Starbucks is great. You know your getting over priced coffee but it is so damn good. And there service is unbeaten.

Easy to order very nice people that work here...I ordered a 6 shot breve blended with no flavor and wiped cream .. and a breakfast sandwich both were excellent thank you much. the food was even hot great job Starbucks

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to ever! Ikeria try to give me a drink that was mostly whip at the top and told me I had to take and yea that’s how it comes! No ma’am it isn’t! A customer shouldn’t have to request the manager to receive a drink that’s supposed to be fixed correctly. Starbucks is not cheap and I want what I pay for! Then had the nerve to try to small talk me while my drink was being remade appropriately. Lady I have nothing to say to you! After telling me four times that’s how the drink is supposed to be. Sadly this is the Starbucks close to my house and I always go to the Safeway Starbucks since this one sucks at customer service and they skim on the drinks!

Use this Starbucks all the time I just wish that when someone says extra Carmel they give me what Im paying for. If I tell ya heavy extra Carmel and thats one extra squeeze around the cup thats not what I asked for. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS CARMEL GIVE ME MY EXTRA CARMEL

I ordered a blended Frappuccino with an extra shot a venti size. The bottom half of the cup was filled up with whipped cream the rest was filled up with the drink and not even filled up to the top. It was a rip off. I wouldnt have ordered a large coffee if I knew I was going to get half whipped cream

Never open the hours they advertise. And drinks only 3/4 full when they are open. Just close the location or actually stay open advertised hours.

Terrible nitro brew, I mean undrinkable bad. It had the worst almost chemical taste. I go to Starbucks because of consistency, no matter what city or state its basically the same. This was the exception to the rule. The barista at the drive thru was pleasant though.

We ordered at the drive-thru and I went inside to visit the restroom. Great to see that the restroom was open when so many businesses have theirs closed due to Covid. Very clean and the employees had on their masks and are very obliging for our special requests. Coffee was perfect!

Some of the drive-thru customers are Impeding/Blocking traffic on 166th.

Will not return, will drive the extra 5 minutes to a different location. Second time they tell me to pull over and forget about my order. Called 4 times to remind them no one picked up. Then had to unload my infant in the rain after 35 minutes to get my order.

Employees were fine. Nothing wrong with the business just the Matcha Green Tea Latte is so gross to me. Tastes like warm foamy seaweed. Should call it Foam Seagreen latte lol

Product is good, but, service is getting slower each day. Staff says they are not allowed to have more than 3 employees at a time, but, other Starbucks have 5-6 staff to handle business. Sorry, I dont like employees giving false information.

My 12 YO daughter ordered thin mint frap off the secret menu and they didnt know the drink but just kindly said if you know how its made we will make it for you. She did and they made it and she loved it!!!

I ordered a London fog... and I got an English breakfast with cream and syrup. Does the ladies there ever had a London fog before? Also not the first time they messed up.I always go to the Starbucks by UWT and their customer service is always better and they make their drinks right 100% of the time.

Racheal who was working bar on 10/20 during the morning had an huge attitude. She was slamming things around and was rude to the customers in the store and to her fellow co-workers. She made the whole vibe of the store negative.

This Starbucks is usually awesome, today not bad but not stupendous.Complaint for all Starbucks is I cannot get a shaken iced tea lemonade that is correct...now there are one offs. But I believe it is partly due to the fact they have started making their own lemonade...I applaud the environmental nature but it tastes like crap.

Depends on whos working but they seem to be fairly quick and theyre also very nice.. I like to go there and get the strawberry Refresher and sometimes its really good and then sometimes its okay... Like I said it just depends on whos working but if everybody got the same routines the drink would be perfect!!

So the service was very fast and things where good until half way through my drink order I got a second person on there who was just snobby because I slaked for y’all drink instead of there vitai . Other then the crabby one the drinks and service where not terrible

This is kind of a new establishment so everything is new and clean. It was also well maintained. The baristas were kind and friendly, and greeted me as so as I stepped in through the doors. I was ask my selection and waited for it to be ready. Three only reason why I didnt give this place 5 stars its kind of petty but to some people it matters, when my beverage was ready I never heard my name called or stating it was(petty I know). Except for that a great place to get anything Starbucks.

Had to go have them remake a drink that didnt turn out well the day before. Got in, the clerk remembered us, was happy to remake our drinks, and didnt charge us for it. They have great customer service skills, and are always extremely helpful and friendly. Starbucks is the place to go for good coffee, tea, cocoa or good fresh food.

Workers at the counter always greet you as you enter. I think they turn down the music if people are here to converse. I like stopping by in the morning before work. They try and have my favorite 2 items in stock. I often get the last Lemon Crunch Parfait or Tomato and Mozzarella Panini. Always clean. A popular place to come even though it is very new!

Met my friend there and its always clean and the crew there is pretty cool. They are always friendly and the coffee of course, is great. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best!

Always seems to be quite in the evenings and its a good place to relax and enjoy the peace or to have a nice conversation with the one you love.

We usually have great experiences at Starbucks but this location got our order wrong twice along with the 2 customers ahead of us. Right when we got our correct order, we drove off only find out it still wasnt correct. There wasnt any espresso in the drink. Only milk with the mocha, hazelnut, and caramel syrups.We had to turn around to go back in to reorder only for the barista to ask us how to make it.

5 stars for the service and the friendly people that work there ! Two things not to good here is the smell of septic from the man holes on the right side of the entrance and the homeless are deep around there but they don’t really bother anyone. Other then that really good and clean place !

The Starbucks in Spanaway, Wa is great. The people that work there are very polite and will explain everything about your drink if you ask them. I like that they take the time to do that even though they are so busy.

I always order on the Starbucks app and my drink is ready in under 10 min. I have to collect stars so I can get free stuff!! Once I pay on the app. it takes me about 5 min to drive there and I just go through the drive thru. Always quick and friendly service.
