711 has turned into a well-rounded fully stocked store for nearly everything I ever need . I am impressed.

Cashier was sweet but there were empty plastic trays on the floor and said cherry on sign for slurpee but it was blue.

Kind people. Store has a fine selection and is clean.

NO restrooms for customers. A skip for our drivers.

Ive been going to this 711 for over 20 yrs. The owner is so sweet and cares about his store, employees and customers.

The owner is named Ish he and all the staff are very friendly the store is clean and the food is great.

A spanaway 7-eleven, I did not expect much and usually get a laugh!

No gas receipt no paper towels at pump...

Excellent in and out service

I bought their premade pepperoni pizza and idk if this is normal but it smelled like cleaner and that rag smell like they used a rag on the counter and never changed it. I was feeling sick after I ate the pizza and threw up basically the whole thing. I tried to call the store to make a complain and no one picks up the phone so I guess Ill just write it in a review, if I can give this rating 0 stars I definitely would.

Large homeless population hang out here. Could be cleaner.

My 3 year old needed to use restroom and they denied it even was willing to buy something. Will never use a 7 11 again!

Slow, I usually come in around 6:40am and they take forever . I understand they have to do something with the cash register, but they don’t even try to hurry up . They chit chat while there are multiple customers waiting in the line .

Great store - clean & well-stocked and the prices are reasonable.

This is my favorite 7-11. Gerry is always friendly, professional & caring which makes customers like myself feel good even on a bad day 😄

This is absolutely is ridiculous. Im extremely frustrated with 7-11 (17410 Pacific Ave. SOSpanaway, WA 98387)I went in to use my points for an item at apprx 11:30pm 5/27/18 - The clerk, scanned the item and my rewards points then, refused to give me the item, saying I owed $2.19.Yet, he already deducted 1500 pts from my acct.This is the 2nd incident Ive encountered with ONLY this employee.I also feel like its a personal issue for him because he seems to be very rude to me as a customer. Ive never had conflict or issues to make him have that type of attitude towards me as a customer. I asked for his name and he also, refused to give me that. Now I feel uncomfortable going to this store, to where I have to drive elsewhere. This is extremely uncalled for and unacceptable as a customer for 10+ years. Please address this matter or credit my 1500 pts back, please. I will be posting the outcome on social media to inform others and how prompt and satisfied with the actionsOnce 7-11 addresses this issue Ill change my review.

They dont let you use the bathroom here... Thats not convenience! ! Ill never stop here again.. The store at the Roy y lets you pee and its just up the road.....
