They have what you need. Always do, but staffing is the issue. Lot of having g to wait around as employees tlk about there weekend or conversations in the parking lot. Even if with a customer, you limit the talk to the business. Not about there car looking good or who installed your window tinted. Young and not yet in tune with how customer service works. Now to be honest this was a month ago. Maybe its better, but Ill never know because I wont go back.

This is the best experience I have had with an Autozone. Usually the customer service is absolutely gross. However at this particular one .wow the Associate really helped me out and took pride in his work. I really appreciate Good customer service and Managers who hire people that actually come to work to work.

Good place for cat part but they need better knowledge of there parts.

My husband went in to get oil.... He says they were nice so....they were nice.

They never have what I need. Sometimes you a part immediately.

This is usually where we come for auto needs and typically some of the staff are very helpful and kind but our last few visits have been very disappointing. The lady with brownish blonde hair and a male with glasses usually wears a hat came off rude and snappy when asking for assistance with what we needed, made it a very uncomfortable visit. We have decided to take our business elsewhere due to lack of Customer service with some of the employees.

Good customer service. This is my preferred auto parts store. They even had the unusual power steering fluid for my Mercedes. Im always surprised by what I can get, although some stuff may take a day or require I drive to another store nearby if I need it that day.

Allen is awesome! He was extremely helpful and explained what I’ve been doing wrong with my tail lights and even solved a problem with a light I’d given up on. Great customer service, you can tell he cares about what he does.

I needed a 5/16 metal nut to do some bathroom repair. I previously went to home depot and it did not fit properly, Autozones brand fit perfectly. A very cost effective option when you need small nuts and bolts for different jobs with a convenient location.

Get batteries here: the best!Good for testing CHECK ENGINE light. Now they supply washer fluid for my new cat.

Staff was very helpful from start to finish.

Tammy was fantastic at helping me find the appropriate bulbs and wiper blades, even helping me understand some info could be found in the vin. The additional help with Allen installing them was a GREAT way to ensure I was on the road safely. This is now my go-to for all car related questions.

Greeted me as I came in. Asked if I needed help then checked me out. Now keep in mind they werent busy. My issue has always been not enough workers at an Autozone. But they werent busy so it went smooth.

Noticed rear brake light was out while getting car washed. Went down the street to Hudson Bridge Auto Zone. Manager Mark not only assisted in identifying correct bulb, but after checking with Chrysler dealership to have an unimaginable price quoted for replacing, Manager Mark instructed and assisted (actually replaced it himself) with replacing the bulb. A 5 minute job that saved me approximately 90.00. Would not accept a thank you tip. Can never express my appreciation. Have been utilizing store for years, and will continue!

I don’t know much about cars but I came in to purchase a battery for my Toyota Camry. I figured it would be an easy in and out process, the moment i came in i noticed no customers were around which leads to my first initial thought about it being easy. I found myself waiting for 10 mins i was never acknowledged by the manager his name is mike, i got his name from another employee who seemed to be arriving to work. I purchased my battery and it was installed by the employee i did not catch his name unfortunately, young Hispanic man with a beard. He noticed i was not helped properly and that i was a bit aggravated from the lack professionalism and apologized. Try hiring people who aren’t oblivious to what’s going on around them. Thank you to the employee that helped.

As a woman I like to keep my cars looking good, and running well. Autozone has everything you need to do that.Check Engine light on? Come get it scanned for FREE. then when you go to get it fixed? They cant piss on your leg and tell you its raining. UNDERSTAND ME????. Also their employees are knowledgeable on most cars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THE REPAIR MANUALS THEY SELL. ITS. CHILTONS. And if you dont know much about car repairs YOU NEED THIS BOOK.

I went to Walmart to get a battery for my car they told me it would be a 5 hour wait I went over to AutoZone they put a new battery in my car within 20 minutes at a lower price and a better warranty I highly recommend them

The part I was searching wasnt available at any of the auto part stores. Eventually had to return to the dealer to get the part. Store was ok, not an auto part store fan.

I have been there 2 times. Both for pretty simple things, but I needed a little assistance from an employee, on a service they advertise they do for customers. The first instance there were less than 5 customers in the store and today I was the ONLY customer in the store. There were two employees in the store when I walked in and each one tried to out excuse the other as to why they could not help me. Left and went down the street to OReilly and was taken care of.

Managers and staff lie. They refused to give me a military discount after I gave them my ID. They say its guidelines, and none of them know what they are talking about.

I went in to buy tools to remove some bolts. Dee M. assisted me and he was very professional.

Make sure you ask for the warranty. The staff was going to charge me $170 for a battery when I had a free replacement due to warranty.
