Definitely not the cheapest spot in town. But they offer some really good food. Staff seems younger so most of them have attitudes and I see them on their phones constantly.

The people are great but the shelves stay bare a lot longer than they should.

Lines always long and constantly out of items, but reasonable prices.

I called today to ask was Western Union working. I was told yes. I go to the customer service desk and the customer service manager told me it wasnt working.I said I just called he said in a hateful voice I dont know who u talk to but its been all day. He said Ill try it but I k know its a waste of time. Well guess what it worked perfect.

Got a cake from the bakery for my husbands birthday. Sticker said it was a chocolate cake with buttercream icing.Got home and cut it. And it was whipped icing. Wasnt good at all.

Decent grocery store but prices are rather high on their fresh foods. There are a Lot of rude employees here. I only shop here when I just need a couple of things quick and because they are closest to me.

Went there for covid vaccine, and since you have to wait 15 mins, I did some needed shopping. Everything was easy to find and there was a greater variety to choose from, compared to where I usually shop. Also, the prices were better! Pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful! Will be starting my shopping here, for sure!

Clean store. Salad bar was closed by 8PM. Always a good selection.

I go there every week to buy groceries. They have very friendly employees and managers. They also always have really good sales, service, and the store is in a good location.

I left my wallet at the register by accident while bagging my own groceries. I came back 15 minutes later the cashier said she turned my wallet in. I went to managers area to get it and the $300 I had in it was missing. I asked if they could look at the security video and they said they didnt see anything. I called the police they looked at the footage and said the wallet was messed with and now they have to get a warrant to retrieve a copy of the video at different angles to get definitive proof. Ill never see the money again, but stay the hell out of there. Lol

I come here for the bucks or a quick salad. Occasionally on the way home if I have a honey do this item I need to pickup. Their starbucks doesnt offer the full menu and changes staff more than Id like but there rarely a line! Ingles is quality vs price. If you dont mind the price, its usually quality foods.

Good store. Between 3-6 need more registers. There tends to be lines.

I love ingles but I am disappointed lately that they do not have disinfectant sprays or wipes in stock. They NEVER have these. At least some stores carry these items all times and order them constantly. I NEVER see these items here and this is where I always shop.

Good grocery store, compared to many other local and more convenient stores Ingles has always been more expensive and less appealing. They are, however, consistent.

I like sierra mist and I have traveled tn sc fl tx la and I can only find it at ingles in landrum..

Food is good. Prices average. Management is often hostile at worst, and indifferent and unresponsive Way too often. Pharmacy has gotten MUCH better, though one pharmacist still has her moments, but the other more than makes up for it! Recommend weekends. Mostly sunday

We do not have an Ingles within 20-25 miles of LKN so anytime Im near one I have to stop in and load up on their deli chicken salad. Their store brand will put all other store brands to shame and make them look like run of the mill packaged stuff! Just love it!

At the last minute I needed a Birthday cake had a terrible experience getting a cake at publics bakery!! went to Ingles Bakery the lady Teresa was a super nice lady whip a B-day cake up and it was beautiful friendly an love the service thank ypu Teresa. Pine st Ingles

Selection is always great... a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I only used the Gas Part. I loved that I got my gas for 25 cents off, but I would have liked a cold drink too. They had drinks but all of them in the coolers were kinda warm. You would think with the money they make they would at least have COLD drinks. Ive never had a problem at this Ingles before, so maybe it was just a fluke.

Man they have some GOOD. Food!!!

Carley who works in the bakery is a LITERAL godsend. She went above and beyond for my kids Minecraft cake. Theresa did an incredible job, doing exactly what I needed without any fuss. Wont go anywhere else for birthday cakes again!

Nice grocery store . It has a wide selection of foods and other items a great deli section and hot bar. They have gelato and a mushroom and tomato bar . But with selection this wide the prices are a little higher than the Bi-Lo . But you can splurge here for select items and get basic stuff elsewhere . Very clean store and nice staff.

I went to deli for lunch. GREAT service. My receipt says Carrie was my cashier, she also made my sub!! She was super sweet, makes me want to go more frequently. Another lady was there while I was there and expressed the same thought!! Thanks Carrie!

The customer service has been exceptional the times I have needed anything! Recently, I exchanged an item, and the larger size was on sale, so I got that size. I realized later that I was not given the sale price in the exchange, so I went back the next week with my receipt to ask. They gave it to me free...and it was a $24 item! If they fail to give you the sale price, that is their policy. I always enjoy shopping there.👍😊

Go here if you feel like paying double what Walmart charges for meat thats almost expired.

Ingles is great. The employees are really nice, and helpful. This is an average grocery store with typical pricing. Some items vary in expense compare to other stores, but that is to be expected. They have a Starbucks that has never let me down. They also have an excellent deli, bakery, hot food service, and fresh fruits/veggies areas all located right near the produce section. This store also offers a salad bar and hot food bar option.
