The thing that matters to me is the friendliness of the cashier,I think he was the manager and his kindness was so sweet

Not fully stocked, meaning I go there for selected items. Of my items they werent fully stocked. Made mistake of not fully explaining and want to clarify. Someone else might be happy. That is my reason for rating

They make the best out of any situation, even under staffed they kept the lines fast and everything stocked. Truly grateful for the crew at this particular Dollar General.

Store is fine and associates were friendly. However, the property outside the store is not good and riddled with litter. The management needs to take care of the property better.

D.G. really needs to hire more staff, Im not at all surprised when I go in and the store is in chaos and only two people are working trying to run the register stock the shelves help your customers and basically take care of everything that needs to be done please hire more people so you dont have such a large turnover you would save money in the long run, sorry but way to much for two employees ❣️

Cashier was very rude and nasty! When customers come in she wouldn’t even greet us! Got to the cash register and she snatching things and still wouldn’t be professional! When I asked for her name (no name tag on) she asked me what was mines. Then looked at my badge and told me her name was Cassandra or Charissa. I will not be returning to this store again! And I advice you all to do the same!

Disgusting. They have large signs posted on the doors stating masks are required. They do not enforce this AND management does not enforce masks on employees. I was there this week and the only employee I saw with a mask was stocking. The cashier had thier mask on thier chin and the manager was talking to a pepsi vendor. Neither of them were wearing masks. I refuse to support this company until they respect the health of thier employees and customers.

There was a worker that was very rude and kept following me around the store like I was trying to steal something I put a 3-ring binder on the wrong Shelf and she made it a point to come over and tell me that I shouldnt do that and then I sprayed a little bit of perfume and I basically got cussed out for that too I will not be going back and I will probably be going up there and talking to the manager.

Absolutely no attempt from them to clean it up so all photos are forwarded to EPA and Spartanburg sheriffs department1/13/2020Well it looks like they finally put forth a sincere effort to clean up the trash around the store😀 its a mess again these people just dont care of their whole property looks like a garbage dump

Purchased hot glue gun, came home plugged it up and the glue shot back out the opposite way. The lady who originally rung me up refused to give my money back.

Good for in and out shopping

I went in this store around 7:30 and it was a mess. There we’re so many boxes of inventory at the ends of isles and stuff thrown in the floor. The guy was on the ladder throwing paper towels in the floor. This store needs attention!

Had windshield washer fluid, that I needed.

Nice employees, stuff was everywhere because they were trying to get stocked up but overall, good store.

Parking lot covered in trash all the way through the woods. Shelves half empty. Random items everywhere. Toys in my home decor? Sure. Food in my make up? Sure. Employees are friendly though 👍

Packed out in there. People lined up waiting to check out. After about 20 min of standing in line another boy came to help check people out. Where was he the whole time the check out line was packed out?? SMH!

Not the cleanest or well stocked for items, staff dont want to be there or deal with you. Theres a rodent always shopping with you running around. One of the worst dollar generals in the area.

Best experience Ive had at a Dollar General in a long time... There was four staff members working ( extremely unusual at Dollar General ) everyone was very friendly, and found everything I needed !

They had all I needed and decent prices.

Rude cashier/ manager. Cashier asked manger or a more knowledgeable person to tell her how to enter my telephone number on the keypad. She seemed really bothered by the fact she was asked by the other cashier to come show her. She obviously should have chosen another career path. Could not get her name, not wearing a name tag.

If we as customers do not stand up and demand better customer service from the people that we choose to spend our hard on dollars with, we will continue to receive the service that I got today at Dollar General. Will not return to that store. Dont recommend you go there.

The shelves were so disheveled the store looked like it had been ransacked. A huge difference from the other location I was at earlier in the week.
