Standing in the store needing 5 gallons of paint they have in stock but was told they would not sell it to me because a lady had called in and asked for it and said she will be in later to pick it up but had not paid for it. Retail is typically first come first serve and this is standard across the board. Manager was rude and said he wanted to avoid a situation later. I’m a professional and need product quickly as my customer depend on it and this was a complete waste of time and considering the amount of paint I buy I am highly disappointed in this service.

The guy that waited on me today was so rude. I asked for Repose Gray and said they was out and that I had to go the Hernando Store. His attitude was horrible as if he hates his job but dont take it out on the customers

The entire staff is always so helpful whenever I visit or call the store. We order paint form this store usually in large quantities and they deliver it sometimes the same day. I was in a crunch and needed paint ASAP. Unfortunately the store didnt have what I needed. Jalen assured me he would work on getting me what I needed and would call me to keep me updated. He did exactly that! Jalen went above and beyond to assist me and got me what I needed! Huge Thank You to Jalen!!

The staff at your store deserve a pat on the back. They were friendly, exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and even recommended other sources to help with a project of ours (where we could find someone to custom cut glass for a frame). We will definitely be back :). Keep up the great work!

Just needed some white semi gloss paint. I was told a gallon they did not even have to tint was $78. I asked if there was a more affordable paint. and they said that it was on sale. The painting contractors that were in the store laughed when they heard how expensive it was for the paint. I went to lowes and got paint with Sherwin Williams name on it for about $25.

Once you go there, your always there. I couldn’t remember what finish I used in the past. No problem I was in the system.

Great price of the item but the store did not have enough of the item in stock.

The five stars are strictly for the two very kind employees. However, Sherwin Williams has become too corporate, too expensive and has lost its way. Its not about offering a quality product for self employed painters or even large painting contractors, its about taking money from painters and painting contractors by deception to fatten the pockets of share holders.

I went there 2 days in a row and was met with minimal words and unfriendly attitude both times just like another reviewer experienced. I kept thinking I offended him somehow. Nevertheless I won’t go there again.

The clerk at this store was mad because he has to open the door for me at 6:45 PM, even the store schedule says until 7:00 PM.So in a very bad mud he checked me out and didn’t want to help finding products in the store, even I got out fast before the closing time.

One branch of Sherwin Williams phoned this Southaven branch for two of a product they did not have on their shelf. This branch would only send one of the two they had. So, we agreed to pick up the two items needed. The next day at pick up, the staff member was of minimal words, but when he did speak it was one of annoyance and condescension. Guess the addition of a paint sample was too much to ask. Note: we were the only customers in the store.
