They also seem like the best deal with no hidden fees or all that other things auto dealers are known for. Went smooth and painless. We called ahead to make sure vehicle was available, took it for a ride and was happy with it. Was concerned about a light that came on, they showed us that it was tire pressure warning, and how to reset it. We traded a car in and drove off with a new to us car and got home. The warning light came back on and we kept resetting it. Contacted the dealer, and they said to take it in and get it checked and they would pay for it, so that was awesome. Turned out to be a nail in the tire, so I think it would have been a 5 star if their tech would have checked for a nail, but other than that, great working with these guys.

My wife purchased her first car from cleggs it was a good experience the owner Steve was very helpful and did a great job. We came back couple years later wanting to buy a truck, they didnt have any available at the lot so they said they would look for the specified truck at auction and keep us updated as they looked. A month passed and we didnt hear from them, starting to get bugged we went back in to talk to them they didnt give us a reason why they havent contacted us all they said was they would keep looking. It doesnt take that long to get a very common ram or Chevy truck in like we asked for. We were informed from the beginning it would only be a week or two. Well its been two months and still havent heard from them what a joke. We went from only wanting to buy from there to never wanting to buy from there now. Very unprofessional and the two salesman we interacted with seemed to just tell us what we wanted to hear to get us to leave sooner.

I was referred here by a friend. When we told them we needed a van, they went out and found the exact car but newer with low miles and at a steal of a price within days. We love our van. We loved our experience so much that we went back again after my car died and bought another car from them. Everyone is friendly and honest. I worked briefly with Mike at Clegg Auto sales because they had a car I thought I was interested in. I called to be sure it was still on the lot and when I showed up, he had the car ready for me to test drive. While out, he got me a price on my trade in. After I returned we briefly went over the figures and I told him I wanted to drive one different model they didnt have on the lot before making the decision. He was understanding, placed no pressure on me, and allowed me to leave with a smile and hand shake. Normally when you come back from a test drive if you arent ready to buy the car immediately you are stuck in an office for an hour while the salesman gets a manager, who eventually gets his manager, who makes you a deal your not supposed to be able to refuse, all the while holding on to your keys for the trade in - trapping you. First of all, car buying in general is pretty stressful. But Clegg Auto made it an absolute breeze when purchasing my vehicle. They were kind and easy going and VERY accomadating.

Im looking into getting a repair from their sister store in Orem, which prompted me to leave a review for the car I bought from Cleggs a good 6 months ago.Firstly, the customer service is phenomenal. Theyre not interested in stripping you of however much money they can get like most places. They dont bother with all of the salesman tricks, and are very straightforward and honest in their approach. They make the paperwork process very simple, and were even willing to stay with me after closing when my bank was delayed in approving my loan. When I had a question about the license plate a few days after purchasing, the customer service level didnt do down even though they already had my money; they were prompt, easy to get ahold of, and very sincerely helpful. Additionally, when you buy from a smaller, local dealership like Cleggs, you dont have to pay for a big bureaucracy. Meaning, you dont have high advertising costs, ridiculous CEO salaries, and the rent of fancy office spaces built into your car cost, so you can walk away with a better deal. Truly, I cannot rate highly enough! If youre turned off by big, pushy, greedy, dealerships, then Cleggs is the perfect place for you.

The engine on my sons car seized up on him last week; yes, he had oil in engine and had the engine professionally serviced since the vehicle was purchased; he only drove the car along the Wasatch front. Just got copy of car warranty to see what, if anything, it will cover. Car had to have other front-end repairs covered by manufacturer. My son bought another car on Saturday, not from Cleggs Auto Sales. Again, non-family or friend, beware.DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE FOLKS UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILY OR FRIEND. My son bought a 2007 Mazda from Cleggs Auto Sales in June 2016, bought a $1400 car warranty, and had to take it back several times after purchase to get things fixed on the car. He used the A/C that summer; this spring the A/C blew warm air so he took the car in. Turns out the compressor was bad. Cleggs wanted $2200 to replace all the A/C parts but the warranty would only cover the compressor, $700; warranty folks wouldnt even pay their portion of sales tax. Since Cleggs didnt do the $2200 repair, they do not give any warranty on the compressor they replaced. Cleggs Auto advertises their vehicles are certified by their mechanics; yeah, right! I learned my lesson - never encourage a child of mine to buy from Cleggs Auto Sales. Dont encourage yours either.
