I had a wonderful experience dealing with Keenan and Jake both. Both were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I actually did take advantage of the “sleep trial” period and swapped out my mattress after deciding the plush pillow top wasn’t for me! I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for a mattress. Oh, yeah, I also got the adjustable bed frame and LOVE it!

I previously went to this particular store and the guy at work wasn’t helpful at all. It seemed he didn’t want to be at, he had the door locked and my family and I had to knock on the door. Oreded 2 adjustable frames 2 mattresses and a mattress cover at over 2500$. To date received 1 mattress and everything else. Still awaiting my 2nd mattress and sleeping on the couch. Was supposed to be here Monday, then Tuesday and Friday, I am being told it is coming Saturday and I am now very disappointed that I keep getting LIED to. I bought this online and u cant talk to anyone just chat.

The sales person that helped me was probably the most knowledgeable people regarding mattresses that I’ve ever spoken with. I was there as soon as the door opened for business and he helped me for over an hour as far as guiding me toward the purchase I ended up making. Dude gets an A+ for customer service.

Was at this store last night with my wife shopping for a new mattress. We had a gentleman by the name of Michael Allen help us out. He really went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a great mattress at a GREAT price. Both my wife and I suffer from back problems and he was very knowledgeable about what kind of mattress would be best for her and I. Michael said he moves around from store to store, as a new Manager, so he doesn’t have a “home” store yet, but trust me this guy was a great help.
