Does not have change for $100 bill for somebody buying $20 worth of product! did you also know that the Big lots has a manager named Joel who was just in charge of the store Joel made the chicks at the counter wait and made me wait for almost 15 minutes for him to unwrap a pallet of toilet paper before he would even attempt to give them change or be able to help me as the customer. I chose to make Joel write down his managers name and number. The store managers name is Nathan. I explained to Joel that I wasnt going to buy my products there any longer and I explained to the other lovely ladies, one of which would be Kathy. I believe she has worked there the longest and was the most helpful. Joel has no idea what customer service really is

Excellente. Brought new boxspring and mattress for grandson. Didnt even know they sold furniture at such reasonable prices. Until I looked on the internet for mattresses. Wow, they still sale old favorites, like SERTA. The best and most comfortable beds. Will come here when we get a new bed for us.(granny and grand dad)

Just about one of the only Big Lots worth going to anymore. Better stocked and cleaned then some of the previous nicer ones that have gone down hill.

Cameron in furniture was so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend asking for him if you are shopping in that area!

I was pretty surprised at how high the prices have skyrocketed. This was my first time at this location but Im no stranger to finding great deals at Big Lots, especially on the things other retailers tend to overcharge for, this was definitely a swing and a miss though! The prices they are actually charging are similar to those youd find in a department store for patio decor, patio furniture, bistro sets, outdoor lighting, I mean I even saw a plastic tree stump no bigger than 13 around and maybe 14 high for $50.00!!!! I was starting to look around for Ashton, like ok you can come out now! Very little selection for anything summer related or outdoor related, I browsed for over an hour wanting to have not wasted the trip but left empty handed. It was disappointing to say the least.

This store always has sales going on and for rewards membership it has very good incentives. Like free 16oz bottle of hand sanitizer etc. As well having amazing prices. Also at this Speedway location its very clean and organized.

This is a great store but it is hit and miss on what you get. I totally understand that this is what kind of store this is but I can’t rely on it. It is more of an impulse kind of buying store but I like something that I can rely on year after year. I will say that during Christmastime, Big Lots cannot be beat.

I really enjoyed shopping at Big Lots. Their store is larger compared to where they were. They offer more brand name products at a little lower price. Nice clean surroundings, and you can get a better bargain here then at larget stores.

Customer service is not like it used to be. The customer service rendered by some of the new younger staff workers is really horrible.Big lots really went down hill after the previous staff workers that used to work there left. It was a five star then. Now, It’s just not the same anymore.

The man I talked to about furniture was a smart and loud mouth.No more of me and my cousins business.

Great customer service, I mean super friendly staff, store was extremely clean. I am giving it three stars because of the lack of inventory. Mostly empty shelves. I guess it is a trade off, big lots in UT were jammed full of stuff but super dirty, here not so much stuff but really clean. Ok I will bump it to four stars.

Manh things too buy. Sometimes out of stock. Not all stores the same. They carry different stuff. Out of stock at times

First time at this Big lots.Very nice store.

Big lots has always been a favorite store of mine to visit every since I was a kid, I used to buy model cars,plane and rocket kits. This particular big lots happens to be around a whole lot of nice places to do a little shopping.

A perfect place to buy snacks etc compared to regular grocery store prices. But dont buy furniture here. Its junk. The customer service has definitely improved and is more friendly.

Lack of available merchandise, same items located in several different places. Employees not aware of where items were located. Store messy & disorganized. Looking for recliner... Most were defective. the latch that moves the leg rests up was missing on one. Very disappointing.

Didnt have what I came in for and left with way more than was needed. The gentleman at register was quite the charmer. Not sure if he is seasonal but a definite keeper.

Very great people that work there absolutely love them! The manager of the store and Speedway is so helpful and he would do anything to help you he goes out of his way!! I got this new couch their it Glides on both ends and it has a center console to put things in and 2 drink holders. I love it!

Good prices. Seasonal items from home furniture, appliances, decor and organization to frozen food, groceries, snacks, drinks and seasonal and non seasonal baked goodies. They also have personal care and office products. I’ve been there 3-4 times and I have always observed just a few employees. They are few but courteous. Recommended.

I dont know why I dont shop here more. They have a spectacular selection of bed clothes and pillows. Seasonal items. And some unusual food items that you dont see everyday. Like the candies at Cracker Barrel. Also, if you didnt already know, their prices are awesome. When I was there it was clean and they had friendly staff. This particular location seems bigger than other Big Lots.

I like shopping at big lots bc it feels like its your very own private mini mall. I mean seriously how does this place stay open. I like the brands and the prices are reasonable but I go in there and there are maybe 5 other shoppers. its freaking weird, but anyways, hope it stays open for at least a little longer because i like having that option.

A clean store. It is typically a better experience if you enter with open expectations as stock changes often. There are standard categories of items, but specific brands may or may not be available. Use your rewards! The staff works hard but respond well to questions and greetings

Not the best selection and definitely no help. Went in to buy some furniture for a spare room and the options were minimal. Also, I feel like I can usually find a lot of decent cleaning supplies here, and that was also a no-go. I did get a few items and the lady at checkout was kind, but no one had trained her and it took about 10 minutes for 2 items :/

I love going to Big Lots. I never walk out with just one item. You can always fine great deals . Christmas time is my favorite seasonand Big Lots has such beautiful things to decorate your home.

This Big Lots is one of the cleanest and neatest stores I have ever been in. The manager was very nice and helpful. We were leaving right at closing time and the clerk was extremely nice and helpful.

Easy park,shop & check out. Prices are creeping up & the expectation of very good price. Trade off i accepted of not shopping regular retailers is slowly being blurred. I think Big Lots need to ditch the rewards bs & coupons.Big Lots need returning to roots of selling new odd & out of favor stock. I go to BL in hopes of a good deal on something Im ready to buy retail. I NEVER GO THERE BECAUSE OF A SALE OR STUPID REWARDS CARD!!!

Checkout takes quite a while but the store is stocked and fairly clean. One can always find and buy exactly what they did NOT need. Take a list and focus.

Very nice store well organized and a great repurposed building, used to be Marsh. Staff is rude however. They get short tempered when asked if they have items or where they would be located if they do. A staff makes a business.
