Prices are okay, but their entire system as of late is subpar. Set up an appointment two weeks ago. ( 4/21/21 ) Was at the scheduled appointment FOR TWO HOURS. …I understand with social distancing and having to sanitize everything makes things take longer..the woman testing my eyes with the puff test / and the eye test was very unprofessional and rude. And was inexperienced with the machines she was using ; because she couldn’t move the thing to look at my eyes. I was being very patient with her. But she was very unpleasant.thought my appointment was finished when the person helping with setting up an order for my new glasses with my current prescription said to have a nice day … only to be called back to have the doctor dilate my eyes after I had already been out of the building on my way to other errands. My new glasses haven’t even been delivered to the center yet. And it’s been two weeks. Called to see if they could tell me about when they might be here if they could track them. Other employees in the background of the phone call laughed and the receptionist said no. That they’d call me when they’re ready. Could be ANOTHER two weeks. Overall. An unpleasant experience. I’ve come to them for years. By far the worst experience yet.

This is the only Wal-Mart Vision Center in the area that accepts my insurance plan. They are always friendly and helpful. Dr is nice. I have never had a problem here. Service and people are great. They have Pearle Vision beat on prices by a huge margin. I tried Americas Best as well and I will stick with this crew at Wal-Mart from here on out.

Keep trying to call to set up an appointment and either the phone is off the hook or someone keep placing me on hold for hours . worst facility

The technician offered me a contact lens at a cheaper price that were not prescribed by my doctor and that I could not see with. When I took them back they didnt offer a refund, but told me, I could keep and use them anyway!

I went to get contacts, paid for a contact eye exam and wanted to Purchase my glasses on my own when I call back to order my contacts they told me they had applied my insurance payment to the glasses.That is NOT what I asked for, so once again I have to go another year without what I asked for because someone made a mistake and I have to pay for it. Wont be going back. No help!

Couldn’t even set up an appointment. Receptionist kept purposely hanging up the phone lmao.

The girls at the front desk serve you very kindly but the doctor is very unfriendly, he just says the basics and thats it.They speak Spanish.
