Worst service everytime. There is no need for people who want a simple bill pay to have to wait around or even be acknowledged. Open the second register and ask for other guests needs. Jennifer was always great at multi tasking and having both registers going.Ridiculous wait time. Also it doesnt look clean, phones arent up around 1pm when I stop by so someone isnt doing their job. Hire people who care about the store and the customers needs.I might switch providers, over the poor service.
Worst customer service ever. I use to come in for ALL my needs and even called to find out if Jennifer was working to have her help me. Never has she turned me away or our phone needs. She would help me recover simple things due to me deleting items off my own phone.When coming in there is a young man who is rude, not at all appealing to approach. He often is sitting in a chair behind the computer watching movies or school work. He also always tells me negative things about past employees when Jennifer and Kadi have gone out of their way for me or my family. There was two weeks I came in and Ammon sold me a phone and I had nothing but issues and he didnt tell me I had 7 days to exchange, He kept saying a update would correct it, still issues later, didnt help with a claim or anything.Bring Jennifer back. She was helpful and cared greatly. Never refused not to help me or my family.
Ammon was great he was fast and gave us information that no other salesperson did about how our phones work.
I’ve been speaking with Jennifer on the phone and has been absolutely amazing. She was enthusiastic and attentive to my needs and questions. She exceeded my expectations and was patient with my extensive needs. I’ve been with cricket for years and have been thinking of changing but my experience with her has made me want to stay longer. All I can say is that the manager Jennifer is amazing. She went above and beyond her job as well as her manager Katy. All I can say is if you have a provlem with cricket they are my go to. Thank you both for making everything right!!!
I bought a Samsung galaxy S9 a few days ago the guys from the store sold me a micro sd Memory card as well he did the set up of the phone install the Evo micro SD memory card on my phone and it was defective so I went back and they told me to send it to Samsung for the limited warranty gave me a link for the web page thats not working I payed 39.99 for a 29.99 micro sd card and they would not replace it do not purchase from this stores I will translate this to Spanish as well so people dont lose money with this bad business. Oh and I am trying to get a hold of the store manager but every time I call they hang up before answering.

They are awesome! Treat you really well. I know they have a great wireless services too. If I had not enrolled on another carrier I would go with them for sure!
I went into the store to buy a new phone and set up a new account. When it came time to pay they didnt give me my change of $70. After realizing this I went back in. Instesd of giving me $70 I was given $50! This made me so angry. I felt as if they were purposely trying to keep my money for personal gain. Maybe Im wrong and maybe it was an honest mistake but maybe Im not. They didnt even say anything about it.
They have been very helpful and got us into a plan we wanted with great phones! I had an issue with my phone (not a cricket phone) a few weeks after I started our service and I took it over to them and they got it working great again!
Its a pretty good company there authrized retailers for cricket and they provide pretty affordable phones and service rates. Also they now have a pretty good network since atnt bought them
I waited 30 min for the lady to be done talkimg to the guy infront of me. About over doses and stuff. I understand she was the only one. But there were 2 computers there. Its unbelivable how much being able to pay your bill sucks
Note to everyone: Do Not, Please DO NOT go to the Cricket store here in Spanish Fork. They have no integrity what so ever. Please pass on and share this. I bought a case for my new phone there Saturday, and the guy put it on for me, and after I got home to put my memory card b in it, I took off the rubber bumper around the hard case, and seen that the top connection was broken. WTH!They wont give me a refund or store credit on the same broken case they sold me. So screwed up, it was $53.Please let others know. It is screwed up. No integrity, the phone case was either already broken or the guy broke it on my phone putting in on it while I was still in the store and let me walk out with it. Do not waste your time.

One guy told me my phone had a screen protector on it so I didnt need to get one. Now my phone screen has been shattered and he claims to have never told me that it had a screen protector! Very annoyed.
