I dont know where to start. I was referred to Snappy Windshield to tint windows on my auxiliary building. Initially I thought it was a decent job until a few months later when the tint started to peel. I reached out to Doug (the owner) thinking I would get good customer service and the repairs would be forthcoming, but instead I was astonished at his lack of professionalism. Initially I was given a 6 month window of when he would come repair his poor workmanship and when I persistently told him that is not an acceptable range he used profane language and then hung up the phone. When I hired him initially he was cordial and I felt I was dealing with a professional company and a decent individual which later was discovered to be a false assumption. Doug is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever worked with and will turn on you the second you pay him. I urge you to stay away from him as he is not skilled in his trade and cannot accept when his work is of poor quality. I would be hard pressed to recommend this outfit to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!! He will take your money and ignore you when you report problems. The word warranty does not exist in his vocabulary!!!!

In and out in about an hour with a new windshield. Nice waiting area. Just be aware you need an appointment and itll take several days for them to fit you in. The speed and efficiency are worth it though.

The owner is very unprofessional and has the WORST customer service. I had my pool house windows tinted, after a couple of weeks of it being done there were very large air bubbles. I had to contact the owner, who did the job, MULTIPLE times and he kept telling me that he would get to it when he had time. I paid for a service and expect it to be done correctly. I feel like all he cares about is getting his money and once he gets it he no longer cares about the service that he did whether it was correct or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the inconvenience that he has put me through.

A friend of mine used Snappy windshield repair and the owner refuses to repair the shotty work that was done. Within a couple months, the tint was peeling and bubbles appeared throughout the windows. The owner was rude and very unprofessional when asked to fix his company’s mistakes.

Stay far away from this place. I went to get a crack repaired and a week later, it spread across my whole windshield. Had to take legal action because they do not hold up to their promise as stated on the receipt. A $45 repair costed me $650 for a new windshield.

Ive used this Southaven Snappy before but wanted to check others too. I checked them, STILL prefer this personal touch. Friendly getting in, fixed, and paid. My insurance covered it and Snappy did a great job on my charger- got nicked on that I-55 repair mess. I recommend them.

I had dirt bubbles within my tint. I waited for 2 weeks for it to clear. Im dropping my car off in the morning. I hope the 2nd time around I get much better results.

My truck windshield seems to be a rock magnet. Snappy did a great job. They even picked up my truck from my work, replace the windshield and returned it to me. Thats customer service. I had a broken passenger side mirror and they took care of that for me too. Great people with a great service. I highly recommend them.

The owner Doug and hid crew will do anything to help you with any issues that may occur before or after your visit to the facility. If there is a bad rating, its because the person didnt want to take the time to politely ask for the problem to be corrected. The receptionist is Brandy, she is always polite. The tinting is dan by the owners son and he always insures that you will have only the best service available. Par none, will you ever achieve the amount of years of business that they have with such un-biased attention as others have. The lady was very rude with me. My windshield cracked on the way to southaven. So when i got there i started calling around. The price wasn’t that bad but the appt time didn’t work for me. I told her just that. I also told her i would try a few more places and see if they had earlier appointments, and if not i would call back. She immediately became rude. I found a place that was the same price with a later time frame, i went with them because they were polite. If u sont have manners, u shouldn’t answer the phone

Have taken 5 vehicles to have tinted. Had an appointment at 3:00 I arrived 30 minutes early and was told they could not tint my vehicle. I drove 30 miles and left work early to ensure I would be there on time. Do not take an appointment you can not keep.

Had front driver side replaced on my 2011 Chevy 2500hd...once I returned home I kept hearing what sounding like broken glass rattling inside door. So I took the panel and found out it was actually the window regulator that wasn’t even screwed in AT ALL. May be just an oversight or maybe just plain lazy. Either way I won’t be referring or returning here

I wanted my windows tinted to match the manufacturers tint. He put a different color tint from the rest without asking. Notice that the windows strip ingress was punctured and bent also. When I called to tell them the guy was very rude and the lady at the front desk said they were a separate business from them and kept overtaking me also. I would not recommend at all that anyone take their vehicle there EVER!

Good service fair price

This place is terrible. I have had to have my tint re-done 3 times and it needs to be re-done again. This time every time I make an appointment they don’t hold up to there word and are rude and a pain to deal with. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called today regarding getting a pack in my windshield repaired and the woman in the office was so rude to me in the phone and hung up on me before I got threw talking. Late that day I called back to speak with the guy who tints the windows and he got on the phone and said your waiting to call at 3:00 and then I said dont worry about it Ill go to someone else who appreciates my business. He just laughed and said ok. I have used snappy windshield for years and Im so disappointed at the poor customer service I received today. I will never go back and wont reccomend them to anyone again!

Had an appointment at 2pm. Arrived 20 minutes early to hear that they wouldnt be ready for us til 230. Ran errands and was back on time. They didnt start on the front windshield until nearly 4pm. Turned out well but only after UPS dropped off the tint.. In other words they set the appointment without even having the product in stock..

I didnt really dislike it but they werent waay too crowded so I took my business elsewhere

These people are scum bags. Please do not bring your vehicle any where near these people. Had a window motor put in my driver side door for 200 bucks. Then I go home and my passenger side window doesnt work. SHADY. I accused the owner and he hung the phone up on me. They are crap and that is why they have a C+ rating with the better business Bureau. Terrible

They repaired my powered window on my 03 cadillac deville. The price i think was kinda high. But overall the repaired it and i wasnt there long at all. #kinda satisfied customer🤔

Lady in the office is rude, i got my car windows tinted and 1 month later the film on one window was commin off so took it back and they were tryin hard not to fix it even though i had the receipt and had lifetime warranty. at the end they did fix it but it took alot of effort on my part.

If youre looking to replace a window then you might be alright. This is the most horrible place I ever seen. My husband told me to drop my car off to get my Windows tint. When I ask how long it would take the fool said 2hrs. That turned into all day. When I finally picked up my car the tint wasnt right.Long story short these ppl had us bringing my car back and forth to this shop for about 4 times before the tint was halfway right. I would never tell any body to take their car to this place.Customer service is AWFUL THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO HALF ASS WORK. JUST AWFUL FROMTHE FRONT TO THE BACK.

I would not recommend anyone getting your windows tinted by them they tell you there is a lifetime warranty only if you got the Receipt and guest hope you can keep up whit it and he told me he has them at home but not going threw them guest let someone else do your work

They used cheap tint (that faded) and charged me $175!!! The window tinting faded within a few years and they wouldnt help me unless I could find a receipt from 2011 :/They are unprofessional properties... Stay away!!!!

Very bad place to try and get service, my husband tried three times to get a windshield tinted and got the real run around was told to come back a at certain time and was kept waiting with no info and then told other services were more important than his, he left and we will never return.....bad customer relations!

Very very poor tent work bubbles in every window the cut is way off and sloppy money and time down the drain just to have to pay someone else to retent them.
