The staff is very Friendly, DR.Pham was absolutely Outstanding she took her time and even added a bump to give my eyes for more comfort. And the Optician that helped me was named Heather and she was so nice and so kind as was the cashier and the manager
Great service! Friendly greeting and was seen very quickly. Love the Staff!
Customer service was great- very accommodating when I had to change my appointments. Dr Hung is very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions.
Dr. Nancy Wu, sorry if I misspelled her name. I love how up to date All her equipment is and how very professional and polite the staff is. I was completely amazed and Best experience at the eye doctor office. You will be in great care for your eyes and it will over exceed your expectations going in. Again thank you so much for taking care of me. Have the Best contacts and cleaning kit was given to me for free.
I love this place. Have been going here for years and every time is a positive customer experience
I have been coming here since 2017 when we moved here to Houston. We went today and the lady was obviously annoyed and didnt want to be there. She didnt want the glasses to be touched stating that they would all have to be sanitized, well how the hell do you try them on. Then she handed my son some glasses said that they were too small and then went to the back. Its too much competition out here to deal with attitude. I will take me and my 3 childrens business elsewhere.
Friendly staff very helpful
Myself and my husband visited Eyetrends On Louetta today and have to say we had a wonderful experience meeting Dr. Wayne. Great doctor, kind and courteous. If you are choosing Eye trends book with Dr.Wayne you will not be disappointed. She gives time to her patients and does not rush them.
My experience with this location was terrible.I will say that the doctor was excellent but anything after that was a travesty. My timeline starts March 19th when I had my appointment scheduled, up until this point everything was going well, the doctor was professional and friendly. My problems started after leaving the room and going to pick out my frames. I quickly noticed that my glasses had been scratched while they read the prescription off of the lenses, I mentioned it to the lady assisting me with frames and she confirmed it had to be done in the testing area. Manager agreed and they ordered me new lenses. At this point I was still ok with the overall service.I picked out the same frames i had on for my new pair of glasses and picked out another frame for my sunglasses. Both in black and both prescription.10 days pass and my replacement lenses are in, I run to pick them up, they replace them and all is well.14 days in they call me that my glasses are in but not my shades, so I swing by to pick them up. When I walked outside the door I noticed one of the lenses was scratched so I go back inside to inform the optician and she gave me the worst attitude about my issue. She scuffed about my finding and said there was nothing on them. I said well I can see the scratches. She’s said I guess we can remake them for you, scuffing one more time at the situation.2 weeks later they call me saying the glasses are ready. Still no sunglasses. I inquire about the sunglasses and they say it could be another 4 weeks because they have not received the frames. A little annoyed since we are scheduled to leave on vacation to the Rockies in 2 weeks.Lady promises to get back to me on Monday to figure something out for me.2 weeks later, a day before we leave for our trip, they call me that my sunglasses are ready(This is after hounding them for a week to expedite them), the sunglasses frame they deliver to me are grey… not black, I realized this by the time I got home since we were in a rush to get everything sorted for our trip. We call the store to talk to an optician and let her know of the issue and she says that there is no order for those sunglasses in her system. After 10 minutes of explaining that I had just picked them up she finds the order but cannot specify what color the order states. We rush to the store since they close at 6 and she comes out with print outs and finally sees under notes that they were suppose to be black.I tell her than I’m taking the grey ones with me to our trip and when we get back in 2 weeks I’ll pick up the black frames, she agrees since it was their fault.A week later I receive a call and lady on the phone says, your GREY frames are in ready for pick up! I say hmm did you say grey?! She says yes. I reply back: they are suppose to be black! She replied with: uhhh let me look into this, I’ll call you back. And hangs upA week later after not having received any call about the black frames I get a text message that glasses are ready to be picked up. By this point we were almost back home. Few days later we go in to pick them up. Optician comes out, minimal interaction hands me the black frames. I give her the grey sunglasses. She takes them to the back and swaps out the lenses. Says, here you go. I say thanks. And she said those look better….I am a very patient person. I believe I gave them more than that on my part and their lack of costumer service and the way they handled everything was very irritating, time wasting, and just rude. Will definitely never purchases glasses here again. I’m sure a single person isn’t going to bankrupt you guys, but I’ll need glasses for the rest of my life. That’s just a small cut of the pie you won’t get from me again.
Dr. Sarah Hung really went above and beyond for my daughter and I. She was so kind, very thorough and ensured we had quality examinations. Ive been getting my eyes checked for years and this place is by far the best!
They offered me an appointment that fitted my schedule when other offices didn’t have anything available until next year since I was trying to book before the year ended (2019).All the employees I encountered was very nice and professional. However I experienced some issues which was that I wasn’t quoted the correct price for the frames I was looking at but at the end, the office applied the credit toward a difference frame designed I choose since the lenses had to be remade due to distortion (two times) which resulted in my glasses not being ready when originally promised. My final order came in quicker then they quoted!
I have been going to Eye Trends for literally 20 years. I started at the Conroe location and then moved, so then i went to the Louetta location. I went today and Dr. Newcomer was the doctor that i saw. I want to give him a shout out and thank you!! In the 20 years i have been going there, today i was given the best contact prescription that i have ever gotten!!! They usually never have my trial prescription in the brand of contact that they want me in, so i leave with a contact that is close to my prescription, but not dead on. Dr. Newcomer took the time to change the brand so that i walked out the door with 20/20 in both eyes, not something close until they could be ordered. Im not saying that Ive ever had bad service (not at all...thats why Ive been going back for so many years!), but he seemed to go above and beyond. He didnt have the assistant find and bring me the contacts, but he did it himself. I know a lot depends on how busy they are, etc....with how much time they can spend with each patient, but he went above and beyond. You can tell he likes his job and that is so refreshing!!! More people will post a negative review other than a positive one, so i wanted to say thank you!!! The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. We were chatting and joking around. It was a great visit!!! Thanks to all of you!!!
We Love this place.
Prompt and excellent service!
I have been wearing glasses for years and I have never had this happen. I wear progressive lenses and because I am getting older the prescription does need to be updated every year. I especially notice it over the last couple of years because I am back in school and I am reading a lot and studying a lot and on the computer a lot.Last year I went to a different store (I had different insurance last year) and purchased 2 new frames one for reading lenses and one for my progressives and I updated the progressive lenses that I have in my ray ban aviator style sunglasses.I wanted to upgrade a new set of the three, I did not go back to the optometrist that I went to last year to get a copy of the prescription, perhaps that was my first big mistake but I also assumed that if the doctor really needed it that I could get it. I believe I even asked. I assumed that the doctor knew what she was doing. She asked me about my reading glasses and if I would be reading more or on the computer more. I said both but I am on the computer a lot but I do a lot of reading on the computer and it’s a small laptop. When I came in today to pick up the glasses, the nice woman who was fitting them on me noticed right away that my progressives were not right and that the the progressive prescription started way too high.I tried on the readers and she asked me to look at the computer but the computer is so huge compared to mine I can’t even compare. I will say this though, it was the first time in my life that I didn’t put on a new pair of glasses and notice a HUGE difference for the better. If anything they were different in a weird way. But not better, but I thought maybe I needed to go home and look at my computer and read and seeI tried on my sunglasses and I didn’t event really pay attention I was just slightly off kilter about everything as nothing like this had ever happened to me before. So I get home and I was looking forward to doing homework and reading and studying with my new reader/computer glasses I figured if I didn’t have my progressives, at least I that the readers. But guess what? I can not read with them. Not my phone, not a book, not a magazine, not my computer.. when I am on the computer I am usually reading lots of small text and I can not see it. Everything is blurry.I put my sunglasses on to see if the progressives were the same and honestly it’s terrible. I can not read with my readers OR the progressive lenses they put in my sunglasses. My old glasses are 100 times better. I don’t know what happened I don’t know if someone thought that reading. On the computer and reading books is THAT different. But I can’t read EITHER WITH THIS PRESCRIPTION!!!I have no idea whose prescription this is.Every time I get new glasses I put them on and I feel as though someone has lifted a veil off my eyes this time all I felt was ... hmm is this better??I am so disappointed I don’t even know what to say. I NEED these glasses. I suffer from migraines and I am reading and writing at least 5 -7 hours a day my vision gets blurry after a while with my old glasses. I was really looking forward to being able to study.I don’t even know what to say.
For starters the staff was very professional knowledgeable and helpful when I visited the facility. I was extremely appreciative of the help my daughter received in learning to apply and remove her contact lenses. I will highly recommend this facility to my friends and family!👍😊
I have been a patient here for years, GREAT group working here! From Alexa doing the initial exam; whom is just wonderful and personable, to Shani whom is so patient, kind and helpful with your lens selections! Very professional even when I came in multiple times and tried on the same glasses several times. The doctors are knowledgeable and answer all questions.
Great experience! Went in for an eye exam and the entire staff was great. River helped me out with the beginning stages. He was very professional and helpful! Dr. Fandry performed my exam and she was very patient and caring throughout the process. I will definitely come back to see her and the team at Louetta
Awesome customer service!! The dr and staff was definitely on point. I felt welcomed and my business appreciated. Will definitely be back for my eye care.
If I could give them no stars I would! The staff is rude - the receptionist butchered my name upon calling me and proceeded to laugh about it (not professional at all). And then the optician who was helping me looked so annoyed to be helping me and then disappeared for 10 minutes without even telling me anything at all! She just walked away mid consultation and just left! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have no desire to come back! Ordered my glasses almost 3 weeks ago and NO ONE called me to let me know they had arrived!
Wait time was about 10 min and staff was efficient. They were good with my dad throughout the appointment.
Kim is wonderful! I really enjoyed my visit. Alexandra Samuelson was awesome! Lisa was great! We found a new place for glasses.
Staff is friendly. Wait time is typically short. Doctors are knowledgeable and nice. Clinic is clean. Theyre lenses for frames however are poor quality, VERY poor. Ive had to go back three times because the lenses keep scratching and they surcharge me for scratch free lenses. You shouldnt charge people for something theyre not getting. Ive had lenses in the past which lasted more than a year and not a single scratch on them. They claim that it doesnt exist, so 1. Why do you offer it? 2. They do exist. Ive had them and friends and family have had scratch free lenses.
I am so pleased with my experience at the Louetta location of Eye Trends. Dr. Mina Hoang is extremely knowledgeable, informative and caring. I admire her professionalism and how thoroughly she explained everything to me during the examination and also what to expect when I would start wearing my new glasses ( yes, I have joined the bifocal generation). The technician who performed the initial examinations was also very professional and thorough. I have definitely found the optometrist for me.P. Sue Collier
Love the people. Victoria is so awesome. Shes knowledgeable and very helpful. The doctors were very patient and explained in detail the changes in my Rx. Even gave me info about Lasik.
Been going here for 3 years, and I have a problem every time. Keep giving them another chance but its been completely in vein, they have constant bad communication at this location, Ill have to call them several times to keep myself updated instead of them calling me like they said they would, they never greet you, which I do at my job all the time, the Google maps never says the right times for them to be open and closed. Drives 15 min there and back all for some lady to say oh, we closed already. While I see them helping people. Disgusting customer service. Says it closes at 6, but they say they close at 3. I showed up literally 3 min after 3:00pm.
Great Experience! I havent had my eyes checked in years...way over due! All personnel were so professional and at the same time had such a human and warm touch! Front desk personnel was great! Wait time was all of 5 to 10 minutes! Renee, the Assistant that did the testing, was AWESOME!!! So friendly and caring!!! And the doctor I saw, Dr. Mina Hoang, was also so impressive and friendly! I will refer all of my friends here!!!
Everyone was very sweet and helpful! I loved it there! No wait time and they were able to schedule same day appointment. Found my new eye doctor!
Very helpful crew at this location, have always been really fast service. I recommend this store. Thank you eyetrends!
I bought glasses today at Eye Trends on Louetta by Kuykendahl. Corey is the person who helped me. Hes great. Hes very nice and talked over all of my different lense options that were available. He helped me decide what was best for me.
Went to have my eyes checked and to get contacts for the first time. Needless to say it has been a horrible experience. First they are not upfront about their pricing, second they were trying to put a contact in my eye that did not fit (figured that out on the 3rd visit), now have realized that I hate contacts and have one stuck in my eye that I cant get out and they want to charge me a minimum of $85 to have them remove it for me. I will just keep trying to work it out myself for that price. Also had insurance issues with them telling me my insurance was not valid and when I called the insurance company myself they could not figure out why they would tell me that. So moral of the story is Im out a lot of money, still cant see, have a contact stuck in my eye and they really dont care. Save yourself some time, money, and agony and go somewhere else!Update: After posting my review, Jamie the office manager, called and was so very helpful and fixed all of the problems. It all came down to miscommunication. I will continue to use them and I appreciate the prompt response.
Went into eye trends and was immediately greeted, Kim was great help when it came to finding / picking a frame. Went over the details and answered all of the questions that my husband and I had, she also fixed my broken glasses while I waited for my new ones. Highly recommend visiting eye trends and asking for Kim. Will not disappoint
Thanks to Lisa, Kourtney, Jamie, and Brenda were real good front staff. I appreciate the professionalism. Thanks again Ill be back. 💯
Im very disappointed, I call them at 1pm and ask if they can email over my script. She says sure send us an email. So I do, 3 hrs later nothing. I go in and pick it up, and say could I have done this in the 1st place ? She says yes, then why did u tell me I had to send u an email ? Just laziness i guess. Wish i could give a Zero for todays poor service
I had a contact stuck in my eye and Victoria was so patient with me, got me in quick and Dr Hoang was able to get it out with ease. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you for making the worst experience painless.
Dr Hoang is great! So caring, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. I will not see anyone else, but her. The cashier is very good too, the lady who checks you out.
I was a new patient very nice staff. Shelby was very professional and new what she was doing made me feel very comfortable. Will be going back for my next exam in a year.
Love the personal touch & excellent service at this location. From the eye tests with the tech to the thoroughness of the doctor to the assistance picking out frames .. all personnel were fantastic. I wish I had everyones names. I highly recommend Eye Trends on Louetta! 👍🏼
Great staff and very polite/friendly! Would recommend to friends.
Nice clean office with wonderful staff. Giovanny is helping me find small frames that fit my face. I wear a size 49....hard to find. I feel like he really cares about making customer happy. Thanks!!!
I’ve been going here for my eye exams & glasses for years. My granddaughter used to work at this Eye Trends a while back. Very nice people. I went to the Kingwood location once or twice but they’re closed now due to the flooding. I really like that one because of location. But Giovanni helped me this time at Louetta & he was very patient with me & kind. I appreciate the helpfulness with picking out glasses.
This place is horrible this black lady named Ashley told me to go to another store after I told her she did not fix my glasses the right way and she told me its not her fault I cant see. I come here all the time but I will not return too this place after dealing with her. You can tell when someone does not like their job!
Kim is BEAUTIFUL person she has a very beautiful people person attitude she everything she can to satisfy you. VERY GOOD WORKER I JUST LOVE HER
I had my exam appt. today. Lissa was given an authorizaton by insurance, yesterday. She decided to tell me she did not had it. I thought my insurance was at fault. This lady decided to give me information blaming my insurance. My insurance called her, and called me about the mess she created. Of course my husband and I are not coming to them again!
The staff is awesome! Smart, friendly and very hands on! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Excellent customer service. Yodi was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am happy with my glasses. Thank you all again.
I would NOT recommend Eye Trends. I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses during their vendor event, which had more styles outside of their store. After two weeks, I called to check on my order and they told me they were backordered, but would come in late June. On July 3rd, I called again to ask where they were (after over a month) and they told me the same reason. I asked why no one told me they were on backorder since their official Oakley representative was there during their event when I ordered the glasses. They gave me no answer and told me this is how Oakley operates. Well Eye Trends should tell everyone who orders Oakley glasses that you wont know when youll receive your glasses; of course they wont tell customers that because no one would buy Oakley glasses then. After I spoke to the manager on the phone and explained this, He said he would call Oakley right now and get more explanation on my glasses and call me back in 20 minutes. Then, secretly, I drove to their office in 15 minutes later and discovered the manager was with a patient rather than on the phone with Oakley. Their office was practically empty, with only 3 customers in plain sight. I went to the counter and cancelled my order of glasses. After 20 minutes later, I walked out still seeing that manager with another customer; not once did he approach me after I told the front office I was there. I would not recommend this office since their customer service is only a 1 star out of 5.
They are really good at what they do
Had no complain. Good job Eye Trends.
I’ve been coming here for years!! Love the staff!Kristynik was awesome and so was Victoria 😊
About a week ago I contracted a viral eye infection that was treated by Dr. Hoang. She was very thorough and detailed in her examination and treatment plan. She explained everything that I needed to do. She was available for all the appointments and the staff was very helpful in handling all the pre-visit checkup test. I would highly recommend her for family or friends.
I really enjoyed Dr Jiang. Very thorough and Victoria was very pleasant and personable.
Super nice staff will only go here in the future
Waited 2 weeks for my glasses, and they still didn’t come in with what I ordered. Then I found out that the frame’s on the floor are the frame’s you will get. I ordered frame’s and lenses, didn’t realize i was paying 190. for frame’s that have been on the floor for 3 months.(Basically used) So I cancelled and will not go back again and definitely will not recommend. I went to another eyewear place and when I asked if was I getting the frame’s on the floor or new ones, there response was new ones. Even though I did get a funny look for asking, I explained what happened and she was shocked too.
Kim was terrific. Very helpful with eyeglass selection and fitting. Thank you!
Worst service ever. How lazy are you not to do your job.
I had a great experience when I had my appt a few wks ago. Victoria was very professional and Dr Samuelson eased my concerns about the issue that I had
This is by far the most employee friendly Place Ive ever visited. Everyone there was very welcoming 🤗. Yodi was soooo helpful even with my child who was so indecisive but she was there patiently helping us out. He loves his glasses! Kudos! Thank you yodi! You sure are the best! Now my son is a happy camper!
Im a licensed insurance agent selling Medicare Advantage plans. Several months ago, I suggested that Eye Trends add the Aetna PRIME Medicare Advantage plan as its a new Medicare Advantage plan many doctors are now using. I checked at the Louetta location today and nobody seemed to know anything about it. Id like to encourage the owners to please go to Aetna. com under Health Care Professionals and certify for the Aetna PRIME Medicare Advantage plan. I see Dr. Hoang and I have to see her out of network. I dont want to change doctors. If you want to contact me I can further guide you on the process of certifying for the Aetna Prime plan.
I had an exam last year and when I picked the only pair of frames I really liked, they wouldnt sell them to me. The frames were only available to employees of a certain credit union and I couldnt even pay cash for them rather than use my insurance. Now their automated system keeps calling my cell phone to tell me I have an appointment that I need to confirm or call their office to cancel. This marketing scheme must have sounded like a good idea to someone but I find it intrusive and a little offensive. If I wanted an appointment, I would have made it myself. A reminder call that it has been a year since my last exam would be neither intrusive nor offensive. This scam is misleading and dishonest.
Customer service in person was pleasant but the outside lab they use for lenses is HORRIBLE as well as their lack of communication when youre not in front of them.On Saturday, May 20th I stopped in for an eye exam & new pair of glasses, needing progressive lenses. The man who took my initial eye readings was very kind & took the time to let me know what each test did. Then I was led into the exam room & the optometrist herself was very kind as well & made me feel comfortable. She did not make me feel rushed at all & took the time to talk to me about my need for progressive lenses. After that was done I was let loose out in the main room, taking every frame off of the wall that I was drawn to as far as style. I must have chosen at least 10 & was able to try each one on & narrow it down to 3 before a tech came up to help me.In the end, the tech helped me chose which frame I liked the best by having me do a 1st impression look for a split second for each pair. I appreciated that as it REALLY helped!I was asked to sit down in the front area while they finished my paperwork so I could pay my part of the bill, my insurance covered quite a bit but I was still out of pocket over $200. I expected this so it was no surprise. As I was sitting I saw 3-4 other customers sitting down after me as they too had finished picking their glasses. I was surprised that 1 after 1 they were all called up to pay & had left but I was still sitting there. Odd I though, maybe they lost my paperwork? I went up to the front desk & was told that they must still be working on mine in the back as they had not yet been brought up. I sat for at least another 10 minutes before I was called up to pay. I was told my glasses would be ready no later than 10 - 14 business days, possibly sooner. Wow, thats quite a wait but I needed them so what was I to do?On Tuesday, May 30th I called in hopes that my glasses were ready. I was on hold for 5 minutes when a woman came on & told me that the off site lab they use broke 1 of my lenses, that another one was being expedited & that they hoped to have them ready by Thursday.Thursday I call back & was told that no one told me that they might be ready today, that they told me Saturday. Really? Now you called me a liar. Not a way to treat customers AT ALL!!!I was irate & told that them that I would be there Saturday & that I expected my glasses to be there & ready for me.Saturday came & I waited till almost noon, no call from anyone at Eye Trends so I called & inquired about my glasses. I was on hold again for several moments & then told that the glasses had arrived the DAY BEFORE but did not meet their quality check & that they were surprised that the off site lab had even let them go out the door. WOW. Once again, another problem with my glasses & ANOTHER delay. I love how they kept putting the responsibility on the off site lab & not accepting any themselves. How about finding another off site lab that does GOOD QUALITY work versus not?At that point I was told itd probably be Wednesday or later before another pair was ready. I was FURIOUS again! Who would have though that Id have to wait SO long for a pair of glasses? I told them that I would be there Tuesday (6/6) & that my glasses better be ready & be right. it was not my fault that their off site lab kept messing up my glasses, why should I have to wait due to this?By the way, a co-worker went to another eye place in Spring the same day I did & she received her progressive lenses glasses within 4 days. I wish I had gone where she went, She even got a 2nd pair for computer work. So, yesterday I called & was placed on hold till a man came on the line & assured me that my glasses were indeed ready & had passed their quality check this time. I left work early to get them (they close at 6 & I work an hour away in traffic, would have never made it in time!). SO, here I am missing work & pay so I could pick up my glasses that I could have picked up over the previous weekend if they had not messed them up twice!PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!
Dr Hoang, Victoria, Kim at Eye Trends louetta. Gave me excellent Customer Service took very great care in every area at my eye visit please see them for quality eye ❤. Julia Hernandez
Been a pt. with Eye Trends for 25 years now, back when they were called Todays Vision. Walked in today for my yearly vision exam and to order new contacts. Victoria squeezed me in no problem, and I was promptly seen by Shelby for preliminary exams before Dr. Hoang came in. I normally see Dr. Toups in the Woodlands, since hes been my optometrist ever since I was a kid, but I live closer to the Louetta location. Dr. Hoang was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me the service Ive always expected and appreciated from Dr. Toups. Was in and out in about an hour. Thank you to all the ladies who made my visit smooth and quick. I highly recommend Eye Trends to anyone, and they give you the best deal and match prices, which is important for a cash-paying pt. like me.
Thank you for saving me! My furbaby got ahold of my glasses and I was able to get a pair of my regular contacts asap!! Everyone was so nice and understanding! Ill be back to fix those glasses lol!
THE WORST EVER!!!!!I have been to that location on louetta 6 x s since my initial eye exam...The Optimistic that did my examination was Great .But the crew that work on glasses are HORRIBLE They ordered the wrong medication for my glasses first. Then I had to pay for my correct prescription, due to the staffs carelessness.I returned the first frame for replacement, paid the difference no Problem. I had a problem with the frames. Then I go to pick up the new pair and theyve messed up the frame. Another week waiting on new frame.Go to pick up the new pair and was given glasses with no medication in the lenses. So I then had to go back, all in the same day ( August 27th 2016 )Stayed there for an hour, waiting on them to put the correct lenses in my frame and trying to get fitted correctly.Still not happy!!I need my glasses adjusted now and too afraid to take them there.Thats just a few things that happened.Back to TSO Ill be going. They were awesome with no problems EVER!!!
Penny Pinchers. They market scratch less lenses and a few months later my glasses are scratched. Have had to replace the lens 3 times already because they keep getting scratches. Im very careful with my lenses but doesnt seem to help. Service is mediocre. Go elsewhere.
Super pleased. Thank you
Great doctorsGenuine concernHelpful optometricians
I travel a lot and within minutes they sent me an email with my prescription so I could purchase glasses while out of town. Thank you!
Great glasses, and great staff and service. Especially Kim!
The staff at Eye Trends was friendly and patient. I would highly recommend them for anyone searching for an eye doctor!
The receptionist that answered the phone sounds like she needs a nap. Not helpful.
Best service and glasses are awesome..!!
Horrible customer service. My husband and I were not even greeted when we walked in. Staff never offered to help us at all. Not recommended at all.
Very unprofessional made an appointment 6 hrs in advance when i arrived still hadnt verified insurance, I asked if the had z-87 safety glasses she had no idea what i was talking about smh highly recommend you go somewhere else
I have been going to this location for a while now and I absolutely love it!
