I’ve been going to this location since their last location was next door back in the 90s. I went in have my tier put on and an alignment done. I had to get there before opening as suggested the day before, sit on the bench or stand by the door. The line is no joke and the parking lot fills up fast. If the manger needs to let everyone know at the same time they will give you a speech.I had my tiers in the car ready to go but they don’t have appointments. That was ok I left my car they would call me once my car was ready. They did inspect my car to find the problem why I needed the alignment. I was glad they call me earl in the morning to give me the news, the cost and it would be taken care of that day.Because of the stimulus it is bet to call first to make sure they have your size tires and will be able to do your vehicle that day.

It was awesome, I got there at 11:35 am. I needed tires balanced and rotated. I asked what the wait time was and they could have me finished in time to be at work by 2:00 pm. Excellent job guys, keep up the great work. This was my 2nd time going there since moving here from Nevada 2 years ago.

Chris and Johnny were very helpful. And the guys in the work bays, Buck and Mo know how to do their thang when it comes to mounting and balancing 22 wheels and tires! I highly recommend!

Went here and purchased 4 brand new tires and a balance on them, car was driving some weird after the service only to take it to another shop to find out I was charged for the balancing fee of my tires and nothing got balanced and had to pay over 100 dollars at Gateway Tires due to Ideal stripping out and breaking a lug on one of my tires when they serviced my vehicle. The customer service there was pretty good but that servicing to my vehicle was an all time upset.

Great place to buy tires.

They took great care of me... they mounted and balanced my new tires and diagnosed my issues with my front end. They gave me an upfront repair cost.... Instead of just taking my money and doing the alignment that I wanted... they told me I needed to address other issues before they could perform a proper alignment. That means a lot to me... honesty over profit makes me a customer for life.

Great prices & good service all the way around. But because of that they’re always crowded & for a good reason lol. Be patient if you come here make sure you have time to spare. The money savings make up for it though honestly

SHOUT OUT TO IDEAL TIRE: my first experience a great one. I had a dangerous bump on my tire and had visited several Tire Shops for advice. One said, replace front two. But IDEAL tire representative, analyzed all my tires at 11arecommended replacing bumped tire, but replacing back tire that had bD treads. I took my car at 115. And was out by 320. I am well pleased, and that us hard to please me on the first visit. THANKS FOR SUPERB SERVICE.

I would not recommend ideal tire. I had a front brake job done, and when I left, after the car supposedly being fixed with brake pads and rotors, the brake light was on also the emergency brake would not work. Before them fixing the car the brake worked but afterwards it would not. I told them about this problem. She refused to fix it because they had two vehicles in the shop that they claim they were having problems finding parts for so they could not do anything to my car until fixed the others first this first... How crazy.... I went to them on a Thursday and they get their brakeS parts to fix the csrv.... I eventually had to go get my car because they still hadnt fixed the car yet is I had to go get my car.... Poor poor service

I have been buying tires and having oil changed there for years and nobody, I mean nobody has ever been rude to me. You will be treated with respect if you give respect. They prices are as equal or lower than anybody around. In fact, I have always found their price cheaper for the same product or service.

Number one tire service & they’re always busy so stay patient.. They’re most definitely going to take care of your vehicle. Technicians Mr Matt & Mr Bird are awesome..

I owned a collision repair shop in Southaven for 20 years and had occasion to utilize the services of not only Ideal Tire Sales, but every other tire store in the area, so I have a basis for comparison. While it may be true there is sometimes a wait, there is a reason for that. Many others have had a great experience there and return again and again, so they sometimes get very busy. Their tire prices are hard to beat and I have found their alignment and suspension technicians to be competent and honest, never charging for unnecessary parts or repairs. I live quite a distance from Ideal Tire Sales since I sold my business and retired, but I drive by every other tire store I pass to continue to do business with them.

Best tire shop in the area

No matter what time you get here there will be over an hour wait. I am aware it does take a while to change tires. Also I had my tires changed on a saturday and the next day my front tire tire was flat. I was able to get air in it and make it to through Sunday since they were closed. I was able to make it up there Monday. They did resolve the issue promptly.

The people at Ideal Tire were friendly and professional. I am happy with the service they provided. I was looking for a tire place that did a good job but didnt charge too much. The four wheel alignment was 49.95 which is very reasonable. Ill be back!

They said 10 minutes. I thought it would be fun to time it. 12 minutes and 40 seconds later my wheel was balanced and I was leaving.

Ive used ideal tire off and on since 2008 after being recommended by Allens automotive. I purchase my own tires online and take them there for mounting and balancing. Ive actually had 9 tires mounted there in the last 45 days and was satisfied up until my last experience there today. I had a set of tires mounted and balanced 3 days ago and noticed that once I got my vehicle to highway speeds my steering wheel violently, visibly shook(obviously a balancing issue) and was very uncomfortable to drive. My vehicle is newer and still under the factory warranty. I returned today for them to take a look at it since my problem started after then tires where put on. After rebalancing my front two tires the cocky guy at the counter told me i owed them for the service and requested payment for it. He also informed me that if I still had an issue that it was probably something else and I needed to get it looked at. I looked at him in disbelief and asked him if this was a joke since they obviously didnt get it right the first time. He very snidely replied that a balance was a balance and again restated the amount he said I owed. After a brief moment of starring at one another a different gentleman came up and handed me my keys and told me not to worry about it. The greatest part of this little adventure is that once I left I noticed my problem was even worse and now at lower speeds. I immediately drove to another tire shop on my way home in Hernando where I paid them to pull all 4 tires and balance them correctly. My problem is now solved but at double the cost it should have been. Sad thing is that Ive been sending people to this place for years, so now I feel stupid for recommending such shoddy service. I will never patron this business again and am now directing all I know to the shop in Hernando.

April 18th - Very unprofessional! My husband had to be inconvenienced and bring his vehicle back after a wheel alignment. We overheard one of the workers stating he was ready to go home. If thats so important, you need to PROPERLY do your job so that the customer doesnt have to return for such issues!! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!!

Got 4 tires and one went flat two days later and after they put the tires on my sensor for tire pressure was messed up. Took it back and they supposedly fixed the bad tire and said the sensor wasnt their fault and would cost $100 to fix. Now the next day the same tire is flat again and my pregnant wife is stuck 45 min away from home! Used to be a good shop but now I would avoid it at all cost and go some where else!

I drive all the way from Germantown, TN to come to Ideal Tires in Southaven, MS. As a woman, I have been taken advantage of at other tire stores/car repair places. First time, Ideal Tires quoted me prices over the phone so I called around to compare. Ideal Tires prices were lower or comparable to everyone else. And the staff couldnt be more customer service oriented. So nice, courteous, and respectful. I was there one time getting tires for my van and a young woman came in just at closing time. She was crying saying she needed some sort of work done on her car. Mr. Croft (the owner) calmed her down and reassured her that he would fix her car even though they were about to close. I will never go anywhere else.

These folks are the most perfesionable people, and the most honest I have met.

10 months ago I bought tires here. Three months later after a bubble appeared on a tire I took it back and was told they didnt sell me road hazard warranty, and that I was supposed to ask for it. Today my tires are being rotated and I found that they were mounted on the wrong sides L and R backwards. Never again.

Charged me $20 for a two hr wait and they still couldnt tell me what was wrong. Took it to kings down the street found out I needed 2 front bearings.

They identified the problem and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable peice.

I have been a loyal customer since 2006, always got great service. My last 3 visits were very poor. my last visit, I took my 2008 maxima in for complaints of popping noise coming from wheel, i assumed it was a bearing/bushing. They accessed my vehicle, test drove it and stated that I need all 4 motor mounts an a transmission mount totals $1356..i knew something was not right with that diagnose being that I had just installed a new transmission through Landers Nissan. I refused service.I then took my vehicle to Landers Nissan where they accessed it and stated that I did have 1 bad motor mount but it was no major problem as of now, and that my main problem was I had 3 broken wheel studs, and that it was very dangerous for me to have been driving the car with that problem. they repaired my car for $89. IDEAL intentions were to charge me for all 5 mounts and only install 1. Because Im a woman who looks like she knows nothing about cars. My father is the Head mechanic for a local trucking CO. IDEAL was always my 1st choice for repairs, now its the opposite.. please have your vehicle accessed before bringing your vehicle, if not YOU WIIL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT NEEDED OR DONE..
