Waited a bit, but overall had a great experience. Mason helped me upgrade tot he new iPhone and didn’t waste any time just getting me in and out. I already knew what I wanted and he didn’t waste anytime trying to upsell or change what I wanted. Very easy!

The rep that helped me wasnt very helpful at all. He just told me that I had to go into the app and do an in store pick up, but I wasnt quite sure where that option was and instead it was getting shipped to my house in the wrong color and he suggested ICALL customer service. Absolutely ridiculous when Ive had smaller retail verizon store help me better than this actual corporate store.

I was having issues with my sons watch. No one could figure out what was happening with it. Even customer service couldn’t help us. We went into the store thinking we would have to replace the watch that we just bought. We walked in and Micheal greeted us and helped us. It was something he had never seen before but he stuck it out and helped us until he figured it out! He was so patient and kind and I’m so thrilled that my sons watch is working again. Great customer service!!

Bought a new phone, the rep didn’t seem to care that I was there to spend $1200. I get better customer service going to a convenience store at 3am to purchase a late night snack for 5 bucks. You’d think spending over $1000 on a new phone you might get treated like a person. Truly dissatisfied with how I was treated. You would think they might treat customers who spend their money there better. We are a big portion of their commission after all! Guess its paycheck before people at this store.

Representative came off as lazy and rude doing and saying everything he could to get me out of the store as fast as he could without helping me. He said I couldnt do anything with my account in the store and would have to call in, which is odd because I have never had to do this before, even during the pandemic.

I went to the Spanish Fork Verizon store spent most of my day there and Karlie was excellent she went above and beyond and she is still working with me the next day she even text me to make sure if everything was OK now thats what I called customer service all the way.

Wow dont even bother! Went to go look at some gizmo watches. Since we are in covid times he comes out and I inquired about them. The rep says they are at max capacity so my kids couldnt come in. He then tells me they are exactly like the other ones. Well thats great and all but I want to see the new design if Im going to be dropping a few hundred dollars and multiple ones. He said why, again they are like the old ones. WOW thanks for the stellar help. I insisted I wanted to see them so I quickly went in the store (there was ONE CUSTOMER in there) The rep clearly acted like he didnt want to help. I ended up going to the other store across town which was so helpful and let my kids see the watches. Get a new job if you hate yours.

Katie is the best! She was so patient and tried to find the best deal for me and my husband. Due to some issues with my application, we had to wait over two hours for it to get approved, but she worked tirelessly to get everything going and was even able to get us a discount for the long wait (even though it wasnt her fault). I will definitely be going back to this store (SF) and specially to Katie for anything I need.

The manager at this place is great. Went there thinking my phone was ruined and ready to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Before ever even showing me any new phones he asked to see my old one. In no time at all he had it up and running again. I will definitely be doing all my Verizon shopping with them in the future.

Ive been to this store twice in the past few months. The first time, the sales person was helpful, but the second time was awful! I would not recommend this store. I called in to make sure that the offer I was able to receive from a Verizon authorized reseller was available through the store and was told that it was. When I got to the store and had almost everything finished, I was informed that the offer wasnt available to me. If that wasnt bad enough, they made me pay a restocking fee for a phone that I not only never took out of the store, I never even laid a finger on it. Very disappointing service. The sales person was condescending and I will not ever go into this store again. If you want actual customer service I would go to ANY other store besides this one.

Hopefully when you go to this location JOEY is working! He helped me buy the iPhone X and he was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made me feel like a million bucks, He was so positive/energetic/ and happy! He was very respectful, wasn’t pushy at all, he explained everything I wanted to know really well. Definitely ask for Joey when you walk in!

While I was in there there was an elderly man trying to pay his bill. this was the third time he has been in the store trying to pay his bill. When someone finally helped him he explained to them about this issue. The gentleman tried to be polite and said Im sorry that is not our intent. The man was still obviously frustrated. he asked about his bill which I believe I heard was $157. The man also mentioned his wife had died and she always paid the bills, so this was frustrating for him. After the store employee explained his plan, the man replied I am a rancher, why do I need that? The Employees response was well thats the plan you have had for sometime. What kind of answer is that? I decided I needed to step in. I asked the employee isnt there a less expensive plan that you can find for him? He said yes we have a $60 plan. I asked the elderly man if he uses the internet at all and he said no. The employee said well we only have plans that have data we dont have anything else. The employee then asked me are with this gentleman? I said no I just felt that I needed to come and assist him since he doesnt seem to see know how it works. The employee was a little irritated with me, but in my opinion he should have offered the elderly man the lower plan or said what can I do to make your experience better with Verizon. He didnt. The man left the store saying that he was going to stop using Verizon

I moved around the store to try and get his attention but no luck. I walked out and no response from the sales clerk. I was thinking of changing from AT&T to Verizon but after this, no way. Ive purchased my last two phones at this store. The staff are knowledgeable about the residential services, and have some knowledge of the corporate side (I am a corporate customer). They are willing to help and give the customer a lot of help when setting up new phones or upgrades. The store is always clean and someone will greet you at the door when you arrive, then open the door for you as you are leaving.

Each time weve needed to have some moderately complicated problems taken care of - switching phones for different lines, setting up Family settings for a specific line, etc staff have been quick to help and patient to stick with us during our visits until we were satisfied. Specifically Adrien (spelling?) and Moses Eyere were helpful and dedicated to fixing any issues we came in with.

I was very impressed at how far they would go to make sure I understood our electronics and our new pricing. Sold me a phone that was great. Didn’t tell me the whole truth on the screen protection deal, it cost a bunch of money and you have to go to a another store to get a new one. Stupid. Just buy cheap one on amazon and don’t waste 45 bucks. Other then that staff treated me well.

I watched and listened to associates bad mouthing customers on the other side of the store, I asked if I could get some help and the solutions expert was curt and said Ill just have to wait. I will be the first to say I love Verizon, and have been with them of many many years. The instore line is always 30+ mins. Blah.... sometimes its a joke, you can get better deals online or by calling Verizon, then if you go to the store. But if you go in the store you can wait forever and then have them pull up the website and read to you from the site about the items you have interest in... do yourself a favor and do it online or call the 800 number.

I have a pink stripe down the whole length of my phone so I took it on to be looked at. It was determined that I had dead pixels and my phone was out of warranty but I had insurance that would cover the defect. I was in and out in 10 minutes and totally satisfied with that visit. About time some insurance policy finally worked in my favor...haha.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We recently went to this store to get information on upgrading our phones. We were told that we could try the phone out and return it within 30 days if we didnt like the phone and get the other phone at the price listed. We ended up spending over $500 on accessories and other products that day. Fast forward--we ended up wanting to change the phone because we was not happy with it and when we tried to do so was told that the price for the phone we wanted to change to had gone up and we would be required to pay the higher price because a promotion had ended. We were told otherwise by our salesman on the day we purchased the phone. MY SUGGESTION--GET EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IN WRITING THEY LIE TO YOU (EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY OMISSION) TO GET YOU TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

They gladly sold me a new iPhone 8, but salesman was too lazy to transfer data from my old phone...had to take it to another Verizon store and pay for the transfer??Noticed that they had JBL Free X Wireless Earbuds on sale, and asked the salesman to try a pair...none available. Pulled the trigger on a pair based on recommendation, only to find that these were well documented to have connectivity issues w/ the left earbud. No help from the manufacturer whatsoever in rectifying the issue, so returned for refund and bought a pair of AirPods instead.

This place is a joke. I wasted almost two hours going over plans, etc. to only find out that they cant really do anything without calling customer service. Plus everything they offer in store, they offer online but you dont have to deal with impatient sales people acting inconvenienced by your mere presence. Next time, save time and shop online.

Wasnt told that the lifetime warranty replacement on the glass protector I bought for my S9 was in fact 10 dollars each time you need a replacement. They say its free on the glass replacement website but then slam you with a minimum 10 dollar shipping fee. I have bought glass screen protectors on Amazon before that came in a pack of three for 10 dollars with a lifetime replacement and never had to pay for shipping. Overall when buying I felt rushed to make a decision that very second. There was no interest in giving me time to decide on the best phone for me. The salesman had a get in and out as quick as possible mentality. I was skeptical but I gave in because my old phone needed to be charged three times a day. I feel cheated that they werent more upfront about the information on the glass protector.

Alexis, a employee in this location single handedly ruined my experience at this store. I have never been spoken to in a more demeaning tone then my interaction with her. My father and I walked into the store to pick his new phone that had been ordered into the store, I told her what we needed and instead of actually doing anything she simply looked over her shoulder and said “ I don’t see it”. And then she explained to me that the phone wasn’t there. I explained again told her the name on the order she huffed and slinked tonthe back room spending more time on her personnel phone then helping us. After she found the order that apparently wasn’t there “right”. After she came out to he counter I asked if she could help my dad set up his new phone, I living in another state am not able to help him with questions so I wanted Verizon to set up the phone for him and help so it was done right and all questions would be answered. After asking her to do this she looked at me like I just asked her to do some unspeakable thing and her immediate retort to me was “we don’t do that”. Again with that same demeaning tone that she had with me the whole conversation. Seeing that either my line of questions was either too hard for her to understand or she was simply unwilling to do anything and I mean anythingto help me other then sell us a case for the phone. It was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time at that store and would never go back. If Verizon is interested in keepin customers having employees like Alexis at he Spanish Fork location is not the way to do it. Honestly if they are so unwilling to help or do anything I think Verizon could save money by replacing them with a kiosk for the same amount of customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

This place is an absolute Joke, the guy that was trying to help me did not know what the new edge plan is at all!! I got pre-approved by verizon to go into a store and upgrade my phone as I recently started the Verizon edge plan, and this guy who was obviously new yet too proud to let me even talk to a manager kept telling me the wrong thing, the complete opposite of what Verizon corporate had literally just told me earlier in the week. Terrible Service, unwilling to truly identify customers needs and unwilling to allow their customers to talk to the manager. I will never visit this Verizon store again i will travel the extra 20 minutes to the other store.

I showed up at 8:03 and got completely rejected because they closed 3 minutes earlier at 8pm. Not too pleased. Employee said he couldnt let me in or he would lose his job as if I was going to rob the place. I think employees should lose their jobs for treating customers the way I was treated.
