I always love the lush here. It’s bigger then the Dallas store and the staff never bothers you to the point where you want to leave. They ask if you need help and then let you be until you have questions. More places need to be like this. I will always come to this lush!

I love all the staff here. They are knowledgeable, patient, kind and just happy every time I come! Monica, Ari and Brandy ALWAYS help me and for that I’m happy when I come and look forward to coming back!

My mom and I recently walked in the store to purchase out favorite “Charity Pot” lotion. However after not being greeted or acknowledged we also didn’t receive any type of help even though we were browsing through products. It was literally as if we were invisible. We ultimately left without purchasing anything due to the poor customer service. Even as we were exiting no one said anything to us. Definitely won’t visit this location again!

In general we love this store. We have specific items we come and get regularly. Customer service is normally their area to shine, but the past few times they seem ore concerned about the health restrictions they have in place, rather than helping the customers in the stores. Their prices are high, but the quality of the product and they way it is made normally make the product worth the price. If your employees dont want to be in a storefront, make the shipping for your online ordering more reasonable.

I had the BEST experience with Emma. What a gem of a person. Absolutely go here the atmosphere is amazing💖

8/10/2021Today at approximately 2:30 pm my daughter and I went to Lush in Southlake. When we arrived there were no customers in the store.There were 2 sales associates standing at register talking. As my daughter and I continued to walk around not one time did either associate acknowledge us, speak to us nor ask if we needed any help.Then a manager came from back of store with box of products and she did not speak or acknowledge us. This is the 2nd and last time we will shop at this Lush location. Horrible customer service.I planned on buying my charity pot lotion again. We are frequent shoppers of lush and we’re extremely disappointed with the way we were treated.We will not be shopping at this Southlake location and definitely wont recommend this location.Thank youS. Walked in just to browse and smell things, walked out with so many goodies! Friendly staff and great products.

My GF & I visited the store a couple of times. We thought the first time receiving bad service was maybe a fluke, however, after the second time of the same bad service (as I see other people have reported), I feel this is their norm. In addition, their products seem to be extremely over priced for the quality. I would not recommend LUSH.

I cant begin to describe how wonderful and professional the team at this Lush store were. A total 5 star experience all the way. The team had so much product knowledge and recommended some fantastic products. I would return anytime I am able.

The amazing smells hit you when you walk in. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back.

Today my husband and I visited Lush and were happy to see the COVID-19 protections in place. I especially appreciated the direction to wash our hands with their lovely soap. I wish every store had a hand washing area upon entering. Just my opinion. Ty Lush and all the lovely staff that helped us! ❤️❤️❤️

Was treated poorly both times we came into the store felt like a nuisance when I asked questions about the products. Really like the soaps but felt like I couldn’t ask about them and what was in them.

Purchased 2 bath bombs and 1 bubble bomb. I always wanted to try since theres always been hype and though 1 out of three was just bad and 2 out of 3 were pretty the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed. Glad to have tried it and see what it was all about but wouldnt purchase again

Stopped by to purchase some bath bombs. At the entrance it is roped off,where a staff member provides rules. This particular staff member was so rude. As soon as we walked in she asked us if we were going to buy anything. I said yes, she stated we couldnt touch anything, had to leave our masks on so we couldnt smell anything. This last rule was the kicker. We had just stopped at starbucks so we had drinks with us. She said, also you cant drink your drinks. My husband looked at me and asked if I would like to go to bath and body works instead, staff member said ok cool. She is not the person who should welcome guests. Her behavior is not customer service. She made us feel very unwelcome

The employees here are amazing! They are very welcoming, and will you help you with anything! They helped me pick out gifts for a friend and went above and beyond with their advice.The shop is super clean and they are doing their best with everything going on.

Awesome crew that helped me out. They are taking the pandemic seriously; for in store shopping they have a handwashing station set up and samples readily available for people to try.Sadly, I didnt get my I Love Juicy but I got suggested a couple other substitutes. Thanks!

Please if youre going to buy soaps go here I absolutely love their soap called scrubby! It makes my skin feel like butter!

The staff is VERY KIND, however, the MANAGER is not so kind here. Basically followed me and my daughter around the store and just made us feel uncomfortable all around.I picked up some lotion and she immediately grabbed it from the shelf when I put it back and she took it to the back of the store acting like Im *germy* or something.I mean, we spent roughly around 160 bucks here. Why are you acting like Im going to steal or cough Covid onto your products?Just odd, definitely not welcoming to the customers from her end. Seemed rude to other customers when I was in there as well...I dont think Ill be coming back to this specific store anytime soon

I was super excited for lush to be open again for in-store shopping as I love their products and beliefs. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience due to the customer service I received as other reviews stated. Some employee with patchy green hair took it upon herself to harass my boyfriend and I even though we were following the store policy and cdc guidelines. She continued to argue her made up personal rules even with no policy or mandate stating otherwise. I love lush but won’t shop here again due to this experience.

Being safe during these times are completely warranted. What’s not warranted is how aggressive the lady that helped us was. As soon as we walked in we thought we were in trouble. She treated us like we were children in kindergarten. And while we were there she was not nearly as aggressive with anyone else. She told the gentleman that was with us to keep his hands in his pockets like he was a child. Then let people with their Starbucks come in and touch everything. I did not appreciate feeling attacked like I myself was bringing the COVID into the store. We have shopped at lush for years and this was literally the worst experience. I work at a movie theater restaurant and have a lot of new rules but would never treat someone like a toddler that cannot keep their hands to themselves. So disappointed.

Emily is the BEST at Lush. Her customer service was over and beyond. I dont wear a mask and she was so gracious to bring my products out to me. Because of having trouble with wifi, it charged my card twice. When I went back for the refund, she gave me a sample of body lotion. She is so kind and great with the customers. Southlake Lush should be proud to have her on their team.

Interesting store products. Had never been inside. Very rigid Covid rules but guess thats ok. Lots of yummy smelling bath products...thats why LUSH is the name. Only looked around.

My 5 year old and I always have a great experience here, the ladies are always sweet and helpful. Which makes the 45 to hour drive worth it.

Fantastic store with stellar customer service! I am impressed with the level of caution they are taking to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and the products they sell. Products are to-die-for and employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This is my favorite LUSH location!

On 8-1-20 I was shopping with my girls for their birthday. My daughters were excited to shop at this store so I entered with them. We were treated very rudely by the the staff upon entry. We were wearing masks, so that wasn’t the issue. I never write reviews but I feel that the way the employees treated us should be noted. I understand if they aren’t happy to be working during Covid, but they shouldn’t take their frustrations out on customers.

I usually have great experiences at Lush, but not this instance. I’m glad to see they’re taking the pandemic seriously but what I experienced was beyond safety rules. When I walked in there were ropes up blocking anyone from going further in the store. I counted the people in the store to make sure I wasn’t exceeding their customer limit (there were 6 other people in there) and I continued to wait there for someone to tell me to enter or greet me or something. After a few people left and I saw employees talking to each other I decided to just open the ropes to enter after standing there for more than a few minutes. An employee behind the counter yelled at me immediately to wash my hands and keep my mask on the entire time, which I did. I then went to approach an employee to ask for help and when I got close she turned around and went to continue her conversation with another employee. I had to ask the lady behind the counter to help me and she made it seem like I was causing her a huge inconvenience. At this time I was the only customer in the store and none of the employees could care to give me any assistance at all.

These bathbombs are out of this world! My first time at this store was a delight. I picked up the BIG blue and Avobath bombs and both bath bombs are worth driving to southlake lol.

I love LUSH products so 5 stars for the products but I was not impressed with their current “open” status. Not sure if all the lush stores are operating this way but I think it’s terrible. You can step into store but you can’t shop. Like you can step in and then you are stopped. You can tell the worker what you would like to see but you can’t walk around. The worker brings the item, but You can’t touch or smell... So- Unfortunately unless you know what you are going to buy, and what’s it stock... you can’t shop this way. This wouldn’t even be called shopping. It’s like browsing. Look with your eyes not your hands.... I was very disappointed. I know covid is scary but this type of shopping experience is terrible and why even open. Very disappointing and Lush you can do better!

Website hours say this location closes at 6pm on Thursdays...But I drove a few miles after work to get here, and the store was already closed before 6PM.Pls update hours so people dont waste their time/gas.

So clean! So friendly. I loved every moment!! Of course I spent way too much money but whatevs!! ❤️❤️. And I was able to get some pre made samples of stuff I have always wanted to try but was like omg they will hate me if I ask for so many samples!!! Now I will be back to buy all the stuff I sampled!!

My favorite store! I miss the buy one get one free box days but 50% off is cool too. Still good quality products that smell amazing and feel amazing on your skin.

I’m so glad they finally opened a Lush that’s not an hour away from where I live. The only downside is that it’s too tempting to blow all my money in a single trip. Staff is really nice and really helpful. The layout at the store is also really cute and it’s really easy to find things and not super overwhelming like other Lushes I’ve been to!!

Never have what Im looking for at the Southlake location. Bad customer service! Prefer North Park Lush bigger selection. Always have what I love in stock. Better customer service.

My sister and I visited this store for the first time ever yesterday, and we absolutely loved it! Jacob was very kind and helpful, he made it such a great experience for us. He took the time to show us around and explain the different products. Already looking forward to going back! 😊

This is my absolute favorite Lush location. The manager Brandy is fabulous. She knows all her product and makes great recommendations. I’m also really amazed at how professionally and forward thinking Lush is handling the ever evolving Covid 19 situation. Ive always found Lush employees to be some of the nicest in customer service, but the two women working the morning of 9/3 were absolutely AMAZING. They were so friendly and helpful, and made some excellent recommendations based on the products I was considering. Im so glad this store is here!

Lush is the best!

I found the staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently they are over the holidays. I, however, actually purposely ventured out during a pandemic specifically to purchase their product and was met with eye rolling and rude requests to move. Very disappointed!!

I went yesterday and I felt the lady that was working there was very rude. I get it that there is limited capacity inside the store but her whole delivery was very rude and it almost made me not want to shop there. Her whole tone was very off putting.

This is hands down the best place to buy beauty products. The dont test on animals or use products from companies who test on animals. I love the creams and shampoo bars.

Lush products are just wonderful! My favorites are the solid moisturizing and massage bars...they last forever and smell fabulous..the soaps are great too...nice gifts..kinda pricey but price points for every budget..

I just have to say this store is nice and clean and the employees are so nice and helpful without being pushy and annoying like some of the other lush stores! I got to have a nice shopping experience, without being bothered every second but still had help everytime I needed it. Will return.
