Great car service location and they have good offers with reasonable prices. Joe the store manager patiently explained whats all need to be done on car with all options and I am extremely satisfied with his recommendations. Sorriest service I’ve ever experienced the desk dude was older and seemed prejudice. When I walked in he was talking face to face with a customer, looked me in my face and quickly yanked his mask up. He was very professional with the white boy but was less than helping or generous when it came to me to say the least. Quickly directed me to go to “pep-boys” to run me off. Needless to say I won’t ever do business at this location EVER!

I booked an appointment for 2pm dropped my car off just after 1pm. I walked in around 3pm to see how much longer and they told me only 20 more minutes. I went back in 40mins later to see what was going on and they told me the wrong filter was ordered and it wouldbe an additional 10mins. At 355pm my vehicle was done. Not sure how you can have a vehicle for 2 hours after scheduled service to do a simple oil change. This location has either extremely inexperienced technicians or very poor management. I have been to over 10 Firestone in the Houston area and this was the slowest service I received. I will not be booking with this location again.All of the associates were polite and professional though.

Fast and friendly service! They have some good offers out right now too. If you need new tires, get them now! I would recommend this location, it’s under new management and they have really stepped it up.

Extremely rude. Made an appointment. It took them two and a half hours and my car set on the lift for two of them. This to made me late for work. 10 to 15 people came in after me without an appointment, and left before me. Was it because I was in my uniform Firestone??? Yall need to check your customer service attitude. I will never go in this place again and it was recommended to me.

Work is good but always seem to take so long to get stuff done.

Recently took my son’s truck in via a tow truck for excessive white exhaust from muffler and was told my store manager that they did diagnostics and they determined it was a valve piston o ring issue and engine had to be replaced...... how they arrived to this conclusion without opening engine is beyond me, after this shock had truck towed to engine specialist and told me that nothing was wrong with engine and that new spark plugs and fuel injectors that my son and I put in days before was culprit and exhaust was expelling muffler build-up as in a good cough, this information was shared with the manager I spoke to the day before we set up tow to firestone. I was quoted $6500.00 for a new engine, needless to say I did not follow recommendations and took to a professional car repair shop, never got quote on paper, never got the diagnostic review for repair on paper.........I will never use any firestone facility again and look forward to paying off card and closing account, this fiasco cost me $300.00 in towing fees and I believe I was intentionally misled to purchase services I did not need.

I wish I wouldve looked at the review for this specific location beforehand. I had an estimate done AC repair. The estimated came to about $1800 and I saved up to have work done. Once I got the money, I went to the nearest Firestone (big mistake) advised to repair the AC. They complete the repair it was under estimated cost so i was happy. BUT THEN.... The service tech told me that the AC is still not blowing cold due to a blend door switch not communicating with HVAC system and I need to take to a dealer for a computer reset. Took it to a dealer and they advised me that the blend door actuator is cracked and that the repair is $2700. Since this location never told me that it was cracked prior or during the repair it appears they cracked it and that is what causing the AC not to get cold or switch heat/defrost. Dealer also said Evaporator needs to be change and Firestone was suppose to put a need one in during the AC repair. Im heading to firestone now to speak a manager to attempt to get a resolution. I will update if handled properly.

Personal are so rude and cant get same day serviceThey have 10 bays open and not busy at all. I ordered tires 3 days prior to coming in and they cant figure out where our tires are at. Please read the reviews so you wont be disappointed on the pathetic service from this Firestone

Staff was super helpful and made the whole process of getting new tires effortless. I didn’t have to wait at all for them to get started. A new set of tires and alignment took about an hour. Highly recommend.

*Avoid this location at all cost*I had a appointment at 1:00p didn’t leave into 4:30p, the front counter lady was extremely nice, but she was getting a attitude with me, when I ask the ETA of the tire repair, all she told me is that there is a lot of people a head of me and I should be more patient.... then what’s the point of getting a appointment if you have to wait 4 hours.

This location has always treated me right. Im a single parent with three cars to maintain, and they always help me get the best price. I have never had any problems with their work. Theyre always pleasant and fast. I highly recommend them.

I recently brought my work truck to this location as a last minute decision. It was a couple hours before closing time but I was told to bring it on in and they would take care of it. It was in and of there in less than an hour. Valuables left in the vehicles were undisturbed. The alignment itself was a great speedy job by the tech. Four days later I brought my Pathfinder for a lifetime alignment also, and same awesome service. Pep-Boys always took hours and did a below average job. Definitely recommended!!!

Im used to be a loyal customer in this store, and I have been visited this store for years whenever I have car issues. Last week my battery drained overnight. The representitive insisted to keep my car overnight saying the test cannot run until the battery was completely drained, and the labor fee was $100/hr, plus they dont know how long it takes. Two hrs later, I want to take my car to the dealership, they said the test was already done, but they still need to keep it overnight for double-check. The next day when I came to the store, they cannot provide me a electrical diagnose report, I was told my dome light was on and given a $100 bill. The whole experience leaving me a feeling of dishonest, I can understand their business was greatly reduced during COVID-19, but I really hate their way to deceive customer.

Worst place I’ve ever been. First off I’m an Firestone employee. I took my daughters car in for breaks, they did the break test came back with an estimate of $150. I live out of town the employee made copy of my drivers license, took my UID number. Was told the manager would have to approve it, so I asked if i would have to be present he said no, and that someone would call he they following week when to bring it in. No one ever called, after about a month she took it back in they ran another test the price went from $150 to $800 plus. They could not honor my employee discount. When I called they was very rude. Of course my name is on the registration. They lied said she said she had to go home to get the registration, you can’t not drive a vehicle without the registration. They need to be retrained

I have had okay luck with this location for almost 15 yrs.. The four stars is only because my slightly lifted F250 does have trouble getting aligned correctly at Firestone’s in general but all other services are great. They have the unlimited lifetime alignment package is why I get it done here though. I follow a very nice and easy to talk to gentlemen by the name of Shannon. When he moves locations I change to his location as well. Shannon is by far the best that I have worked with at the multiple Firestone’s I have done business with Nationwide as well as locally. I spent hours here only to be told they couldnt align my truck. They suggested I take it to a different Firestone location with more experienced alignment techs, which I did and they took care of me in less time than I spent here to get nothing. Unless you need a simple state inspection or an oil change, I would stay away from this location.

I had such a good experience at this Firestone. Mark helped me get to this location from another location because I was unable to use my car. While at this location, he frequently updated me on the status of my car and he also physically showed/explained to me the issues. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The guys at this store are very honest and will not perform work not needed. Anyone knows in busy you are there to make money. The employees DO NOT set the pricing. When people complain about the cost of parts you CAN NOT compare grocery store cost to eating out at Outback Steakhouse. This is service so, you will pay more for that convenience. If you do not have money to fix and maintain your car then do not ask a Professional shop to look at it. Common sense. If any business looked at cars for free and charged what you could buy the parts for they will not be in business long. Ive never been to any service business where they did not charge for it let alone charge more than what I felt. Any haters, be open minded and remember at the end of the day, it is your choice just dont complain about it.

My interaction with this Firestone is limited to just oil changes and purchasing new tires. Ive always been treated very nicely upon entering the store and whilst I was waiting for my car to be service. To date, I have not had a bad experience with Firestone. However, the other reviews in which patrons had major repairs has cemented my desire to just use their facility for tires and oil changes.

I have had nothing but issues with this specific location.Two years ago, I vowed to never take a vehicle to this location.Because I have a credit account with Firestone and needed service immediately, I took the chance.Friday, July 26, 2019 - I bring my vehicle in knowing I needed work. My brake system needed to be replaced, Differential, Rear Axle and I needed to replace the Rack and Pinion. I opted to hold off on the Rack and Pinion. I received a call Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 4:40pm letting me know they accidentally damaged/broke piece working the Axle and would replace it with a new one. (I will provide a back story related to this part on a follow up post) I was satisfied and greatly appreciated the fact they were up front this time and while they initially advised they would have to keep the vehicle until Monday or Tuesday, but on a later call, 6:50pm, advised they were able to find the part needed and would stay late to finish the vehicle that night. I received a call at 8:58pm that the vehicle was ready and my thoughts that night were, They must be under new management again, they actually took care of the vehicle and took ownership of their mistake. I picked up the vehicle and notice the ABS light was on. I figured I would call back in the morning after working my overnight shift (Saturday July 27). Due to scheduling I did not return to Firestone until my wife had a day off, the next weekend.Friday, August 2 - After working overnight Thursday, I bring the vehicle in Friday morning, 8:04am and advised of the ABS light and that we would complete the Rack/Pinion work.Saturday, August 3 - I received a call at 10:44am advising the ABS light was due to a sensor I would need to replace. Initially thinking, here we go again, I advised that the light only came on after their prior brake work. The first response I received was, Didnt you say you had run over something which was NEVER the case, I never said anything remotely close to this and of course this was not the cause of the ABS light being on. Minor blip, I was advised they would take a look at it since it started after their service. (at this point, Im doubting FireStone actually turned that new leaf) I called at 6:23pm to check for an estimated time the vehicle would be ready and was advised that they had to remove the entire (I dont recall) to get to the sensor and something about it being a magnet; thus they would have to keep it for the second night. This was not ideal for me, but what can you do? I received a call Sunday, August 4 - at 9:23am advising the vehicle was ready.Saturday, August 10 - roughly 10:38pm Im heading to work, make a left hand turn from a stop sign and heard a pop and no power to the wheels followed by grinding sounds. I pushed the vehicle back the three blocks traveled and had to park it at the curb. Which leads me to today, Sunday, August 11. I will call Firestone shortly after submitting this, but at this point I have no faith in the work they will do. None. I hope I can at least understand what the issue is and I will see if they can provide any assurance of their work.

I need a single tire to pass state inspection. I came to Firestone and expressed that I was in a hurry. They told me they could take me right away. Forty minutes my car sits on the lift before they tell me I need two tires and a battery I do not appreciate my time being wasted.

Well I went there to see if they could read a code on my truck. They didnt look all that busy to me. It was 8 am. They said I would have to leave it till after lunch. I took it to OReillys and they did it in 5 Minutes. It was nothing. Two stars may be too many.***** UPDATE****I went back to talk to them about some other issues with my truck. They were very helpful and this time took a lot of time to help me. So maybe during the first visit it was just a bad day. I guess i will give them another try.

I have used this Firestone location mostly for tires and alignments. I have used them on occasion for repairs. They get the job done, but could use a lot of improvement.I have a life time alignment with them, they check the alignment every few months because my front right tire wears out very quickly. They say its in spec... I have taken the same vehicle to other Firestones for the alignment and they say the same thing...On a separate visit, they left an alignment tool on the vehicle. Just glad I saw it behind the tire before I drove off.On my last visit, I dropped a vehicle off one afternoon to get a hole repaired in my tire. Never received a phone call letting me know my car was finished. I called late the next morning and they said it was finished and apologized for not contacting me.

This is the worse place to take you car for cars engine diagnostic,the so called master mechanic are so disastrous, after I paid $2700.00 in multiples issues in my car,,they told me I need a new engine,making multiples guessing, and my left that shop worse than when I brought it in,,so professionals that they couldnt figure out a number 3 cilinder misfire,they lefted the valve covers loose and leaking oil and the gaskets wrong,,this place is good only for tires and regular car maintenance like oil changing,brake pads but the mechanics need to be more profesional as well the manager with wrongful guessing,,they just want you money,,I took my car to the dealer and the problems were on the ignition coils boots,,and they didnt tell me I need another engine,,I will file a claim with the FTC for all the unnecessary charges they made me pay,,,FIRESTONE IS A RIPP OFF

This place is the worst. I took my truck to get new tires. Salesman said it would be ready within 1 hour. I waited for about 1 hour and he said that they didnt have the tires in stock. He said it will take about 40 minutes for then to get here. I went in at 9am and now is about to be 12:00. I will no longer come to this location.

My family and I were traveling through Spring Tx on vacation and needed to stop and check out tire pressure. We stopped at the one off of Halzwarth Rd. The employee in the lobby was so very kind and helpful offering to check the pressure with no charge. Definitely thankful.

I ran over a nail and my tire pressure was low. They not only fixed it at no charge, they ensured the pressure was good on all tires. A lot of the past reviews state this store exagerates needs but i did not see this at all. When I asked if my van needed new tires, they told me I was fine and had at least 6,000 miles left. It was their perfect opportunity to tell me otherwise and they did not. Great store with great employees.

Horrible location. Brought my 2017 car in for changing oil and state inspection. My car is almost Brand new. They said everything will be ready in around an hour. 4 hours later, they called to inform me that I have to pay $600 for the car to pass. When I said no, they still charged me for $220 for oil change and some other weird labor charges!! Dont go their.

Took 2 1/2 hours to change my tires!! Tried to upsell me for every penny, annoying to say the least.

Rod at Firestone Spring is a rockstar! My wife driving to Galveston yesterday had some issues along the way. I called ahead and told Rod her situation. When she arrived they immediately took care of her and got her moving along safely with no issues. Customer service at its finest!

Went to have our car worked on and we diagnosed it our selfs with a car diagnoses scanner and found out what the problem was. The manger told us they had to diagnose it for 100 dollars before they would do the work on it. When they used their car diagnoses scanner he said it was what we said that it was. The worker at the front desk told us to take it to the car dealership to get the work done there and we did.

I thought I had a tire pressure issue but with the help of the guys I found out that I was good to go. I was given a tire pressure gauge free of charge and they checked and added air as needed and I was on my way. No charge and I will come back.

I like taking my boyfriends car here bcuz theyre quick and very nice. My most recent visit I had an appointment at 12:30pm but they didnt get to my car until 1:20pm. They are usually very prompt. Luckily I had the time. I would still recommend this Firestone location.

Terrible service, the guy helping me did not care to listen what i was saying, and told me that the ac was not making any noise....i went to the bay and showed to him and the so call mechanic and both were looking at me like i was stupid or something....when the technician told me that the ac was fine and was not noise i was puzzled so when i went out to pick up the car the ac was a full blast and the noise was loud...i went inside called the technician out and asked him why they said that the ac was not making a noise..he turn around and blame me saying that i told them that sound like leafs....oh yeah....when i was explaining to them what was the problem i pointed out two things but they were just waking up or getting over a hangover or they lost the hearing on both ears because neither of them had a clue on the issue of the ac.I was planing to buy to new tires but i changed my mind...i went to an used tire location bought two tires with 60 thread for 50 each...including installation and balancing....200 dollars they lost for being jerks!!I just took my car and left....NO NO NO NO NO more business in this location.Here is the cherry on the top...my son called the same location for an over the phone estimate....the guy quoted 500 dollars...so my son make an appointment for next day.He showed up and the owner/manager tried to charge him more for the parts because he -the manager- wanted to use original toyota parts...my son wanted the regular parts since he is selling the car asking the guy to look for those parts to compare prices...turn out the the computer was not working but they have two more computers on site working....Two strikes one after another? If you ask me that says a lot.No..no...no...no...more business from my family and no recommendations either.Run, Run, Run far away from this place...

After realizing that they didnt have the ability to complete my alignment, David was suppose to place my vehicle on the first appointment available at a location that had the ability. These people are the absolute worst to do business with. Unprofessional is an understatement! Went to them for my 1st oil change with no issues, returned months later for a 2nd oil change only to be told they couldnt complete it because the screw to my oil pan was stripped, then produced a quote for $1600 to replace it and 4 new tires. Hmmm if that screw is stripped you guys stripped it! You were the last ones who touched it!! So as I refused that, they then proceed to tell me that they would push my car out of the bay and I would need to have it towed because you cant drive a vehicle with mo oil. Smh I called my husband and he showed up to find out what exactly the issue was, well the gentleman decided to get smart which caused my husband to raise hell and I was happy for that. The manager stood there the entire time and didnt try to fix the problem at all. My husband has always told me to never visit an auto repair/service center alone because all they see is $$$ when women come in alone, I will listen!!! Ladies if you dont have a significant other or someone to accompany you when getting your vehicle serviced find someone to take with you first!!!To the manager/owner...please dont waste my time sending me an apologetic message asking me to call because this issue should have been rectified the day of service!!! BBB will receive a complaint!Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

Their lack of communication is disheartening. I used Firestone in Dallas for years without issue while living there, but this specific Firestone does not call you when you ask them to. They will not return your phone call when updates are inquired. I brought the car in for front bearings and they could not get the job done. They bent my lower a-frame and asked me to pay for it! After they bent one, they refused to touch the other. Midas got it done.......When i have gotten tires from them they have been on time and the customer service for tire work has been good here.

Worst auto shop EVER!!!! Did not fix anything in my car and charged me $160.25 just to tell me that I need a compressor. Do not go here! They will charge you for unnecessary things and not fix the actual problem. My car is still not blowing cold air after paying them.They just told me that I need to pay them another $2,400 in order for them to fix it. This place is a rip-off. I would not recommend to anyone who wants their car fixed because they will not do the job but they will charge you and tell you they did.

It was kind of a long wait to get a new tire put on (about 3 hours) but Jeff was easy to deal with and Tim (mechanic) was awesome! I will request for Tim to do any future work on my vehicle.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. I do 95% of my own work on my car but I do not do wheel alignments. I was installed new motor mounts on my car and while i was under there I checked to see if my ball joints and tie rods were good. The suspension was good so I decided I would get a wheel alignment since it had been awhile. I take it to these guys for the alignment and they tell me I have bad ball joints, bad tie rods, and two bent lower control arms. (if you know about cars you can laugh with me about the 2 bent control arms even though I hit no curbs or have no accidents) They give me a quote of around 1,600$ to fix a car that is not broke and also refuse to do the alignment until I buy their repair service. I then had to pay an inspection fee before I could leave thier shop. Even if i did need that work done 1600$ is insanely overpriced, but the car was and does not need the repairs.

Usually my firestone service is awesome but this location seemed lacking in bedside manner. Will be choosing a different location next time.
