He looked so happy and glad he was working. I stopped to ask his name and tell him he is doing a great job. He definitely deserves a raise.

Be prepared when you walk in, you are required to work. Shopping isn’t fun and games at this store. You get what you need by yourself, you check out by yourself. If you need help, don’t ask…just figure it out. And if you can’t figure it out, there will be a 5-7 business day waiting period in order for you to get that help….and even then, the help is not guaranteed.Customer service is only for the customer…which does not include you. When you walk through those doors, you are a worker.Ask for your W-2 before you leave the store.

I ordered a birthday cake online 7 days in advance for my son’s first birthday party. We asked to pick up at 10am. Arrive at 10:30am and they didn’t have it ready. The party starts at noon so we go back at 11:30am and they still don’t have it completely ready and they are decorating a chocolate cake, even though we ordered a white cake. The lady was nice but they apparently do not know what they are doing in that bakery and need to hire people who know how to operate the online order system if they are going to allow online orders. Only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option.

This store is getting worse and worse. It was a good store, but everything is going south lately. Please tell me why your gas station has yellow cones in front of the pumps at 8:30p when theyre supposed to be open until 11p.Just another example of this store going downhill.

This Krogers has a helpful staff. They generally have enough registers open to get you in and out quickly. This store is normally clean and well organized. The ClickList is awesome. The employees that deliver to the car is very nice. ClickList makes grocery shopping so much easier and even cheaper. When you shop inside the store, it is generally well stocked. The sale prices are very good. If you have a Kroger card it makes shopping there even better, because you get load coupons to your card. Plus the ability to gain fuel points and use them is extremely budget helpful.*Tip if you have Hulu, Netflix, Spotify, etc buy the gift cards at Kroger’s to pay for your subscription and get double even sometimes 4xs points towards fuel.

I love Kroger but Ive started going to Aldi due to this Kroger being mostly self-checkout but they only have like 2 or 3 kiosks working.

Got here at 130 in which she said my cke could be ready after 130 now at 221 my cake still isnt done. One lady left without her cake you should hire someone else if its always late service my party start at 4 and I havent even gotten dressed yet along with a 30 minute drive home

The management of the grocery pickup service at this location has completely deteriorated over the past couple of months. More than 1/3 of your pickups are not ready when you get there and they end up asking you to come back later. Also, rarely do they call you to tell you it’s not ready. I strongly recommend using a different store like Walmart for this service.

The Lady that works the floral dept is awful. You walk up to the counter and she IMMEDIATELY tells you all the Birthday Balloons are already blown up and on the stands....latex balloons get blown up on Sunday blah blah blah...no customer service what so ever she even rolls her eyes when you try and tell her what you are looking for. Rude

I appreciate the fact I can do store pick up and I know what a hard job working in a grocery store can be - BUT - Why do you bother having a substitution button if when I check NO substitutions I still get substitutions???And yes I know you adjust the price and I can bring it back if I want to! If I wanted to come in the store I would do my own shopping - TRUST ME!!!It has happened 3 times - NO MORE KROGER for me!!!

Very rude and disgusting place the managers are no help, cashiers are very rude, when I was in the lot there was only 2 cart pushers one was a very tall boy pushing a lot of carts and a girl helping him. Also, one manager who’s name tag said drake had a strong stinch of alcohol on him very poor service I will be going to olive branch kroger for now on.

4pm on a Monday… aisles are a mess, barely any product on shelves, 6 self pay not open, 3 cashiers and lines down the aisles. Shop way too much for this.

The curbside service is horrible. 3rd time of 1.5 hour wait. Told come back tomorrow mid-day this time with a snow storm hitting. Absolutely horrible system and customer service. Noone answers the phone. They lie and say they called to notify. The service is horrible. Dont set yourself up like this.

Plentiful on vegan food which is hard to find at most stores. Nice, big, spacious, and clean. Put your walking shoes on though.

Apparently Kroger deli employees can’t count. My 8 piece fried chicken dinner only contained 7 pieces.

Rarely has what Im looking for in stock.This store has the worst problem keeping things in stock! Shelves are bare, frozen section is half bare, I have to bag my own groceries 9/10 times, I contact them by Facebook messenger and various Facebook posts and its an automated or bot response each time. .......sorry for your horrible experience, we will pass your feedback onto the management team....... NOTHING has changed. Lines are 15 customers deep, there are about 10-15 checkouts, yet only 3 are open. We now have to either go back every day and see if they MAY HAVE restocked OR go to 2 other Krogers. Its ridiculous.

Unfortunately Im from Dallas Texas and Chicago Illinois where we have the Kroger signatures here in Memphis even though its the home of Kroger they do not they just have a regular Kroger unfortunately for Memphis you dont qualify to have the nice ones.

Where do I start! I have used krogers click list/pick up a numerous times and each time gets worse and worse. First, they forget items and when I go into the store because I need those items, there they are waiting in plain sight (more then one occasion). Next, the wait, I pick a time (3-4) and Ive waited for over an hour for my items. I called 3 times and each time they said only a few more to be picked. When I recieved my groceries, once again items were missing! Ive watched 10-15 different cars pull up and get their groceries after I got there. Something needs to be done because they just lost a costumer. I guess Ill use Wal-Mart which is 15 mins out of the way, but at least they will get my groceries right in the time I put down for pickup.

This Kroger almost always has empty shelves and plenty of stock in the back. I’m confused especially since they are always hiring ...

I ordered my Mothers Day cake here and am looking forward to getting my Birthday 🎂. It was fresh and moist. I live in Memphis and will drive there just to get it

I just hate this place. Idk who runs it but they should be fired.

I like this Kroger. Easy in and easy out (most of the time). I use the self-checkout lanes (on either end of the store. Depending upon what I need to pick up determined which end of the parking lot I park on. I dont know what a grocery store would have to do to get a five but I have this experience a 4 star. Having a Starbucks, pharmacy, and gas station also make this a great option (not to mention my bank is in the same plaza).

Great selection and prices are ok. However they need more cashiers and baggers on a regular basis. Seems like no matter when I go here, there are very few cashiers and almost no one getting carts or bagging groceries. 80% of the time I need to do self check out. I usually dont mind doing this, but if I have a massive amount of groceries, I hate doing that as it is a major inconvenience to me and other customers waiting.

Gotta go 5 stars. They are clean, smiling helpful workers, plenty of parking, have just about anything you could want or need. Prices are higher so I normally visit other places - its all about whether I have the money or they do. And the discounted gas, doesnt matter unless you buy a bunch. Are they better, 5 stars to me. Are they less expensive, nope, but theyll have a lot of other stuff and are a darn site cleaner.

Parking lot needs better layout. There are way too many basket returns taking up too many parking spaces. Why are the there so many upfront parking spots marked for Express pickup. Those costumers dont leave their vehicle. The store has grown a lot and is very busy. I still see managers and employees keeping things clean and neat. I like all the services and convenience. But I see improvement can be made with parking and baskets storage.

Love Kroger. Great prices(except for on their flowers and plants, way 2 high!) Other than that. Everything you need for your food needs are here! Great weekly adds as well! A little busy around the 3 to 5:30 but just go in their slower hours

Really well organized and neat. Even on restocking days the store is clean and organized. I am always able to find specific flavors and spices I cant find at other stores in the area. Plus the more you go the more you get off on fuel!!

I love this Kroger. They have fresh sushi and a great salad bar. They sell money orders to debit cards, so I use their money center to pay bills and it always moves quickly.

The Kroger Clicklist is horrible at this location. I requested that they take 2 items off my list and they did not. Then I had to go into the store for them to take them off the list. What is the point of clicklist if I still have to go into the store.

I would say a great shopping experience very busy the only reason four stars is because everyone can always do betterAnd need more baggers I believe you’re self check out at all the stores is a little ridiculous we pay for them to check in bag groceries so we are just putting other people out of work not cool everybody needs a job.

Too big! Youd think that the size would yield good stocking but this isnt the case. The only benefit I realize from the remodeling is more exercise.Just to rub salt in the wound, this store is a mirror image of the the also newly remodeled Kroger in Olive Branch so everything is in a different place.Update:I went in today looking for the deli-made sandwiches. They told me that they don’t make sandwiches is the store any more.

Love Kroger. Today I went through self check. I had several sacks worth of products. I paid and walked out to my car. By the time I was ready to back out an employee came up and handed me a bag that I accidentally left. Im impressed. Incredible service.

This Kroger is in need of more supervision from management. it used to be very nice but has been goin downhill lately in their cleaning. I think the vestibule area, being the first thing you see when you walk in should not be so trashy. the carts should be cleaned out and organized, the floors picked up, etc.

I was in the store earlier. I done something I’ve never done before. I barfed in the store. I was so embarrassed.I have to say the employees and some customers were very concerned about me. They asked me if I needed anything. If I wanted water. One man went and picked up a bench for me to sit on.I knew this was my favorite store for a reason.I’m so thankful for all who went out of their way. Y’all are the best.

What a difference a year makes, the customer service has improved exponentially. The new manager turned this department around and should be commended for her efforts.I went to pick up groceries after my coworker shared her horrible experience. Her parting words were “I hope you don’t have experience I had”. Customer service is awful. Will not be returning and can’t wait for the day Publix comes to town.

Love this Kroger store. Boars head in the deli, large selection of natural products and the store is always clean and stocked. They have items and brands you dont typically find in other Kroger stores.

Dont order your clicklist here. Make the drive to Olive Branch. Its a gamble if they even will have your order ready. Two weeks in a row I had problems. I had to wait until the next day one week, after me and my wife at separate times waited over an hour. They promised those groceries were going to be free, but they still charged and Ive called numerous times but they still havent refunded me. Take heed with this place.

I was able to find what I needed. The check out was fast. Did not have to wait long.

I would like to commend this Kroger and managers. On 2/07/19 my daughter ordered some trays ( bread, sandwich, cubed and fruit) to be picked up on 02/08/19. These were ordered due to the fact that her grandfather had passed and everyone was coming to her house on 02/09/19 after the funeral. She went to pick up the trays the evening of the 08th and there was nothing there. One lady told her they don’t have anyone that can read on line orders. Why have capabilities if you can’t read them. She explained the problem to a couple of mangers. They immediately tried to prepare the trays while she shopped for more items. Then when she picked the items up they placed “get it right” on the labels and did not charge the price. Thank you so much for getting it right for her on this sad occasion.

MY STORE ! Newly redone. Great meat and seafood dept., Deli is awesome. Heavy volume but most always have sufficient chk out lines open.

This Kroger is always very neat and clean. Everything is easy to get to and easy to find and the checkout lines are never too long. Sales items are almost always in goodstock, and if not, they are happy to issue a raincheck. The staff is always very courteous and friendly.

I shopped today and the store was quite and almost empty. I especially shopped today due to a special sale. Some items were not available, however Sean the night manager substitute items which I was happy with. Love the store on Goodman and Getwell. Its one of the best due to its employees. Good people with a smile and always willing to help.

Have drivers in their cars backed up in a line out into the road and that is dangerous. You fix this problem or I will be calling the manager repeatedly and harassing him with phone calls.

Selects are GREAT! Service SUCKS! Had to bag and carry own groceries to car......you would think with Kroger being the LARGEST grocery store in Memphis & Southaven they would have excellent customer service and people to place your groceries in bags and take them to your car! NOT! I only go for the sale items, shop Piggly Wiggly in Olive Branch, they have the BEST customer service & price....

This is a great place to shop. It seem to have everything in one place . You can buy a homemade meal or groceries in one store.

3 cents off gas if you have a Kroger card is a fantastic deal on top of their already low prices. This gas stop beats out just about all others around it in price. The only downfall of having a booming station is the traffic gets pretty bad :/

This Kroger location is selling almond milk with short shelf life. I purchased milk not knowing that the date was very near because the milk usually have a long shelf life. Amanda, the assistant manager, informed me that I cant exchange the milk for milk with a longer shelf life. Kroger return policy didnt state that I couldnt exchange my milk for milk with a longer shelf life. THATS WHY KROGER CANT AND WILL NEVER OUT SALE WALMART!!!!!

Our puppy was stolen out of the parking lot of Kroger yesterday around 12-1230. She is a small tan chihuahua with white paws. My husband asked the manager if she could pull the footage and we were told no. We arent asking to go back there to eye their surveillance system....we just wanted them to check around the time our baby was stolen!

Store was very nice and clean great variety the largest live naturally section Ive seen so far but the greeting and overall attitude of the lady at the bakery dropped my experience from 5 star to 2... so far...

This is the worst Kroger I have ever visited, and I have been to more locations than i can count. The bagging staff never fails to walk away as soon as a customer comes to a register, and products are frequently expired on the shelf.To top it off, the click list service for this location is embarrassingly bad. My family, and friends have had their order forcibly rescheduled every single time the service is used. That is no exaggeration. Over the course of roughly 20 visits, some our own and some of family and friends, every single visit was rescheduled. The most recent example had our order rescheduled to the middle of the following day, where we had to wait an hour past the end of our delivery window.The staff was asked about this, and the reasoning behind this was We are busy. This was a really interesting response, because we have never had this issue with 3 other krogers in the area of similar size and volume. The issue also seems to persist regardless of how busy kroger is.Im not sure who manages the click list service for this kroger, but they probably need to go intern or job shadow the click list manager of any other kroger.Lastly, they substituted our coffee for decaf. I mean, come on. Decaf? No one likes decaf. This was very obviously a malicious and petty shot at us for complaining about the amateur, toddler level service that we are consistently given here.To summarize, this kroger is bad, and the person who runs clicklist at this location should feel bad.

The cashier was pretty rude. She left me in self-checkout to attend to someone else and the checkout Lanes they were not even supposed to be open, stating that she had a customer to tend to. She never came back she left me standing there for about 10 minutes and I finally just left the store. I had two baskets full of stuff. She was getting irritated because I had coupons. I probably wont visit this location again.

We love our Kroger. Always clean. Large isles. A fruit stand for the littles to grab a piece of fruit while we shop. Hand wipes at the meat isle. Great prices. Friendly staff, and super friendly ClickList staff.

The peoples was just with services,my first time visiting but plan on coming back. They out of their way to find a item you had on sale, the sunbeam four toaster, I had been to three Kroger store and find out you carry them but had to get a ring check so I will be visit the store soon because you got to check and see if it come in. I love the selection of goods available at this Kroger. As a Cincinnati native living in Mississippi, I absolutely love that Kroger sells skyline chili, Graeters ice cream and a couple other tastes of home not readily available outside of Cincinnati.

ONE cashier at 9:30p.m. and a long line at self check. As high as Kroger is, they ought to be able to hire some people so customers arent waiting so long in line. Ill shop at Kroger again but only as a last resort.

This is one of the nicer Kroger around. It has plenty of parking and access is super easy. There is a Kroger fuel center out front.

One of he nicer Krogers Ive been to. I like their selection, I usually find what I need. Nice, wide aisles. Ive found that its less crowded at night, which is nice.

Every time I go here, I always see the supervisors mistreating their employees and sometimes even being rude to the customers. There is a serious problem with scheduling too because theres always not enough cashiers. And thats even if you can find anything that youre looking for during holiday breaks.

The lady in floral is rude and has no customer service skills. She doesnt let you finish your question without her interrupting and then in the middle of me saying Ok. Th....she hangs up.

Im giving 3 starts because this is one of the biggest and nicest Krogers in the Desoto county area and definitely the nicest out of the 3 in southaven. That being said, I stopped in yesterday to get some Starbucks, went to use the bathroom to change clothes and relieve my bladder and it was so disgusting. It was nastier than any other bathroom I have ever been in. There was pee all over the toilet seat, there was poop smeared (looked to be purposefully done) across the front of the handicap toilet, the floor was covered in something wet (maybe water, maybe pee) and there was trash all over the place! It was so disgusting that I refused to pee and held it til I got where I was going (to use a port-o-potty) in comparison to the Kroger bathroom, it was immaculate! Maybe it was just a nasty person making a mess on purpose I thought, until my boyfriend came out of the mens room saying the same exact things. HEY KROGER CLEAN YOUR NASTY BATHROOMS!

This is my favorite Kroger in the area! The staff is very nice and friendly. Most are so helpful. This store is clean. The organic produce and natural foods section is nice and its really growing! Yay! The only complaint I have is that it isnt stocked all of the time, so its best not to shop at peak times because items like Silk Almond Milk or some meats (organic/natural) arent in stock. My favorite cashier is Jessica, but the customer service here is great! Theres even a Redbox outside. :)

You can always tell when good Mgmt is pulled from the store. These kids have know idea how to bag. Horrible! Also, you should get a kick out of this. My bill 49.73. I give the young man exact change. He looks for a minute and said oh this is $49 I said yes and he has the change in his hand, then says oh so your giving me exact change. This is our future.
