My medication is never fill on time even when its supposed to be on automatic refill. I have 2 insurance yet I am now being overcharged. The medication is medically necessary so it use to be less than $5.00. They now have it in the system wrong. I am paying almost $35 more for a 30 day supply. They aRe not reliable and if they were not the preferred store for my insurance company I would leave and still might. There are other issues with them but you can find that out.

SLOWEST AND MOST INCOMPETENT PHARMACY AND TEAM EVER!!!!!!!!! There’s NO reason that after my tonsil surgery and being in so much pain that it took this pharmacy over 3 hours to fill my prescriptions!!!!! Then, when I received no text that my meds were ready, I went to pick them up and each car sat at the drive through for a 25 minute average. There’s NO excuse for this! They are slow and need better training. This has nothing to do with Covid testing. We watched and noticed that they are simply slow, unorganized and country. AVOID!

This pharmacy always hangs up on you, so busy they can’t even say “will you hold please.” It’s more like murmuring and u can’t understand what they said. Then u hear music. After the music it just rings and rings and then the call disconnects. Better customer service is much needed at this location. I won’t return here. I don’t care how far I have to drive, I will be treated with the respect I deserve. Don’t spend your money here. Drive to a location where they value your services and vise versa. You will see, try it!

I Ordered a covid test on line just to drive 30 mins to find out they are out. Left the store went outside and it let me order them again. Shouldnt be able to pay for stuff thats out of stock.

And I thought Walmart pharmacy was bad. I’ve been to this pharmacy 4 times in the past 36 hours and have waited no less than 20 minutes in line each time. They don’t fill prescriptions when they come in, they wait on you to show up to pick it up then tell you it’ll be another 45 minutes. My sons prescription was sent to them at noon today, I went in at 5:30 or so to pick it up, naturally it wasn’t ready, came back an hour later to be told they don’t even have it in stock and can’t get it for another 24 hours. How did you not recognize that when you received it? My time as a Walgreens customer was short lived, I definitely won’t be back. Now my kid gets to stay sick and miserable until I can have the pediatrician call his Rx in at some point tomorrow at a different pharmacy.

The store was clean and most of the employees were very nice and helpful. This review is based solely on the pharmacist Kathy. She has zero customer service skills and speaks to customers as if they don’t matter or they are inconveniencing her by calling and asking questions about their prescription. While I was there picking up my prescription a tech asked her a question to verify that I still had to pay almost $40 for my prescription despite me having insurance. The pharmacist Kathy yelled at the tech like she was a child, I was horrified and very angry that this tech had to take that kind of abuse. If she does this in front of customers can you imagine how horrible she is when ppl aren’t around? Like we come to work to make money to support our families not to be yelled at and treated horribly. This lady is clearly in the wrong profession because customer service is NOT her thing. Walgreens just lost a customer because I definitely don’t spend money at establishments with bad customer service.

I asked a simple question to the attendant name Vila who answered with a short slick statement rather than answering the question. This was not my first experience with her being dismissive with me. Rather than try to resolve the issue she hung up the phone and walked away talking. The pharmacist stated that she’d get the manager to speak with me but he never did. Then the pharmacist tried to overcharge me until I showed information stating my correct payment. Vila’s attitude was very lack and I felt very disrespected that no one handles the situation at all. I waited at the window and until I left no one addressed me once my prescription was filled. They are some of the most nice nasty people I’ve encountered at a pharmacy. And trust and believe I highly doubt that anyone from Walgreens will reach out to me. SMH

They bought rite aid. I called for a friend refill that me my husband pick up. When we got there it wasnt ready. We were told because of rite aid patients we are packed up. Why dont they hire more pharmacist to cover the work load instead of making the customers value time. I will never go there
