I’m surprised people still come here. Went to the counter and asked for help regarding something. Well no one helped me and I was sitting there looking like a fool waiting.

I believe management has changed at this location because the associates were so much nicer this time. I had a much better experience in purchasing my items and paying my bill. Lines didnt have you waiting long to checkout.

CRITICAL medication delivered to this location twice and required refrigeration and some dumb @$$ signed for it and left BIG WHITE BOX 📦 at the front desk!!!!!!!

After my visit on 06/16/2021 to receive the second shot for my vaccine I will never visit this cvs again.I had scheduled an appointment with them. And they CANCELED my appointment. With out any reason.They never called me or emailed me or anything to let me know that my appointment was canceled. On 06/15/2021 I received a text message saying that I needed to confirm my appointment. Which I did and I had signed the consent forms and sent it back. Pharmacist and Techs are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.Store clerks are also the same as well.

I’ve always had a great experience I store and through drive thru pharmacy. Everyone is always professional.

Was called on Tuesday saying my prescription was ready got there and it was on hold. I need my prescription I have asthma and allergies. The young lady in the drive goes oh we close in like 30 mins so the so you will have to come back on tomorrow. As I stated I have asthma, I guess being a black woman my health is not important enough for them to take 30 minutes and fill my life preserving prescription during COVID-19. Goes to show the level of urgency and sensitivity black people get when it pertains to their healthcare is all true!!!

Nicia I honest to Goodness dont believe that your experience was based of of you being black. I am thinking logically and the reason I say tour wrong os because 95% of the pharmacy employees are black. Chances are most likely due to something like a insurance issue or prescriber problem. I would bet my life on the fact that they chose to not give you your prescription because you were black.

I love the pharmacy employees at this store!!! Theyre always helpful, quick to fill prescriptions, and pleasant. Keep it up!!

The pharmacy is always fast. The one time my prescription wasnt ready was because there was a question as to dosage and the pharmacist was waiting on my doctors office to get back to her. Friendly, fast and they remember you. The CVS itself is always well stocked and checkout is always fast.

Pharmacists are always rude here! Much rather deal with the technicians....sad your job is dealing with patients some sick and truly dont feel good and have to deal with the attitude is absurd Ive been coming here for years for the convince but after today no more for me!

This place is so raggedy. They never have anything together. One time the pharmacist tried to play me and give me a third of my prescription like its not in the system what I get all them time. Thats just 1 of the many issues. Im over them. No customer service at all also.

It is sad when you are going to get a prescription and you get treated like your in a drive thru at McDonalds . The pharmacist and the assistant were so rude they clearly wish they had another job. They had the worst attitude. Laughing in my face because my prescription isnt ready is a problem and they are two sorry workers who need a new profession .

They are terribly slow, nonchalant and fouled up 2/3 of my prescriptions. Its unfortunate that I have to come to this place after having 5 star service at publix for so long. I guess Ill have to try another location.
