I had searched the state for an Expedition. I found what I was looking for at two dealerships. The group at Tim Dahle Ford was amazing and worked hard to win my business with good old fashioned customer service and integrity. First, Seth helped me with a test drive and showed me all the features of the car. He knew the Expedition better than any other place where I test drove. I learned a lot more from him than I did from anywhere else. Then Benny kept in close contact while I was making my decision. He didn’t pressure. He just kept in touch. Justin jumped into the conversation as I got closer to deciding on the car. He was very responsive to my every question and concern. He worked with his managers to secure for me the best price possible. In this tough car market, I felt they treated me extremely fairly. As a numbers guy, I really appreciated them pointing out all the ways they make money to show how I was able to get a great deal. But the biggest compliment I can give is that I’d be happy to buy from them again and refer others.

The salesman Jeremy Gray has really been helpful. He goes out of his way to help and even set up appointments for the service department. I had a dead battery and they sent a mechanic to my house to get my truck started and then replaced the faulty battery and had it back to me in a couple of hours. They also took my truck in for a oil change and checkup. They kept me appraised by text and had it back to me in an hour and a half. They are fast and reliable. I will buy all my cars from Tim Dahle and urge anyone looking for a good reliable car dealership to check out Tim Dahle in Spanish Fork!

Last two times I have taken my truck in with an issue they have not found any issue with the truck. I then take it to my local Big O and they immediately are able to recognize the issue I am having and are able to fix the problem. I will not be taking my Truck to this location again.
I came in for an oil change that was supposed to take about half an hour, but ended up taking an hour and a half. They gave me periodic updates which I really appreciated. It was a typical, super busy, last minute appointment on a Monday, so I understood. All said and done, I was told that my wait time was unacceptable and that I wouldn’t need to pay. So despite having to wait triple what I was told it would take, their customer service was great and they made it right!
At first, I was really happy with the purchase process--even left a great review. Mike M.was a great salesperson and treated us really well. The day I picked the truck the upholstery was still filthy and I was told it would be detailed while they had it for 5 days. They basically vacuumed it. I spent 2 hours with an upholstery cleaner cleaning the filthy seats, front and back. I poured dark, muddy water out of the machine 3 times. I was so disappointed and when I called to talk to Mike, he was, no longer with the company. I received an email asking if I needed any help with my truck. I replied and said, I did, I never received an email or call back. Once they had my money, I was on my own. I tried to get help with the keyless entry and I got transferred around for 20 minutes and after being on hold for 10 more, I hung up, still cant use it. What started as a great experience, after the purchase has been very disappointing.
We have worked with Trevor over the past year for our vehicle maintenance and repairs on our Ford 150. When parts were unavailable and took longer than anticipated to receive in, Trevor was always making sure we had transportation, and worked with consistent follow up with suppliers to find the parts needed for our repair. The sales group are great. I did have a problem on Saturday the 4th of September. Left SLC on my way to Ely, Nevada when the dash display went totally black. Pulled off the freeway at Tooele to check it out. This had happened once before. You get a little uneasy when you dont know how fast youre going or how much fuel you have. The signals also didnt work but I can deal with that. I called your Service Dept. (?) @ 10:30 am to see if they could give me advice and let me know what I should do. I was told that all of them were busy but they would call me back when one was available. I got a call from your front desk on Tuesday, September the 7th (3 days later) to let me know the plates were in and if I wanted them mailed. I asked that they be mailed (came on the 9th) and I told them that I hadnt ever received a call from your service group but that I didnt need their information anymore. I outlined what had happened and told her I wouldnt be calling your service center in the future.

Really dislike doing such a low rating, but they sent me a review request . . . this service department has gone south, compared to my past experiences with them. Multiple calls are not returned, >24+ hours; left vehicle ENTIRE day and it was never really evaluated (despite continued problems just after $1100 fuel pump replacement). Service department guys appear to be trying their best, but just seem to have too few service managers and/or competent mechanics. At least thats my impression.
Asked them to rotate the tires during an oil change and they didn’t. Asked them to repair a flat and instead they told me it was impossible and tried to sell me tires I didn’t need. Took it to another place that easily repaired it. Told me I could get my vehicle serviced at their location in Sandy when I bought the car. Turns out that’s a lie and I have to now drive 30 min every time I need my car serviced. For whatever reason they’ve also been charging me almost $200 extra above my car payments. It shows as a separate payment in my account. Fill you with whatever words they can to get your money. Do not trust them.

Super disappointed in the vehicle (my own fault)! Super impressed by Jeremy Gray in sales!!It was my own fault for driving off in a vehicle that had only 20k on it but paint is absolutely trashed. Just to remediate it would cost upwards of $4,000. Everything else about it, besides a recall, was really nice so I decided on it anyway. It was nighttime when I picked it out so again, my own fault.Service from Jeremy however was incredible 👏 Never have i dealt with a sales person who was so welcoming and inviting, and would bend over backwards for you. Thats Jeremy Gray!! I wasnt there 30 minutes and he had already offered to have me over to his house to stay the night because I had driven so far to come get the truck. Not only that but he knew that I was limited on time and so by the time I had arrived at the dealership he had all the trucks lined up, keys in hand and ready when I got there! Working with Lori was great! I didn’t love the car I originally came in to test drive. She asked questions about what I was looking for and made suggestions of other vehicles I might like. The entire experience was relaxed and I never felt pressured. She was so sweet and funny the entire time.

We had certain requirements we were trying to meet with buying a car and he went above and beyond helping us get there. I would highly recommend working with him and this dealership. Would not recommend anyone to this dealership. In particular Jared Fawcett who lied in regards to running credit. I specifically stated run a hard pull and I do not want you running it to tons of banks, credit unions he assured me that’s not the case. Continued waiting and lead me to believe the deal is closed. They continued running my credit even after I told them I was going elsewhere. Poor customer service, dishonest and would not recommend.
We were passing through on our way to Moab and our Ford pick up develop engine problems. The service department was very helpful getting our truck in and fixing the problem.

Great customer experience. Mike and Laurie were awesome, I came in the morning but the car we came to see was being checked by an employee. We had to come back in the afternoon. However, as soon as the car arrived Mike send me a video showing the car. When I came back Laurie help us with the paper work and tried to give us the best price. I had a appointment on a Thursday at 11:30. After I dropped it off they called me and said they couldn’t get to it tell Friday but he was pretty sure he already new what it was and gave me a quote for worse case and that was 2200 with parts. It was 500 for parts. I never heard from them so I called Saturday around 2 and he said that it was what he thought it was but now it was 3300 and now parts were 850. It was still 12 hours labor at 150 so that’s 1800 plus the parts is 2650.so I guess they wanted a 650 tip. I took he’s list of part and got them from Larry h Miller for 483. I found recipes in my car that was from Wendy’s in north Provo on the day they said they couldn’t get to it. I would never have them touch anything I own again.
I arrived a few minutes early for a scheduled routine service on my 2007 Mustang GT and was greeted warmly and courteously. While I waited I was given the answer to a specific question I had asked regarding my car. Service Advisor Alice kept me informed as I waited and my car was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Tim Dahle Ford again.
My wife and I came to purchase our first car that we have bought while being married and had a great experience. The salesman Benny was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. It was overall a great experience.
I honestly was a bit disappointed when purchasing our new Ford Explorer. The vehicle is exquisite - what we wanted and expected with a small but important exception. This item is in process of being rectified after some dilly Dahle action.We understand We bought a demonstrator vehicle with 1200 miles on it but discovered when we drove it home it had a chipped windshield; this was fixed and appreciate and thank Dahle for that. But their exists one issue yet to be rectified - we also found the fender was scraped and We asked that it be replaced and were told it would be.When my wife arrived after some difficulty arranging a time to do the work the windshield was good. Check. The fender/bumper portion scraped however was about to be painted in the body shop which I said up front a few weeks before (closer to initial purchase day) that was not acceptable having paid for A New car; or like new; as stated a demonstrator.We understood the bumper which we were told had been ordered before the appointment to do the repairs would be installed along with the windshield. Apparently there was some kind of mix up and We had to leave the car over night. We were to return the next day. This is when my wife found that they wanted to paint not replace the scraped body part.We still have a scraped car and are waiting for Dahle to finish. I believe this was a miscommunication or misunderstanding between sales and service and feel quite confident that being a company which prides itself on excellent sales and service Dahle will have this completed shortly. Dont let their prices fool you. Make sure they let you know what their dealership fees and other fees are before you purchase a new vehicle from them. Also, they will take forever with the paperwork so that they wear you out and make you sign anything, including a warranty they did not ask you if you wanted it. They offered to include a nice set of floor mats with my purchase, but to my surprise, they only included the ones in the front, not the one in the rear. This is deceptive in my opinion. I had to spend a few extra bucks to purchase it online. Overall purchase experience was bad, but on the bright side, I love my new vehicle!Edit 10-29-21: So I contacted Jake Miller back in June, he offered to send me a refund, but it has been 4 months since we first talked and still no refund. I have called him and the dealer several times, but they are not available most of the time. Not sure what else to do, other than provide feedback here at this site and warn buyers about this dealership. Take your business somewhere else.

Ive been to this location a few times. This last time for a electrical issue. Alice in the service dept. was awesome. She worked with me so we could make sure we didnt go crazy on time trying to find the problem and break the bank. The ford tech also awesome was able to find the broken wires in a decent amount of time. Ive read and heard of so many horror stories in the same situation. But I will gladly bring my vehicles back to Tim Dahle. They were efficient, clean, straight forward and fair. Thank you for everything!
Soooo I was put on the back burner cause I wasn’t face to face with a salesman. I’m sure if your there in person it would be a different story but over the phone. They have the worst customer priority. Apparently they’re understaffed or not worried about getting and keeping customers. So no I wouldn’t recommend them. I’ve had better customer service at Doug smith American fork and Spanish fork. They don’t put you on hold from 12:00 p.m.- damn near 7 p.m. it took the 2 hours to even see what my credit was. So HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

We pulled into the lot about 6:45 in the evening. That was my car off the lot game Riley. Big smile on his face, I told him you reminded me of a seagull sitting on a light post just waiting for food to be thrown in the lot. A few moments later Mike h a l e s game walking across the lot thats the second seagull swooping down to enjoy the feast. All joking aside, they were very helpful. Mike went dead and brought up a Volkswagen Tiguan and I told him I dont want another stupid Volkswagen I just wrecked one that I had. But he said that has heated seats and my wife said youre getting another Volkswagen. Long story short we bought the car both Riley and Mike went above and beyond. The service area got my car in very quickly. I liked recording text messages about the check in and also the video showing my the wear on my brakes. It’s nice to have a visual. However, the service took longer then I expected. They did not have my filter in stock so it took two hours instead of one. They were very nice to work with and overall they do a great job.

This was a very poor experience. All these guys care about is Making Money. I have a 2011 Ford F350 diesel Crew cab that would not start so I had towed to Tom Dahle Ford. They checked it out and gave me three possible diagnoses but suggested we start with the first one costing $650.00 but if the fuel pump came apart and sent metal shavings through the system then the entire fuel system would need to be replaced costing $18,000.00 Dollars. Yes $18,000.00 Dollars. I had my truck towed to Gillette Diesel in Bluffdale. These guys are all certified and Honest. They checked it out and found the fuel pump had come apart and sent metal shavings through the system. They said this was a common problem and Ford has a Kit for this. Total Cost $9,200.00*** TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!

We took our truck in with a problem our regular mechanic couldnt fix. We had never gone to Tim Dahle, and it was the best experience ever!I love that they have an assistant that you work with who knows your case and if you need any questions answered etc. you can just text them and get get the answers. It makes it so simple, less confusing, and eliminates any frustration of calling in and getting a different service rep every time, and having to start at the beginning each time. I loved that! :)Once they had it diagnosed, they gave us a price and although a couple other minor things were needed, the price came in a little less than the quote. LOVED THIS!!!Alice was so helpful, and the technicians were so knowledgeable and amazing at doing the repair, it made the whole experience so smooth and easy. Thank you!We have our truck back and it is running better than it has for a long time. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my life and have had different experiences with each one. The people at Tim Dahle are great, we were treated well by everyone we came in contact with. The process was easy and quick, we didnt have to wait around for hours to do the paperwork. I needed to have a 5th wheel hitch transferred from my old truck to the new truck and they took it in immediately and did the change for us. Amazing service.

I came to pick up my car. There were four men speaking to a customer and there was another woman on the phone. No one fretted me, no one asked if I needed help. When the small crowd dispersed and there was a man sitting at his desk and just me, he asked me if I had been helped. He was visibly annoyed when I said I hadnt been helped, and paged the woman who had walked out of the room. Dont come here hoping to get friendly service.Dont

We had an appointment to test drive a truck here this afternoon and it sold before our appointment. No one called to tell us the truck had sold, and it was a 40 minute commute to get down to Spanish Fork. Super unprofessional yall, wouldnt recommend this dealership at all.

I needed to get an. admin key for my F-150. I called the parts department and they had it in stock They got me in without an appointment. It took about 80 minutes. I waited for it at the dealership. Overall good experience👍🏻👍🏻
Terrible experience. Dropped my wife’s car off for diagnosis. I didn’t have an appointment but the service tech said to drop it off and they could get to it soon. Called a day later and they told me they hadn’t got to it yet. I was told the service writer was helping another customer. I then stopped by to grab keys out of the car and was told the service writer was home sick and that’s why they hadn’t gotten to my car. I was told I’d get a call first thing in the morning. I then called the next afternoon (nobody called me) to ask about my wife’s car and was told the service writer was out sick. They still had not diagnosed the car. I then went and picked up the car and told them we’d take it somewhere else.

We had contacted this dealership to check on a vehicle that could accommodate our situation via internet. We scheduled a time to come view the lot. We let the salesman Dakota know what we were looking for and I feel he tried to assist but with unnecessary flattery and inexperience. We were looking for a vehicle with less technology due to some health conditions. When we had narrowed it down to two vehicles they only provided us with the most information on an Acadia, offered to give us below $1,500 what our vehicle books at for trade in a 2020 Ford Fusion SE with EcoBoost. We really wanted a 2008 Ford Escape. The guy helping Dakota didnt give a name just rattled off it was 6,000 and it had high miles and it wouldnt be easy to finance. This price is way over bluebook. They said if we didnt finance with them the price would increase 5.5 %. They did not listen to what we were looking for. We literally had to request the information on the Escape twice before they would give it to us. Acted like we were a waste of their time because we didnt want brand new. Highly unprofessional.
Our sunroof glass shattered while on vacation in utah. Alice and the service team at Tim Dahle Ford fit me in to the schedule immediately. Friendly staff not only kept me posted regarding updates on the window repair, but also offered me a gourmet cupcake while waiting. The work was completed quickly. They did an incredible job!

Unethical and dishonest! I dealt with two of their locations and won’t EVER go back. I had an appointment to test drive a used car. I had spent the time to get financed ahead of time. When I got there for my appointment at the South Jordan location the salesman was late, didn’t have the car there for me to see and was trying to talk me into other cars before I even got to see the one I came to drive. I found out the reason was they had sold the car already. The salesman left to check a price on another car for me and was gone for quite a while. I looked and found him sitting with another customer. I just walked out. A few days later I found another car I liked at their Spanish Fork location. Again made an appointment. Set up my own financing. Went and drove the car. Really liked it and was ready to purchase it. Got talking to the salesman and he informed me the actual price of the car was $1,000.00 more than the advertised price because of all the add ons. He said they do that with all of their cars. So if you do go to buy a car from them, plan on an extra $1,000.00 getting tacked on. Needless to say I was not happy! Twice in a row they wasted my time. Don’t waste yours. STAY AWAY!
I looked around for a while trying to find the one truck for me. Only problem was, its a Chevy. What I wanted was fairly specific and harder to come by at a decent price. I couldnt afford new so that made it a bit more challenging. The other issue is most used vehicles dont have any warranty.Well as luck would have it, someone traded in that very truck that Id been looking for. And for whatever reason Tim Dahle had listed it for less than other dealers in the area and it was even a bit less than others that had branded titles listed at.I pondered whether I should go see it or not, but then I saw the Forever Warranty product that Tim Dahle offers and thought to myself if it has that warranty, I want this truck.I was there before the dealership was open Monday morning checking out the truck. Once I verified that it was in fact under the Forever Warranty I had to test drive it. Problem was, I had a funeral to attend to in less than an hour.They were gracious enough to let me take the truck to the funeral. After driving it I knew I had to own it.Went back to the dealership to get the paper work done and two other gentlemen came and wanted that truck as well while we were signing the papers.In a short time the truck was mine. Jeremy and the folks at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork were very pleasant, quick to get us taken care of and wishing us well on our way out.We did own a ford vehicle a few years earlier and took it to this dealership for our service, warranty and recall work. I’m over all pleased with my service. But what upset me is that my grill by the hood latch was broken. It wasn’t broken when I took it in. I got home and noticed that is was broken. I called the service department and told them and all they did was take my number saying the service manger would call me and I haven’t hear anything back.
Alice was friendly and very helpful - a delight to work with. The service was prompt. Since I was making a long trip pulling a large boat I asked that, in addition to the scheduled service, for a thorough exam of the truck and they cheerfully provided that. Great service.
