I would give 0 stars if it still let me post a review. Go here if you would like to spend $8 on a cup of milk! They NEVERRRRRRRRRR make my coffee right or consistently. Literally the most disgusting coffee stand ever. I drive out of my way to go around them and flip them off while I do it because of how much money I have wasted buying their coffee because it was so convenient. Never again.

Amber and ary can make the best drinks in town! Just like ice cube they can ice ice baby my coffee. They can drop it like its hot making my hot coffee! Just make the stop you wont regret it ;)

Just left here. Husband ordered a 20oz americano drink... he asked hot but drinkable. It wasnt drinkable. Then it was too full and spilled out under the lid as we pulled out onto the highway. He asks for it hot but drinkable so he can get some sips down before pulling out because its always too full... so please either make your hot drinks tolerable to drink upon the customer getting it or not fill it to the absolute top. Was a complete unnecessary mess.

Cafe Elite is awful. Be prepared for legal action. They damaged my sisters property, and members at their corporate location appointed to handle, it have failed to communicate, and stopped responded after she sent over requested info. She got everything needed for them to repair what they promised to, and they are out of nowhere, ghosting her. It is unprofessional, we will not be bringing our business here anymore. They’re a joke. Worst ever

Thick necked manager wouldnt remake my drink cuz she said I ordered the drink wrong. I said I wanted a mocha with WHITE COFFEE just to get a white choclate mocha that had regular coffee in it. Thumbs down all the way around I never write reviews but this was hella stupid.

I visited you Cafe Elite on pacific avenue on 12/11/20. All I am going to say is that during a PANDEMIC the Baristas should be wearing masks and gloves when handling drinks and the straws should have covers on them to protect the customers and themselves.Disappointed Customer

They werent wearing masks when I got to the window which scared my elderly coworker and they made us late for work taking 10+ min a car. Very poor service and bland workers will never go back.

My blended coffee had a blended up dark hair in it. Not sure how much I drank with hair before noticing. I have grey hair so it was not mistaken with mine.

I go to all their locations, very attentive barristas, friendly and always make my drinks right. Never had an issue with any of my drinks.

The coffee was good but they kept forgetting what we asked (no whip, she gave us the muffin for free since she forgot, the punch card) but I’ve tried to call them a few times including leaving a voicemail because I’m pretty sure they also forgot to give my husband back his card.

Always a great stop for coffee or an ice tea. Baristas are professional and generally kind.

Drinks taste great and are cheap too! However, the three times I have ordered a drink from them, they have told me they can’t make it the way I want. Strange, as my other shops (I’m an addict) have never had an issue. After explaining my drink several ways, I’ve still had no luck.

I LOVE LOVE Cafe Elite I personally think their coffee is outstanding. Excellent flavor. Cafe Elite is one of my favorite places to go. The servers are way cool, always smiling and they are so good about having such an upbeat attitude. I love it cuz they always change my attitude for the best. They are ALL very fun and sweet young ladies. Love you girls!!! Thank you for always making my day pleasant.

Im giving the gals who have been there forever the 5 stars because Ive been going here forever, amazing service, great coffee et.c. buut, I dont normally go get coffee on Sundays and didnt recognize the gals. and both our drinks are disgustingly sweet. Ive never seen mimosas this DARK with SYRUP. So Im not sure if they are new or what.. 😞

The girls are super sweet and do a great job of remembering your order. This helps on mornings when youre running late but theres a line at the drive thru... more than once I was surprised to finally get up to the window only to have my drink already ready for me!

They always make your drinks perfect l, a little slower than some places but very friendly.

They have their masks but don’t even wear them and handle their straws without protection (paper cover). Obviously does not care about customer safety or Covid in general. Should use other barista shops as an example of safety.

Kayla can make my coffee any day, its the bomb, shes the bomb and as fast as can be. She can drop it like its hot, while making my coffee hot. She can get down to ice ice baby while making my ice drinks, she can party like a rockstar while making my rockstar. If you looking for your new coffee gal, shes the best around town !!
