My all time favorite store to buy awesome fragrance room plug-ins. The best!

So for those asking what going on at this location and why they have been closed. They are permanently closing this store due to safety. Its unfortunate because I have always loved the workers here but thats what happens when some people dont understand when you consistently make a business feel that the safety concerns are outweighing the desire to make money then people eventually pack up and leave. Same thing happened to Lafayette mall. Ill miss this store but safety is always more important than making a buck. If yall want businesses to stay, stop stealing, assaulting, and vandalizing good businesses. Off to Plainfield to shop.

They have been closed during posted open three times! They connect their phone to a fax machine so you cannot leave messages either. Take your money and go to the Avon location. The management there should be ashamed

This store is horrible! I was told by the manager to take my hood off while in the store. I didn’t understand why that was needed if I’m coming to spend money. Then she asked if I needed a mask when I already had one. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t need any help or she was thinking I was trying to steal. Thanks I’ll spend my money elsewhere and get respect!

This place had the best customer service. You walk in and get greeted and they helped a dude like me looking in a store that I hardly shop in. I would recommend this store over the mall stores any time.

I love this store. I’m constantly getting emails for coupons and the staff is super nice. For Christmas I bought seven 3-wick candles along with six wallflower replacements when they were on sale. The lady who checked me out asked me about a 20% off coupon that should be in my email when we couldn’t find it she scanned a paper and gave it to me anyways. I saved over $70 because of her. I love this place.

Who doesnt love them and those awesome holiday sales. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. I like this location from the couple of times I have shopped. They are very good and knowing the scents.

The staff are honest and will not fast talk you into buying any product. They are good at multitasking and letting you try things out. They ask questions about what you need and why youre getting what youre getting. The lady who worked with me was very friendly and gave me a discount on one of the products. She made sure I got it too! I will definitely be going back.

Obviously if you wanna smell good, you come to this place. Everything from lotions, sprays, soaps and different stress relievers. They also have hand sanitizers for my adults... I go to get the mens soap during the Semi Annual Sale. Good smells all around!

The MOST ORGANIZED, HELPFUL, and FRIENDLIEST STAFF EVER! The manager Keesha and her staff has completely restored my faith back in Bath and Body works after not shopping there in years!!!! I’m there twice a week. I know I need rehab right? Lol. But their knowledge and kindness is above and beyond what you would expect at any retail outlet. You can even see how the employees enjoy working at the location with one another and with their customers. I always see them smiling and the customers smiles are even bigger. I know mine is as I walk out the store with bags upon bags. Awesome place to shop if you love bath and body works!

I accidentally went in on a great sale day. The employees were very helpful. They were constantly restocking. Everything was gery well organized. The lines were fast.

Every time I go to this location the employees are so nice and helpful. Youre always greeted upon arrival and a employee is always around the corner if you need assistance. The store always smells good.

I wish that they would bring back the Butterfly Flower Spray Mist, Body Lotion, and Shower Gel! It was the BEST!

Went in to do some Christmas shopping and use my coupons and see the sales. Staff very helpful, especially a woman named Lyryc was VERY helpful and went above and beyond to help me! I remember her name bc Id I had a daughter I told her that I would name her Lyric Ive always liked that name. So go see Lyryc she is awesome and helpful and even helped me find a new scent that I absolutely love and I am picky!!!! Good job Lyryc!
