The staff that works here is excellent at customer service! I walked in yesterday looking for a specific item, they didnt have it in stock but the sweet woman that helped me didnt miss a beat, she just went over and got on the phone and called four stores and finally found me the item. Theyre shipping it straight to my house. I didnt have to ask for anything she just did it. That is excellent customer service. Thank you

I have been a faithful customer for 20 years and will not be shopping here anymore. When your business closes due to insufficient sales I will not shed a tear. Horrible way to treat customers who are spending lots of money on little bottles of specialty goop.

The products are okay, not the best and the employees are SO RUDE! Ive been to this store twice and all the employees have talked to me in a VERY CONDESCENDING way and like I was a child. I recommend heading to LOccitane instead for better products and better customer service.
