Recently decided to make the switch from Verizon. Decided to stop in and was blown away. Over exceeded my expectations. Robert helped me and was super awesome! Very knowledgeable! Knows his stuff, Highly Recommended!! Saves me a lot of money on my bill and got some great new phones that didn’t cost me a fortune 5 Stars ⭐️ all the way!

Wow! Robert was fantastic! Yeah! Now I see why he has five stars! This guy performed fantastic updating our plans and new phones… he is worth the extra 5 miles to drive passed another Cricket store to get to his for his six star service! And on top of that he did not ask me to write a review… he said he dont even check it LOL. Awesome service!

Jamal screwed my account all up! Spent almost $90 to bring my boyfriends number over from Metro and pay my bill and woke up the next day with 2 dead phones! Had to go BACK up to the store spend another hour and almost another $50 to get our phones back on. And they tried to charge me a $15 reconnect fee! AND he put the wrong screen protector on BOTH of our phones! 🤬

I have been happy with my Cricket service for 3 years and when Covid came and they increased the data to 10 GB with no extra charge...it was impressive, appreciated and a reason to not stray. I came in about 15 mins before close and knew what I wanted and had all the info so it was gonna be quick. There ended up being an issue with the computer which caused me and the sales man to have to sit there for an hour after close and he was very nice about it all.

Great experience at this store. Love there new location. New store was very clean, open, and spacious. Was really taken care of and the customer service was above and beyond. Got a great a deal on a new phone and some really cool accessories. Not to mention moving over to Crickets service is going to save me a lot of money. More than happy about that.

Dec. 21st(?) Only one employee, waited 30-40 minutes. Employee didnt have mask on, had to ask him to please wear a mask. On Front door, states that we should wear mask. DOESNT it include employees?
