Had a flat tire and I was late for a class. I was so pleased that Robert and one of his mechanics took the time fro the busy job they were trying to complete to get me a tire change within minutes so I could get moving again. Thanks great store! I shall return again!! Great service!

I went for a standard oil change for my new ride. Dropped it off for a couple hours and they said Id expect a call around 4/5. I never got a call so I called myself to ask the ETA. When I called they seemed confused and asked if my name was John something or other... No my name is not John and I want to know if my car is ready. They basically had my car under someone elses name and phone number somehow. That was worrisome to say the least. It ended up being fine but it wasnt really a great experience. Things happen but this error shouldnt happen to anyone entrusting their property with them.
I will never go back again. I will share my experience with the rest of my family and my friends. After my daughter was quoted a certain price for replacing two tires and balancing them. She was also charged for a rear alignment that she was not clear on. Although she signed the agreement for the two tires in the balancing. Thats what you was verbally quoted on without her knowledge that the rear alignment would cost her even more. For service, poor communication. My other daughter and her husband. Take their vehicles to your establishment to have all of their repairs and replacement of Parts i e tires brakes. They are aware and they also will be sharing that with their friends. Sad sad time when you take advantage of someone who does not know any better.

The facility is nice and clean. The customer service was not great. There was a line both times I came in (once in the afternoon, one on the morning). It took a very long time to process our request. It was not clear how long it would take, when it would be done, etc. I called and was told that it was done, but when we arrived we were told it was not done.The front desk employee tried to upsell me on something I didnt need (alignment and brakes) but did not mention that balance was not included in my tire rotation (which I did actually need). Then, the employee asked me to fill out a survey in person, while they watched, and asked for 5 Stars. As someone who is on the corporate side of customer service at a large company, I know that this is not best practice, and should be discouraged in employee training, etc. You should earn good reviews, not pressure customers into reviews after not even giving good service.

I arrived close to closing time needing a tire repair. I was greeted with kindness and helping a hand. My tire was repaired quickly and they even balanced and checked my battery. I will definitely be back for more service. Glad I found this shop
HORRIBLE SLOW SERVICE!!!!! I came here many times when it was Kaufman. I took my daughters car here on 2/24 to get four tires and that was the worse decision. I called the store at 1:08PM and asked if they had her tires in stock. The person said yes. I asked how long would it take to complete I was told 2-3 hours. I told the person on the line that was perfect because my daughter had to leave for work at about 5:30I got to the Eagles landing location at about 1:15. I was AGAIN told it would be completed in 2-3 hours. I asked again before they took the car back and was again assured it would take 2-3 hours. I received a call at 3:14 at which time I was back in the lobby. The female manager was calling to tell me that my daughter needed brakes and windshield wipers, I asked how much time would this add she said about 40 minutes, I replied “so it should be done by 4” she responded “a little after 4” so I agreed to the extra work.At about 4:40 I asked is it almost done the same female manager told me almost. I asked again at about 5:15 she told me he was finishing and had to test drive it. She then came over and offered a half of an apology telling me that my next oil change would be free. Why she thought I would be appeased by that is beyond me.Fast forward to after 6 pm I AGAIN asked for an update, the same female manager said 10 minutes he is finishing up.At this point I am furious, my daughter has already missed her time to leave for work so I step outside. I see an employee on a smoke break and another doing God knows what but he wasn’t working. I walked to the bays only to see my daughters car up on the lift with no one working on it.About 10 minutes after a male employee comes out and tells me that my daughter’s car is next for wheel alignment, I replied that the female manager told me it was 10 more minutes 15 minutes ago. At this point it’s after 7pm and I request that the alignment be taken off the order so I could leave.I walk back into the lobby to see the female manager on the phone laughing and talking like she is at home meanwhile, I have missed work, my daughter has missed work and their customer service is less than.I will never come here again to say the customer service is poor would be an understatement. They have no integrity and no respect for the time of others.
I would like to thank Ms. Anderson for her kindness on my rainy day. She was very helpful to inquire me of the additional repairs that I have been dealing with. I was introduced to the Flex account to help me pay. I also received a military discount as well as excellent customer service. I will be referring others to make a visit if in need of Mavis services because I appreciate her help and overall her honesty.

After my experience with Mavis Tire on Eagles Landing Parkway, Stockbridge, GA, I will never trust Mavis Tire to do any work on my car.1. Five hour wait and still no work on my car. I made what I thought was an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 11:00am May 27. When I went back over 5 hours later, at 4:30pm, I found my car had not been touched. Something about work flow. Second time this has happened. Fortunately for me, I went to a different auto care center and found out the real problem with my car.2. Probably use of old/used tires. At the auto care center I went to June 2, 2021, for oil change and tire rotation, I found out that tires Mavis had installed December 2, 2020, could not be rotated, as they were all either at the wear line, below the wear line, or as in the case of the right rear tire, basically bald. The car had been 8,732 miles since Mavis installed the tires in December, 2020. It is highly unlikely that in 8700 miles new tires would be worn out, especially since I am a senior citizen and only driver. The only conclusion I can reach is Mavis did not put new tires on my car, but put old/used tires on my car.As a result of Mavis Tires actions, I must now purchase a second set of new tires within about 6 months of purchasing tires at Mavis..I think the caution buyer beware definitely applies to Mavis Tires. I would recommend you think twice before using Mavis Tire.

The call center gave me the wrong information on available tires which wasted a whole day of my time. However the staff at the Stockbridge location were more than accommodating to retify the problem. Mr. Robert was superior with his customer care.

Store manager Robert Heard does not have any customer service skills. He is very rude & disrespectful! Instead of trying to help us as a customer he caught an attitude got smart & did not want to help at all. We had to refuse to pay or they had to pull the tires off before he would do anything!
I got there by myself with my two kids with the flat tire they turn me away said they were about to close and they were locking up it was 15 till 6:00 and I had to find another tire place to go to with a flat tire on my car. They put air in it but it was a fast leak I had a nail in my tire. So I was supposed to drive around with that to find a place that was still open with a flat tire with my two kids in the backseat.
Ms.Anderson has given me more than customer service. She is amazing beyond her job performance. She wenyt out her way to take care of me and shes the only REASON I will return. Thank you so much Ms. ANDERSON!! She called and told me my tires was here and had me in and out quick.

I called ahead of time to see if they would check my tire pressure I walked in to ask where I need to go the lady kicked me out in prevented me from getting my air pressure checked it she didnt care if I called ahead and was told to co e in. do not go to the store because their employees are rude as can be. You better off going to walmart.
I’ve been coming to this location for a while due to the excellent service. I was able to come in first thing in the morning without an appointment and get my car back in less that 3 hours. The clerk Amberson did an excellent job of getting me what I need and providing good service.
I made an online appt for 11am and left at 2:30pm. The the lady at the front desk with the rotted broken and missing front teeth, failed to inform me about the wait time or the option to drop my car off and pick up later. When I confronted her because I am now flustered, she became defensive when I told she could have inform of my options, so I wouldn’t being waiting around for 4 hours just the replace one tire which only took 15min to replace. The black lady became unprofessional and ask me if I wanted my keys back after I sat patiently waiting for 3 hrs. A little more communication goes a long way. The lady became very petty, my car was done and she was hanging out in work area chatting with coworkers, while I waited to checkout. New customers please shop some where else for tires, if you want complete professional customer service.
I will never take my car to this company again. I took my car here several times before Mavis bought them out and had no issues. I took my car to get a set of tires. Scheduled an appointment online. Called 2 days ahead to see if my tires were in stock. The manager confirmed that they were. Got there for my appointment, they only had 2 of the tires so I had to decide on different ones after I had already researched the brand.I dropped my car off. Came back to pick it up and the passenger side of the bumper was damaged. The bumper was slightly pulled off the car. I spoke to the manager. He took pics and said they would pull the cameras. Three days later, I still had not heard anything back. I called and the Mgr stated that they had just pulled the camera footage and were about to review. Why would it take 3 days just to pull the footage? The Mgr called back to tell me they didn’t see anything in the footage. I asked him to pull the video from the front camera since I parked my car right in front of the door when I dropped it off. This way they could see clearly that my bumper was not damaged when I dropped the car off. The response was “oh we didn’t pull that video!” I also said that I had the footage from my home cameras that show my car was not damaged when I left the house to bring it to them. He asked me to come up the next morning.I went the next day and the manager wanted to let his crew “fix it”. He said his crew was talented and could do something to fix it. Like place a washer where they broke the clip off the bumper. No sir.. this is NOT a body shop. I let him know I didn’t feel comfortable letting them fix something that they have no knowledge or expertise about especially since someone from the crew damaged it anyway. The manager then made it seem as though he was doing me a favor to attempt to fix. How is it a favor when your company damaged my car?!? I mentioned again about him pulling their front camera footage and again he stated that they didn’t. I asked him to pull it. No response. The manager then stated that he would have to let corporate handle it but corporate would be more stringent. I’m lost as to why corporate wasn’t handling it in the first place. I was told that corporate would call me within an hour... no phone call. I called corporate myself and filed a complaint. I was told the Regional Manager would call me back by the end of the day. No call received. This is terrible customer service. It’s ridiculous. By the way, called Corporate again today. Still no resolution and no return call.

There should be a warning attached to this Tire Service Center on line::BEWARE YOURE TALKING TO A CALL IN CENTER THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS ALREADY BOOKED HERE ON SITE.I dropped my vehicle off for a front end Alignment, was told it would be 2.5 hours, was told this after the person who walked thru the doors just before me was told 2 hours for the same service. So that was okay 30min alignment time.Keep in mind I had called from 3 miles up the road and was told there was nothing in line at the time by the CALL IN CENTER GUY.It was 10:00am when I left the car, at 2:00pm I just stopped by to get the car, not only was it in the same spot I parked, so was the guys who walked in before me. I was then told I was next in line, I called at 3:30pm and was put on eternal HOLD while she checked on my cars status, I was driving to the store because surely it was done, so I just hung up.THE CAR WAS IN THE SAME SPOT STILL !!! The guys who walked in before me car was gone, I think he took his keys and left also.I went in and waited for her to come from the shop computer to find out what I wanted, I politely said Id like to have my keys. She apologized for any inconvenience they caused, I asked if Mavis was going to pay the service center where I was going to have to take the car for actual servicing, she said NO.Then there was no sorrow for the inconvenience was there.NEEDLESS TO SAY BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IVE HAD IN YEARS AT A TIRE SHOP. DROPPED OFF MY CAR FOR 2 TIRES AT 1PM AND PICKED IT UP AT 7:15 PM. WHEN I CALLED THE SHOP THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TIRE MACHINE. ISNT THAT A TIRE SHOP?? IM JUST SAYING. I WILL NOT GO BACK..😶😶 WHY WOULD YOU PUT A CHEVY CAP ON A BENZ PLUS LOOK AT THE RIMS..SCUFFED UP!!!! NO AGAIN.

Purchased rotors 18 months ago, they went bad and was told I have to pay because they are not under warranty, the strange thing is they make the rotors (average rotors last 70k miles I had about 20k miles) wont purchase brakes there again as now they squeeze. Terrible products!!!
When my run-flat unexpectedly malfunctioned on a Sunday afternoon, I drove past three tire shops just to get to Mavis at Eagle’s Landing. Having worked with Mavis in the past, I knew that I would be able to trust them to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. Ms. Anderson was both knowledgeable and personable; she put in the order for my replacement tire and scheduled my return visit. Thanks to her efficiency, my repair was actually completed ahead of schedule. And, despite the fact that the shop was noticeably busy, I still received 5-star service. What a great team! They’ve certainly earned my loyalty!

Absolute worst customer service ever!After callin 9 times and being put on hold 9 times and then hung up on I was finally able to get an appointment for my daughter to have two tires and an oil change with a 4pm time slot. She arrived at 3:50 and was turned away. This is after getting permission to leave work early. She was told they were not taking anymore appointments that day...EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RESERVATION! The lady behind the desk was EXTREMELY rude and when I called up there was told me that basically it was just tough sh*t and I was once again hung up on. I called the Walmart down the road and was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated and was served immediately!! STAY AWAY FROM THE MAVIS ON EAGLES LANDING.

The wait time here was brief, I got in and managed to get out in a timely manner of my service. The facility also met COVID standards, well maintained and everyone masked.

My car was making scary moves and noises for the past month. I was not told by a place that serviced my car how bad my breaks were. They just stated they need to be changed soon and wanted to charge double the price as Mavis.. My brake lights were not even coming on. I no longer felt safe and looked up tire place near me. Mavis in Stockbridge came up. Gla Costa and her staff were polite, professional and thorough. My breaks were metal on metal. It drives so much better. If I think something is going on with my car again, I will definitely go back to this location. Thank you all!
