Well we have been going to this place for years and its absolutely great. The atmosphere the customer service everything... And theyll let you know what you need the next time! How much more can you ask for?

They are awesome! Keith has awesome customer service and very honest! Let me know everything I needed with my vehicle, gave me a time frame on when it would be completed and it got done way before I was even expecting it! They work honest and get you in and out! My car is running great, this will be my go to auto repair shop from now on I highly recommend!

I have to say I was quite impressed with the straightforward, professional work I was given. I carefully read the reviews and the response is given by management. And truth be told that gave me a good indication of what I was getting into. I have a few more things to get when I save up to do it. But I am impressed, no pressure to do work but a very honest assessment. Kudos to Keith who took care of me. I would definitely recommend this place.

Keith and Raul were great. This is the second time Ive had to bring my car here for a mechanical emergency and they not only got me back on the road, they also made sure to explain to me what the problem was, how it needed to be fixed and keep me up to date with the works progress. Raul, the owner even came and picked me up and brought me back to the shop when my car was ready so I wouldnt have to take uber. Great knowledgeable service from good folks.

I came in thinking I had my radiator leaking. I got a call back to let me know that they did all sorts of test on radiator and did not find any leaks. This could of went all sorts of ways, instead they told me I am all set. Cant fix what isnt broken. True professionals, most important of all, very honest now that is rare.

Worst experience every, employees are very rude along with the owner. Raul and Keith are the worst, this shop not only take your money, but they do not finish the repairs. I had to take my vehicle after them having for one year and still did not repair after me paying $3,000 dollars, I would strongly recommend everyone to not to patronize this establishment

I’ve had 3 cars worked on here. It’s a great family business that takes care of their customers. As with any mechanic, work is not cheap, but is reasonably priced and very good quality. I will definitely keep coming back for issues that I can’t take car of myself. I’m not a trusting person, but I trust Raul and his entire crew. These people are great.

Owner is very knowledgeable and is an honest man. He operates his business very professionally. His staff on sight are trustworthy and knowledgeable. I personally know one of his mechanics, James. When it comes to his profession, James is passionate, honest, hard working and extremely knowledgeable. I expect X-pert Auto Care to be in Stockbridge for a long long time, will willingly have any car Ill ever own serviced and it repaired by their team!

One of my co-workers recommended this place to me and I decided to check it out. They told me what was wrong with my car same day and I was able to pick up my car the next day. At first I was told I needed brakes and rotors but later he said I just needed rotors and my brakes were fine. He refunded me the price difference which was shocking because he could’ve lied and kept the money. Very honest shop! Even though it’s a 45 minute drive, I will definitely come back!

So I came in to get my brakes checked out they were so friendly, professional and fast. I will definitely be coming back in the future love this place!

Money hungry!!!!!!!!. They charge almost 100 dollars for a diagnostic test which is suppose to be an hour and can last less than 10 minutes and said that he found the problem. A week & $1000 later when I picked my car up the same problem still existed & now I am finding screws missing, I definitely wouldnt use them at all. A total waste!

Great service at fair price (better than pep boys)

I continue to battle with this shop. He says he’s making thing’s better and than totally changes my mind about him and the shop. When I first got my truck back it was a MESS. The sunroof I asked him to fix was falling apart and no care was taken with my truck. He was also to fix the right differential to stop a thudding noise when I go into reverse but that wasn’t taken care of either. I called him he told me to bring the truck back so I took it back giving him a second chance. He put the screws back on the sunroof so it didn’t appear to be falling apart BUT now the sunroof doesn’t close all the way. I was VERY unhappy with the service. Not to mention, when I initially took my truck it sat outside when they knew the sunroof was completely open because it was stuck and all the did was put tarp over it. My truck should’ve never been sitting outside for days.

Staff was very courteous and answered all my questions.

As a female having work done on a car you always think you are going to be taken advantage of. NOT HERE!!! When I Say Raul and his team is The Best....I Mean It...!!!! Honest, Fair, Reputable!!! He has serviced my daughters car. Never a repeat problem. I had my car towed here late night, left my key in the dropbox, a simple repair and was able to drive away the next day. When I asked whats my damage...To hear its fixed....just come and pick up your car. SPEECHLESS!!!...X-pert Auto Care is hands down the Best Auto Repair Shop in Stockbridge!!!!

I got this nagging clanking sound when accelerating, wheel alignment work, oil change and a power steering leak all finally fixed right! I am excited and feel safe on the road again! I am a single mom living in Stockbridge, GA, and commute to/from Buckhead, GA, every weekday. Anyone who lives in Henry County, knows that it is imperative to have reliable transportation. My car is mine and my children’s lifeline. After years of going to dealership mechanics and other well known car repair shops, leaving dissatisfied with all of the services, inflated prices and tons of problems that may or may not have existed before, I’ve finally found a mechanic that have consistently delivered A+ mechanical service, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.
