My husband Greg ordered from wiring products and they shipped to our BILLING address instead of what was clearly on the invoice, a shipping address. It was free shipping to our MAILING address but we had to pay to have the items shipped to our shipping address. After we sent an email well over seven days after receiving our order and seeing the invoice clearly stating the correct shipping address, we asked for a reimbursement of our shipping costs due to their error and to date, we have gotten NO response. In addition, we notified them that the shrink tubing we received that was supposed to be for 2/0 wire would not even fit over a 2/0 wire much less shrink on it. Our experience with Wire Products has been very disappointing from the shipping process (how difficult is it to read an invoice and send product to the CORRECT address let alone send the correct product (shrink tubing) AND not bother to respond to a customer (who spent over $300)? I will never buy from this company again and I suggest you think long and hard before you are disappointed like we are.

Thy have a big problem to communicate, they are realy afraid to answer the phone, no communications at all!!!! we dont know if they exist or Noand I have send my money to purchasse some trailer connectors and I think I lost my money, this is very disapointing

This was my first order with this company. We needed 6 custom switch panels, plus a bunch of wire, connectors, cable and loom to rebuild 6 plow trucks in our fleet. I called them up to discuss a special cut-out we needed on our panels, and was pleased to get a human on the phone, something rare these days. When I asked them how long it would take to get our order, they told me it should ship within 2-3 days. Sure enough, 5 days later we received our order. Their wire and terminals are American made and of excellent quality. But it was the custom switch panels that were the best. It is hard to find anybody that can do this kind of product, let alone in only a few days and at a very reasonable cost.

I have been ordering from wiringproducts for many years now. I am very happy with there service and pricing. They get the product to me in a timely manner which is important to me. They get 4 stars because no one or no company is perfect including mine.

I have purchased some wire, butt splices and push on terminals from Wiringproducts. They shipped fast, I got tracking information when my order shipped and their prices are fair. I will be shopping with them if the need arises.

Ill keep this short. Snowbirds traveling north, batteries not charging, slides very erratic when extending and retracting, electric stabilizers not working properly, stayed at the Sparks Marina RV Park, ordered two 20 amp circuit breaker from these good folks on advise of fellow travelers headind North, one for a spare!After finishing the order, I noticed their address was in Sparks of all places....called them and told my story, Chris said come over, we have them in stock, drove over, got lost even with navigator LOL, called and Chris directed me to THEIR place. Purchased two breakers, back to RV Park, removed said breaker only to find out out it was a 50 amp breaker!!!!!, called Chris back... No problem, drove back, he had two 50 amp breakers waiting. They adjusted the invoice to reflect no shipping, and correct pricingI was charging the NEW batteries with a battery charger to get the slides in and out, while on the road.OK, its not short, but Thanks Chris for all your help and patience, if 6 stars were available Id give it.

I ordered circuit breakers for my boat. It was taking awhile to get the item so I checked the email I received so I could track it. There was no tracking number not contact number. After search the net I found the number called two days in a round not answer. Makes me feel like I have been scammed. I still have not received my items to date. Will not be returning.....

Dont take my word for it. Try and call any number in their website. Try and send them an email. Youll never get a response. I spent over 200 on some switches with printing and they mis spelled and misplaced words when though it was clearly stated in my order. I cant get a call back or an email returned. Reporting to BBB and against their business license.

Something is odd about the reviews on here. The ones that left 5 stars only have one review posted ever. Usually that means the reviewer is of the business or a persuaded friend. I ordered switch panels from here and they mis-spelled some very short words on my panels. Im having them re-done elsewhere as I cannot get a hold of the owner here. No response via repeated emails and phone calls. Left multiple voicemails. no response ever.
