduled between 12 & 5. In the notes I stated.... anything after 2:00 is fine. The guy showed up with no text at 12:30. Of course I wasn’t there. Impossible to talk to anyone with the company. Very frustrating

Outstanding customer service and repair work! I showed up just a few minutes before closing time with two recent windshield chips, and they were able to work me in and complete the repairs. All of the employees could not have been more friendly or accommodating!

I am from out of town and was attending a softball tournament in a nearby city. An 18 wheeler threw a huge rock into my windshield while I was driving on the interstate. I wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible, but it was late in the day, and I didn’t find anyone close by open on a Saturday. I saw where Safelite was just about 15 minutes from where I was at, so I decided to see if they could help me. The staff was super helpful and friendly and managed to take care of me even if it was 30 minutes before they closed. (Sorry for that guys). I really appreciate them being so professional and courteous. And the repair looks wonderful!!! So thankful for the staff! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I scheduled my appointment online on Saturday morning and went in the same morning for a 9am appointment. Someone was at the desk to greet me when I arrived. He told me that it would take about 1.5 hours to complete the repair. I waited at the shop while the repair was done. Theres a TV, books, and magazines in the waiting room. The only thing missing was the bottled water and popcorn machine (hint hint). :) The shop has free wi-fi so I was able to connect using my computer while I waited for my repair. The repair took an hour. The tech kept me informed on the progress on my vehicle and the communication was excellent. The new windshield is working without any issues. Theres also a warranty with this service that I appreciate. I highly recommend this location based on the service and price.

Definitely NOT the best service for auto glasses. Every time they fix something, they broke something else. Fixing a windshield glass here took me several months with more than 4 reservations. Im thankful they eventually got everything fixed though I had to drive to their shop for a final fix. Overall, this is probably not a professional shop to go.

I had an appointment from 12-4 and no one ever showed up and I could not get in touch with anyone to find out what the issue was.

I made an appointment, but if you want to drop off your car the appointment isnt honored. Whats the point of making an appointment if I cant go run a few local errands and come pick my car back up in the 2 hour time frame it would take to replace my windshield as if I waited in the lobby.

Went to get my crack fixed. Crack was new and about half an inch. Tech made worse. Od course they make you sign that you understand this may happen. Anyway fast forward, have new windshield now. Had to go another day but now all is well. The second guy even placed my oil change sticker reminder back. (Thats a good thing).

From the moment I walked in the staff was nothing short of amazing. The communication was on point, the hospitality of the staff I have no complaints.

Today, while rolling up my drivers side window, there was a pop and one side of the window dropped 6 inches or so.I search Google for auto glass and Safelite was just down the road. They took me in right away so just waited on the bad news $$$Fifty minutes later the same lady approached me as I awaited the bad news. She said the issue had been fixed and they needed to take apart my door, straighted a bent rod and put the window back into its track.So I thought, at. least it was fixed fast but how much. She informed me that the typical charge would be $200 but but her manager reduced it to one penny and she paid it. I was speechless and just looked at her in disbelieve. She laughed and said while looking up, Just say Thank God!I left stunned, and vowed to myself that I would return to Safelite for all of my Auto Glass needs.Unbelievable but true story which occurred two hours ago.Steve C

Originally planned to do mobile install but had to switch to in shop. Staff went over and above the call of duty to get it done with the full workload they had scheduled. I really appreciate the effort to get it done as I was headed out of town the next day. Workmanship was top notch. They even vacuumed out my already dirty floorboards. Thanks Safelite!!!

I had a truck cut me off and crack my windshield and I immediately got online and made my claim and was able to get it fixed within 2 hours!! Always a fantastic job and I love that they offer you snacks including water and ice cream while you wait!!!

This is one of the most ethical business in Mississippi. I didnt mind the wait because it was a pleasant one with a very vibrant staff and especially the receptionist Glenda she is the sweetest and most polite receptionist Ive seen in years. I definitely recommend this place for service!

Very poor customer service. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time for windshield repair and they said they could not get started on my vehicle until the appointment time. Came back at that time, was told the repair would take 30-40 minutes. Thirty minutes later my truck is still sitting in the parking lot untouched. They insisted that I honor my end of the appointment and then refused to honor their end. Wont be going back. Would not recommend.

Took the Lexus in to have the windshield replaced and it took all day. I have had very good experiences when they come to you and do the work, but when scheduling an appointment with them, it’s a different story. Did not put everything back together properly and promised to make it right with a gift card that we still haven’t seen!

Their customer service people at the office dont know what they are doing. Last time I got a repair (a month ago) the drop off said 7:30. Got there at 7:30 and no one was there so I had to come back after I dropped my husband off. They left a rude voicemail about how I was supposed to have dropped off the car. Today, I dropped off my car at 8 am right as they opened. The girl who took my keys was so nice. Then I just received a phone call from another girl at the office berating me for not having dropped off my car and that drop off between 8-5 means my car needs to be dropped off so I cut her off and told her I dropped off my car at 8 this morning and she proceeded to yell at me that no one checked me in so how was she supposed to know and hung up on me. Safelite, get better employees.EDIT YALL THERE WAS GLASS ALL OVER MY STEERING WHEEL AND IN MY SEATS! They werent even helpful when I told them about it lol.

Were here once a month because my wife drives a Kia Soul and apparently their windshields are rock magnets. They are very fast and very kind here - even helped me find a way to pay less than my deductible for a new windshield.

They helped my boyfriend at the very last minute and closing time. They even fixed the extra cracks!

Courteous staff, knowledgeable but the appointment took longer than expected and quoted.

A rock hit the windshield of my car and left a dent in it. They repaired it within an hour. You cant tell where the rock hit. Excellent service.

I see a number of complaints about time management and appointment schedule. I had none of these issues. Many people fail to understand the process of replacing glass. Id rather them spend 3 hours on my car and do the job right, rather then just slap a new glass on and have issues after. My visit was rather quick and all handled professionally. For those complaining about time need to understand 30% of your cars structure is made of glass. Airbags use the windshield to help save your life and keep you from flying out. Windshields installed inproperly will just blow out in the event of a collision. So just be thankful they are taking the time and effort to put the glass in correctly for your safety.

Car was broken into with a bad rainstorm coming in the afternoon. They accepted me as a walk-in, took care of everything from claim to repair in about 2 hours. Fast, friendly, courteous every step of the way!

Went there hoping to get my windshield replaced. So we go to another place and they say they can replace my windshield. Told the new place what satellite said and the woman said they get alot of customers rejected by satellite. Was talking to lady at new place and she said they order windshields from them all the time and she looked up our windshield and she said that satellite didnt even have a windshield that would fit our car. We set up a appt with them for nothing they lied and wasted my time.

Dont bother calling any phone number,no body will answer. Called the local number and listened to the automated response for 58 minutes. Called the non local number and listened to the same recording for 30 minutes.

My husband and I both had windshields replaced in two different vehicles. Both of us are having issues with condensation and weve never had these issues before. I was told that my cowl panel was broken due to heat & that didnt happen until the installation of the windshield so both sides of the panel is sticking up. We are not satisfied at all!!!

Had terrible experience with them. had windshield of my 2018 BMW X3 replaced due to a crack. 2 days later, was driving in the rain and water started pouring into the car through the windshield. had called them earlier in the day after noticing few drops of water inside the car and they gave an appointment for 1 week later . had to call them emergently while water was pouring into the car and some of the sensors had stopped working and was able to get it fixed next day. Apparently, they replaced the windshield with some aftermarket product and didnt seal it well. replaced it with BMW windshield next time (at least thats what they said) and it has been doing ok so far. Didnt even get an apology from them and still had to pay the copay. hopefully, there is no permanent water damage inside the car.BMW dealership strongly recommended not to use them next time.
