My husband and I received superior service from JP an associate at this location. He was professional yet friendly, and answered all of our questions. I just switched to Verizon from T-mobile. Coverage is so much better and this store location is very convenient and easy to access.Customer service is excellent. My husband and I have a small business and we’re able to meet here with our Verizon reps Anthony and George. They bent over backward for us and got us everything we needed. Good prices, good coverage and excellent customer service always earn 5 stars from me. I highly recommend Verizon.
Maria charged my account almost 700$ two weeks ago while I was in the store upgrading my phone and was only supposed to charge it 90$. Verizon was supposed to refund my account and I still haven’t seen the refund. Contacted Verizon today and they said there’s nothing they can do at an “in store level” problem still unsolved and they were the ones who made the mistake.
OMG can we talk about the amazing service at this location! Absolutely no wait, door was opened for me and every staff member said welcome or hello! I had the pleasure of working with Geoff who was so incredibly knowledgeable from phones to plans and even local issue updates. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 8 years and this is the first in store experience that was enjoyable. I was out in under an hour with a new phone and full explanation. I cant say thank you enough to Geoff and the team at this location! This location is absolutely about the customer!
Nate was SO AMAZING!! Usually I have bad experiences with authorized dealers. Nate has cured all that! He kept me informed about the status of my new phone every step of the way. All my family switched to Verizon from T-mobile. Coverage is so much better and the representative Agustin Bracero was excellent with the service and the knowledge of working with the phones. Samsung and iPhone can’t beat the deal he gave us. I recommend him 100%.

This Verizon Store is ABSOLUTELY the best store I have ever been in! The young man who helped me, Geoffrey Boettjer has angel wings I swear to you! I was waited on immediately when I came in. I am not techy and this young man was so kind and helpful that I cannot even express how grateful I am! He set everything up for me and went out of his way understanding that older people do not always understand phones. Another Verizon store in area hung up on me this morning. Mr. Moss helped us tonight and not only did he not pay attention by grabbing the wrong iPhone that was supposed to be the 12 pro and not the 12 then tonight we tried to call the store and the phone wont call through. We also called on my phone and was hung up on. We are very disappointed.
Id definitely recommend this store even above the corporate stores for many reasons but mainly because of their excellent customer service.

We have tried Verizon for about a year and a half. In the time that we have had them, it hasn’t been a good experience. The cellular coverage is terrrible. I can’t get reception even in my own house, I use my phone for my job and travel around Tampa bay, most of the time my service hits constant dead zones. I have replaced 3 phones because they blame it on my phone. I now have the IPhone 12 and still having the same issues. When I’m on the road for work and my service cuts out and I have to call them, it’s an hour and a half wait just to be told that it’s probably my phone again. The also talked me into buying a different brand new phone for my son that has never worked and I can’t seem to reach anyone to fix it. The customer service agents sound incompetent and make excuses and the issues are never resolved, and I keep paying them. I am done now. Going back to Tmoble. I would have given zero stars if it was available.

Tried to call this morning 1/24/2021 & get a few questions answered for my son who is currently completing his ITB for Marine Corps. Dave answered & once he asked if we could come in & put numbers down on paper & I let him know no not until mid February when my son comes back to Florida I got hung up on. Tried calling back thinking maybe we just got disconnected & was hung up on again. Thanks Dave for your terrible customer service! Ill even go as far as getting Karen for you & reporting you & your store to corporate!
I would give less stars if I could. These people do not care about their costumers.Only how much money they can make off you. I told them my son wanted to start service and finance a phone to help build his credit, she cons us into us BOTH switching and then put it ALL in my name. Didnt even ask if Verizon works where I live!Which it does not! I loved AT & T service. I could use my phone in my house. Now its spotty at best. Always having to restart my phone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE.SHE COND US REALLY GOOD.
The experience I had tonight while upgrading my service with Verizon Wireless was amazing. As I approached the building Mike greeted us the door And welcomed us by opening the door for us. Anthony also came over to assist us and both of them made the process easy, listen to our needs, and made us feel like valued customers. They did not attempt to sell us anything that we didnt need and made suggestions but were not pressuring Us in any way. They assisted us with calling our previous provider, filling out our rebate forms, and truly making us feel as if we were part of the family. I would highly recommend this store and specifically these two gentlemen to anyone who needs service.

June15th my faith in Verizon has been restored. After an incredible mix up adding a line about a month ago and working for with an amazing service rep Nathaniel/Nate Hayes at the Mariner Verizon store along with customer care service rep Andrea Ables, I am blessed to say the problem was resolved. It takes a special representative to have heard and worked through my frustration and tears to reach a solution. The world needs more Nate Hayes and Andrea Ables and I am blessed to have been helped by them. I whole heartedly recommend Nate at the Verizon store. Thank you both ❤️
This store is ran by Cellular Sales, I suggest going to an actual Verizon store for better deals and more honest sales folks. All the stores look the same, but theres a big difference in how they treat customers.

The reps are personable and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything.Unfortunately, their technical expertise is lacking. On two occasions I was told various things which contradicted information received from the support phone number. I even called their nationwide support staff from the store and had them on speaker phone. At least everyone in earshot had been educated.
My wife and I have been customers for 6 years. We were eligible for new phones so my new best friend J.P. quoted $129. per month. I am now receiving a monthly bill for $159. and theres nothing that can be done about it. You got me. I assure you Ill never do business with this company again.

So not too impressed with this place. When you can be out of service from no fault of your own for 2 weeks straight and they want to charge a full month with out a single apology. Theres something wrong here. Not once but 3 times . never late paying my bill. No reason for this kind of service. Never did we get a reason as to why we didnt have service. 1 mile from Verizon cell tower. Nobody really wanted to put much time in to figure out the problem. It kept getting passed to someone else with no notes put in computer of what the previous person said or steps to get this fixed. Im sure Im not the only one.

The sales team at this store advised me that all the phones were the same as a corporate store. After I purchased the phone, I looked up the same phone through the Verizon app and it was ten dollars cheaper. I also noticed they charged me a set up fee as well but never disclosed any of this. I brought it up that they lied about the phone and I was upset about this set up fee. The salesman called his manager and explained to him about me being upset. The manager said he’d send me a 10 dollar check through the mail. I never received that. I used the number the sales guy gave me to contact the manager if I had any issues. I tried to contact this number and it was an automated number and advised me to leave a message. I did and nobody returned my call. Also when setting up my plan I get a government discount. They never set that up and said it was already done. I will never go back to this store and recommend anybody to drive five more miles to the corporate store so they can get a better deal and not lied to.
I have an AT&T membership I signed up for Verizon because my dad needed coverage in Mississippi was told that service would be great close to a store none of that was true my dad cant use his phone the stores 50 miles away and still no reception
I have been dealing with this store for the past few years. The service is prompt and efficient. My girlfriend and daughters have used this store for our phones. Originally went to the Verizon store on SR 50 and the agent was more interested in selling us gadgets than the actual phone. When it finally came to the phone, she had no clue what she was doing. Left that store and had the total opposite experience at this store. Verizon on 50 needs to train with this group!!!
I have had GREAT experiences every time I am at the Spring Hill/Mariner location! Nick is ALWAYS so accommodating and so pleasant to work with. He is not a high pressure closer, he is truly looking out for your best interest. Store is always inviting to visit. Highly recommend!

Daniel called me to ask if I was interested in a promotional tablet and asked how my service was. I advised him I had a couple of issues I needed to address. He promptly made an appointment with me and took care of the issue with my previous phone trade and last bill with AT&T. He replaced my cracked tempered glass screen saver on my new phone (yes, I already dropped my phone but the tempered glass did its job). He also installed liquid glass to my new tablet screen to protect it.I have never been more satisfied with cell phone carrier and their customer service!!Highly recommended!!!!
This place has zero customer service. If you own a business go to a real Verizon store this place is only a Verizon authorized dealer. This place does not want to help you at all after they get your money you mean nothing to them. They won’t have time to help you set anything up and you will be stuck and lost on your own. Not fun having to call Verizon every day because they don’t know how to do their jobs.

Our sales guy ROCKED!!!! We went in on Saturday to get information about Verizon and to possibly switch carriers. We decided to go home and sleep on it and discuss the pros and cons. Louis was amazing!!!! He gave me his number to contact him. And he even went out of his way to meet with us Sunday evening after he had already worked a full day at a different store. We literally walked in signed some papers, paid and we were out of there!!!!! Not having to sit in the store and wait for an hour plus while the paperwork was being situated was awesome!!!! I know they work on commissions but still he went above and beyond!!!! I hope the rest of our experience with Verizon is just as easy and pleasant!!!!!

DO NOT APPLY for cellular sales in central Florida. Jim Giles and Mike Linden are emotionally abusive, by being racist, derogatory, and name call. I have suffered mentally within this job, holding in so much of what has been done to me by both of these men. They bully me and other men and women in the workplace and through work chats with hundreds of co-workers witnessing these acts. I just want to warn anyone considering this as an employer because is not worth it when going to a similar company with similar pay but have Managers that give respect and support. There are so many other issues on top of the bullying but I’m not going to get into it. This account was made under a fake name to not reveal my identity so I’m not reprimanded. So many employees, regarding these two, have approached HR and legal actions have been taken against them multiple times, If anyone wants to talk more about what else goes on here I’d happily do so.Good Luck
