Almost Too Cute To Cut!!!Lead Master Cake Designer Teri at this Memphis Area-(Southaven MS) Baskin-Robbins Always helps me achieve the most beautifully inspired cakes. I consult with her regarding the type of theme I am going for and she listens understands and always provides the most creative and beautiful designs that match my ideas. All I have to do is add my own little creative touch to finish it off. Teri is absolutely the BEST!The cakes whether chocolate or vanilla are always fresh and with so many ice cream choices to select from I am able to play around with the flavors. Needless to say, our family and friends are all to happy to come help us celebrate whatever event is going on in our lives.

Very nice cake though the writing was a tad hard to read. Being it was for a 6 year old who doesnt read cursive I didnt worry about it. Having a spooky cake for a July birthday - priceless.

Not good ice cream at all. I got a dipped waffle bowl with one scoop of ice cream. My husband got the same thing. My scoop was larger than his. He said his scoop of ice cream was like a child scoop of ice cream. The waffle bowl was stale. Ice cream was hard. Dont like that, like soft ice cream. Next time I will remember to go to Sonic instead.

Visited B/T on Malco Dr. in Southaven on Wednesday 0ct. 20. I ordered two banana splits to go. I paid plus tipped the servers as they were very accommodating. I asked fo lids and the items were placed in the bag.I live approx 7 minutes away and much to my surprise when I lifted the bag to take into the house the bottom fell out and the both banana splits spilled onto the ground before I could get in the door. It so happens that the lids came off causing the contents to spill over into the bag. I contacted the store manager on duty at 11am the nest morning who advised that the lids do not fit the containers and they always come off. I inquired as to why even bother with them on to go items if they are useless. I asked the lady that if she felt it was the stores fault that my items were destroyed and she said no. I in turn told her that I would address this issue with the corporate office since customer support was not her area. I contacted the Corp Ofc and am waiting for a call back. I expect a full refund and they will never have to worry about me visiting that location again.

I remembered loving this place as a kid, so took my daughter there to let her try it out. The traffic was pretty heavy but the staff seemed to keep up with the flow fairly well. I can see if you don’t pay attention and speak up, you can be left standing there for longer periods of time.They let you sample flavors before deciding on your order which I think is really good. The have a wide variety of different flavors to choose from and options on how you want it served from cones, to cups, to waffle creations, to shakes, they even have ice cream cakes in the freezer with tubs of flavors you can take home.The ice cream itself is creamy with a good distribution of flavor and toppings throughout. So if you order chocolate chip cookie dough, you can be assured there are more than enough huge chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough throughout your scoops. They offer toppings to your hearts content too. Guaranteed to give your sweet tooth a tickle! They even have the cute pink spoons I remember as a kid.The prices are quite reasonable and worth it!

We Scream for ICE CREAM!!! What more can I say. Clean, fast prompt service, helpful, patient staff and great selection of choices of flavors & toppings. What is not to love about this place. And its open!

Horrible service ...we irdered a cake asked the server several times about pricing. Showed up to pick it up and the price had gone up and an extra 8 dollars for a bunny. We were never told if and i could have gone to the store and paid 2 for the bunny ... made the cake 32 dollars.

Me and my boyfriend came in for a sweet treat at 9:35pm. The store wasnt busy at all yet 2 of the 3 girls working looked at each other as though they didnt want to serve us. I chose not to order, but my boyfriend proceeded. We have been here for 10 minutes and still none of them have welcomed us with a greeting or a friendly smile.

Ice cream awesome. Jamocha almond fudge. ฯฯฯฯฯ that being said needs bathroom updating. Awful. The advertising on Windows blocked views. Time to rethink this.

The people was very rude me and the people withme waited for about 5 to 6 mins before anyone said anything to us now it was 4 employees on the floor but only one person was actually taking a order they never greeted us or anything but 15 to 20 white young girls came in they got smiles they got greeted and a fast response it made me feel sometype of way but the tables was dirty I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER IN LIFE!!!!!FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER

We have been coming to this same location since it open. Always get great service! Very friendly and fast!

Always good ... until tonight. Every Tuesday we go to the movie and afterward, get ice cream at the location next ti the DeSoto Malco. Tonight, we walked away. The young lady at the register was extremely rude, short with her customers and showed a complete lack of any kind of friendliness towards anyone. She asked if we were ready and as we approached to place our order, she turned to another customer to collect their money with no words to us or even a sideways glance. She never addressed us again. As we decided to leave, another customer came out of the restroom and this rude young woman instructed her coworker to go remop the bathroom. I understand they close at 10:00, but at 9:45, when you are still open, my suggestion is you treat your customers appropriately and with a little bit more customer friendly service. I hope she isnt the manager ...

1/2 cup of soft vanilla ice cream with a little chocolate syrup was $5.00 and is definitely a rip off. A quart of pre-packaged ice cream is $7.00 + which is over $28.00 per gallon. If their price werent so high maybe more people would buy their product. Remember, a name is everything.
