Mercedes has been taking care of my brows on and off for a couple years. She’s attentive when you take time to get to know her, she takes her time as she pampers your brows and let’s you know if you are in need of a lip wax! I enjoy talking to Mercedes about beauty tips, life and people. The price is not bad too for a brow and lip wax. If you need a last minute appt, she’ll do her best to cater to you!

Awfully scattered and unprofessional! I took time off work to be at my appointment I made 1 week in advance with Mercedes the brow gal. She didnt greet me or even look at me when I arrived. Hmmm, I thought. I shopped a little while she was busy gabbing and waxing another person. Then, another person gets in the chair, Im all like well maybe shes running late. I sat in front of the counter, still no greeting. Mind you Ive been to her 5 or more times. THEN another person gets in chair. I finally ask whats happening I booked an appointment for 11 and its now almost 11:20? She said I have these walk ins ahead of you, can you wait for 15 minutes? Im like no, I have a job to get back to. Im upset at the lack of courtesy and professionalism at this spot. I will not be back and I will share my experience.
