Advertised buy three body care, get one free. However, when we checked out we were told it did not apply to aromatherapy body care. The body care I choose was same price as the other shower gel. No where did it say this in the store. We asked salesperson about this and she said it does say select body care. I wonder how many more customers will be deceived and upset like us. We left without buying anything and will not be back. They lost our business.. Also prices have gone up a lot.

The staff here are very friendly but the store is really small. They have a much smaller selection of candles than the one in the mall. Good to stop by if youre already in market street but maybe not a destination in and of itself.

Visited this location last year, but this recent visit I felt like the employees actually wanted to help. Came out buying a cherry blossom items and cream, and few others items. Very satisfied!!!!

This store is so much better than the Portifino. Employees here help out. The ones over there the female ones. Named Shelly or Shelby looked high as a kite and so did a different female.

Nice employees my only quip is the wait at checkout. Several occasions where there was one cashier for at least 5 people in line. I noticed the mall location always has at least two cashiers...

The employees were nice and helpful. I got a really good deal with the coupons I recieved in the mail. They also had sales going on in general, like buy 2 get 1 one free and stuff like that.

So rude. Grabbed a bottle from the “sample shelf” at the bottom and the lady grabbed it from my hand and stated the samples were at the bottom where I had grabbed it from! Then we got in line and the lady walked to the counter started checking/scanning stuff at the counter looked at us and then walked to the front. Her and about 7 other employees just stared at us and chatted as we stood in line. Someone in upper management should please watch the video of this! 5:30 - 6:00 on 5/11. This store has lost our business!!!

Ive been to the b&bw in the mall, and honestly, this b&bw is so much better! not only is the store larger, but the workers are amazing. Plus, the store has a larger selection of products. I would highly recommend this store.

Only complaint is the sales reps. The instant you walk in they practically scream a greeting at you, and run over . It was uncomfortable. I understand coustemer service, I just wish theyd tone it down a bit. It was an annoying experience.
