If you are looking to purchase a new mattress the southaven sleep number store is a great place to start. The sales Associates are very knowledgable, patient and helpful. Michael Woods takes the time to explain mattresses and demostrate what to look for is choosing a new mattress. There is no pressure selling and to top the total experience the sleep number mattresses are wonderful.

I have really needed a new bed as the ones I have purchased just really have not been comfortable at all no matter how much I have spent on any mattress. I was very impressed how Brent was able to show me just how nice a good nights rest could be.

I am a breast cancer survivor who Unfortunately came out of remission again. Ive been in excruciating pain lately so I thought that by purchasing a bed from this location would help with the pain. I was told that I could return it within 100 days at no cost. I felt like I had nothing to loose.I as wrong. The bed is uncomfortable. I called to return it and was advised that I had to break the bed in. I was told that I had to keep the base no matter what and pay $5000 for it. I am not sure why I was lied to. Its enough to fight cancer and now this company.

The Southaven location is where its at! GREAT one on one service from very friendly employees. I love my sleep number bed that Ive had for years and continue to buy other products from them like bedding and pillows. Will go to the Southaven location for all my future needs.

Brent was great! He answered all of our questions, gave us privacy to discuss without pressure, showed us the differences in the mattress options and let us experience those differences in the store! We purchased and cannot wait to get our mattress and adjustable base!!

My wife and I went into the Southaven Sleep Number store to look at the beds and get more information. We had done some research online and looked at the beds offered. When we arrived at the store we were greeted promptly and Ms. Shay helped us with our questions. We did try some beds and at the end decided to purchase one along with some accessories. During the whole process Ms Shay was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We appreciate her for working with us and helping us through the entire process. If anyone is looking for a new bed then visit Ms Shay in Southaven and she will make everything very easy for you and will be extremely helpful.

Our experience at this sleep number store was nothing but wonderful! We were those people that came in 15 minutes before they closed but Shae acted like it was no big deal and stayed open late for us to look at all of our options. Then we came back to complete our purchase a different day and the other employee was just as wonderful helping us pick out bedding. We haven’t gotten our mattress yet but I would already recommend Sleep Number to everyone.

James was very thorough and ready to answer each and every question I had. Im a diabetic and unfortunately my sugar dropped while in the store. He and his wife were kind enough to offer me a granola bar to help in getting my sugar back to a normal level. I thank them very much for their thoughtfulness and kindness. The purchase process was very streamline and we were done in no time.

Had a good experience at this store today. Shae was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She answered all our questions with ease and provided all the info we needed to decide which bed was best for us. Worst thing about the store is the parking...watch out for that Starbucks traffic!

We have been looking for a new bed for a while. We looked at sleep number for some time. So we finally decided to purchase one. The lady was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I was in extreme pain from a spinal compression fracture on the lumbar and could only sleep sitting up until my husband bought the sleep number bed. Weve had it for a year now and are so thankful that we can both adjust our sides individually. Robert was helpful in assisting us and we appreciate the friendliness of the staff.

Great Staff, Clean Store

Susan, our salesperson, was very friendly and took plenty of time to explain the benefits of the various SN beds. She even stayed about twenty minutes beyond the store closing time to assist us. While I cant yet speak to the quality of a Sleep Number bed, our salesperson was terrific.

The sales person was amazing. Took his time with each myself and my husband.The delivery guys were friemdly and fast!! Falling inlove with sleep number and their products!

This store and staff were fine. The delivery process has been terrible. They have now rescheduled for a second time and delivery has moved out to 30 days from the original delivery date. They do not provide a time frame on the date just that they will call a couple days before to let you know. Very disappointing!
