I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Sent my headphones over 6 months ago to these guys and they wont even answer calls. If I call 3 times I get a text back from someone saying please text me and when I ask where my headphones are they dont answer at all or give a generic Apologies for the delay. At this point I have no idea if they even received my headphones and am under the impression that this is a scam. I am reporting this to the better business bureau and filing a police report. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Before you decide to do business with this company please go through all their reviews on facebook and yelp. They had my Sony 1000XM3 for a month without telling any useful update. I tried emailing and texting them several times, they were either no or vague response.After a month they finally told me they got the parts to fix my headphone. I will update this review when I ACTUALLY receive my headphone. The experience has been beyond disappointing so farUpdate:I received my headphone this week, they did a great job on repairing, the whole process took about 6 weeks

I sent a gaming headset sent to this company on 12/05/20. I have reached out several time to assure the package was delivered and check that staus and have only got a response once and the response stated they would check the status. There are a lot of similar reviews as mine, so beware before sending your expensive equipment to this company.

Switched left and right earsIll give a star for being prompt with the work and the return shipping, this business solved one problem and created another with their repair. My headphone jack was snapped in an accident. I sent it here to get a new jack. The replacement part was from a different brand, which is understandable, but slightly annoying. The real problem was that the technician didnt pay attention to which channel went where, and ended up reversing the left and right ears. My headphones are shaped to fit each ear, so I cant just swap the speakers on my head. This seems like a rookie mistake. He offered to reverse the problem, but at this point I dont trust him with my headphones anymore.

They fixed headphones nobody else could, and then when I needed some touch-ups they did that for free, so they stand behind their work, which I appreciate. Not the best on communication but they got the job done when nobody else could!

I sent my Bose headphones in for repair. Didnt get a response for about two months. Finally got an email from them saying I needed to pay $50 for the repair to get them back. I sent the $50 and it took another 2 months to finally get them back. When I got them back they still had the exact same problem as before. Now its been another 1 1/2 months trying to get my money back with no response at all.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!STAY AWAY!!!

The audio jack on my sons gaming headphones broke and I tried a repair shop near by me that said they could fix them. After two weeks I was told that they could get the microphone to work. I contacted Headphone Repair House and they said they would take a look and that they thought he could fix the headphones. Not only did they fix the head set in less time then was expected. They work like new and the repair is clean and professional. If you have any issue with your headphones or gaming headset and they are repairable at all. These are the guys! They are lightning fast at repairs, very professional, very fair pricing and very knowledgeable at what they do. Thank you, thank you and thank you! They saved me from having to buy another expensive gaming head set by repairing the one I brought them. I highly recommend this company!!!!

I found Headphone Repair House through a google search. I live in Texas and was hesitant to send my sons Turtle Beach Headphones out of the state to be fixed. I contacted the shop via text with the number listed on the website and received a reply within minutes. After sending a picture of the broken headphones I was informed that they could be fixed. I filled out the form online and sent the package to the address that was provided. Within a week my sons headphones were fixed and ready to be shipped back to us. There was a 10% discount available and it was honored on the bill. I truly appreciate the fast response, the excellent work, and the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Very great experience. Some trouble with email and the invoice to pay for the headphones, but Dario was super awesome and we found a solution. Shipped them back super fast, and was twice as cheap as other repair places. Would be back again (hopefully not because that means broken headphones but still).

Great customer service! I highly recommend this company. After much discussion with them, I decided on a pair of Bose headphones, which are far superior to my 10 year old Bose headphones, for half the price. A great company to deal with. They really aim to please, which they did!

Wish I could rate them lower. Their terms say that they would remind you about costs involving special parts, I received no word about those add-ons to my payment. I sent out my headphones around the end of August, knowing that their site says it would take 2-3 days to repair and send your headphones back. Its been over 2 months. If you want your headphones repaired, send them to Best Buy, or any other technology retailers. I learned the hard way...

Should have done more research on this place and read the reviews online. I wont call them a company as I think they are just an internet theft ring. Sent headphones in 4 months ago. Never heard anything. Emailed and left voicemails regularly with no response. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON! My only recourse at this point is file a civil suit for the loss and to contact all the manufacturers they list on their website to tell them of the theft ring this place is operating in their name.

The phone number provided NEVER gets answered, you then get an automated text response stating “ please text me” or “ apologies for the delayed response” without an explanation of the delay or updates of your repair. Along with the previous reviews of this company, I also believe this company is a SCAM and THEFT RING. Save yourself some time and grief and BEWARE!!

The MOST unprofessional business experience.Like other one-star reviews, it happens that they neither respond your messages/emails nor calls. Needless to say, they do not call you back. They received my headphone over two weeks ago. I still have not heard any update of repair from them.I shipped my headphone that my dad gave me. It is not expensive but this headphone means a lot to me. I am worried that I might not get it back. I now do not want any repair from them. I just want my headphone back.

First off I don’t do eating or reviews, but let me tell you about my experience.When I first called on the phone, it was great and I wanted to get my headphones taken cared of right away. I lived quite a bit away from the place, but it was just like an hour drive so I didn’t mind. I forgot my headphones the first time, but came back the next day. I’m gonna be quite honest it felt sketchy when I handed my handphones over. I had a pair of a really high end Beats headphone that was worth about $440. The guy I was working with was name Dario and he’s just a great person. Like. I wouldn’t recommend buying a cheap pair of headphones now. I would just recommend buying expensive pairs and having these guys fix them. Thank you so much Dario and Headphone Repair House!!!

We definitely give Headphone Repair House 5 stars. We drove to the address and knocked on the door but no one answered so we called and left him a message that we needed a repair for our Beats. The home was sketchy when we pulled up so we were hesitant at first. He called us back later that day and had us text him a picture of the damage. He talked us through the repair and let us know he could do it. We took the broken headphones to him the next day and he had them done in a few hours.We are very happy with the results!

When I emailed them, they send the headphones back in even worse condition than I originally sent to them. They wont answer the phone when I called and took my deposit and just basically ripped me off. Stay far away from these people, they are bad news.

If I could I would give Headphone Repair House 0 stars. They received my Beats on June 19th. I have attempted to call a few times, and I have yet to receive a return call. I sent them a message on June 28th and as of July 13th they stated they were waiting for a part. I sent a follow up message on July 31 and called in between. As of August 14th I have yet to receive a message on even an email. This place is a SHAM. Stay away from this place!

I’ve received 2 emails apologizing for the inconvenience and then 0 followup with the relevant information. This is a horrifically unprofessional business. Great Experience. I had an older paid of Shure earbuds that were over $500 new that one of the channels stopped working. I reached out to Shure and they would not repair them and then sent them to Headphone Repair House. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and the earbuds sound as good as new.

They did an AMAZING job repair my Earbuds! The customer service was great. Quick responses to my emails. Horrible they got my headphones 2 weeks ago as of today the 28th. They dont respond to emails until you threaten them to proceed with charges. Then you get the run around and a crazy bill. Be aware of the 45.00 rate in parts not labor. The bill will be double when you get it. You can go on ebay and buy new beats studios for 90.00 shipped. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. Try to give the small business a chance and they screw you. The office is in a apartment I should have know.
