Anytime Ive ordered parts i call ahead and double check. Have had no issues. Warrantied out a part with no hassle or questions.
Drove an hour and a half to Reno two days in a row because they said my parts were in, when I got there both times they said the parts were 2 weeks out. Terrible service, these people have no clue what they are doing. I recommend going anywhere else if possible.

My culvert was scheduled to come in on the 24th, I called the 23rd to verify the pick up and it was good. When I got there I was informed it wont be here until the 30th... It cost me over 200 dollars to cancel and reschedule the crew and gravel... Now Im told it may not be here again...
Due to covid-19...staff had to distance customers into the store.....when I walked in ....staff had all protocols in place for effective distancing.....helpful courteous and friendly....a vital filter that i needed for a face mask respirator...i could not find, even through the company that makes them...well,grainger had them in abundance so i was able to purchase them...so with great satisfaction i was very pleased with the result...THANKS GRAINGER!!!

Probably the most friendly customer service department ive ever had the chance to talk with. They went above and beyond to get me the information i needed to help replace an a/c motor and they helped me find a part that should work in my unit. I cant wait to get the new motor installed!
Are raising prices based on the covid virus. I have been buying isopropyl alcohol from them for years. A gallon went from about $2 to $50. They are pirates.
