Do NOT have your prescriptions delivered. There is a reason why its free. I had 4. FedEx delivered 3. Left 1 on the truck. Took 4 days to find it and I was told it is being returned to the shipper. Customer service at Walgreens will tell you, once it leaves its not their problem. I need my meds for an upcoming eye surgery. They did not charge me.I got my med I will never do any more business with Walgreens.
The service here is horrible. I have a 9:30 am appointment to take my vaccine shot and was here on time. I was the only one waiting for the vaccination and I have been waiting for over an hour. They explained that someone is mixing the vaccination. Really? It takes over an hour to do that? My wife got her vaccine at Publix and it only took 10 minutes. This is just ridiculous. I wont recommend this place.
There are several Walgreens within distance but this one is my favorite. I am speaking only about the store part, I noticed a lot of negative reviews revolve around the pharmacy, which I have no experience on.They usually have everything I am looking for and staff are always nice.

The best store, I’ve ever been to. The cashier, greets you, when you come in.The store associates, help me find, the products I need and the pharmacy, always has my medicine, ready in a timely manner.
Stay away from this store!! No, seriously--stay away! Ive had the worst pharmacy experiences ever, to the point where Ive literally cried right there in the store several times because I was so distressed. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. They repeatedly violate basic customer service protocols. For the most part, they act pretty indifferent to the customers needs and health concerns, even bordering on a bizarre, smug arrogance about how nothing is ever their fault or responsibility--somehow its yours, as the customer, because you were idiotic enough to assume that you could just walk into their pharmacy and fill your medication, like a normal human being at your local pharmacy. What kind of nonsense were you thinking?! On multiple occasions, I was backed into a corner that threatened my health and ended up costing me in $ and tears. I would give this store stars in the negative direction, if that was possible! Please prioritize your health (they certainly wont!) and fill your prescriptions elsewhere!!

Theresa (Working in the Clinic) was fantastic!! My husband had an appointment and due to traffic was running late; she accepted him back with no problem and was very kind and understanding at explaining the whole process! If we ever need any type of medical services again we will come see them! Thanks Again!

Well let you in your trying to get some medications moved over to Walgreens don’t hold your breath. This is the laziest non working bunch of people I have ever tried to deal with. And also they love to turn their phone off and block their customers. They are not helpful. They have lied several times about my medications and that they are there to help but nothing gets done. If you need something done go in and do it yourself do not wait on them. Go to CVS that is where I will stay. Hey Walgreens thanks for NOTHING.
The pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions many times. Im changing pharmacies. The last two years of taking the same thing and then i get attitude when i ask why they give me a different brand? Very rude and Unprofessional. Tired of them not giving me my prescription on time.
Took a perscription by at 10 am. Had heard nothing from them and at 8 pm called to see if it was ready. Was put on hold twice! Once for 10 mins so hung up and called back and was put on hold for 12 mins. It was only 1 perscription, what the hell! Will be transferring elsewhere!
Is convenient, the staff is friendly and they usually have what I need. Just wish they stayed open longer.
The pharmacy staff needs a revamp. Very rude and unprofessional lady on the phone and at the window. (Christine) Waited patiently on hold for 20 minutes to get a refill for my husband. (Automated service was not working). She finally answered and was rushing me off the phone, still had a question and she knew it but hung up on me after a one minute conversation. What the heck ?!
I have used this Pharmacy because it is near to my home, however, I am not pleased with my service. I have a medication that I purchase for my daughter, and the staff always checks to see if it is in stock. I have had situations when it was not, but instead of stating it can be ordered the conversation ends as if there is nothing that can be done. In my mind you dont send the customer away, you offer to order the med. I have been required to ask if it could be ordered. Recently, the coverage I have requires auth for a medicine my daughter takes. I had to call my childs doctor to find out that the Walgreen process is to fax a form over so auth can be requested by the physician. Why does the doctors office know more about the process than Walgreens? I really think the person I was dealing with should have known that and could have easily explained this was the next step in the algorithm when authorization is required. I was also told I could keep the script. I am calling today to follow up and was told they could do nothing without having the script there, not even confirm if auth was sent back by my childs doctor. This is an inconvenience to the customer. These things can be improved with training of staff. I unfortunately understand why the overall customer service score is so low here.

This Walgreens is very close to my house and we use it frequently. The store itself is nice and the staff are friendly. The pharmacy on the other hand is terrible. They have given us prescriptions for other people, failed to order seizure medication for my son that we buy on a monthly basis despite having been notified a week in advance that we were going to need a refill, the staff is rude and seems to be inadequately trained for their jobs.
I had to wait for over two hours with a sick baby. They didnt run my insurance at all the first time. Then they told me that they couldnt get ahold of my insurance company and Id have to call them for reimbursement. I eventually gave up because I wanted to take my baby home. So I had to pay full retail price. I dont think they had a clue what they were doing. Everyone the came in before and after me seemed to leave pissed. They really need to adequately staff and train their pharmacy technicians.

Horrible customer service, Clinical judgement and research. Very sad for patients in need of prescriptions. Young pharmacist at night with poor staffing and no clinical resources to pull from and unwillingness to attempt refill.
Pharmacist was rude and couldnt transfer my wifes meds from CVS to Walgreens that the ER ordered. They did not have the prescriptions that me and my wife need and I took my services to Eagles Landing Walgreens and got better service.

I live both in the Atlanta, GA area and in Tampa, FL. I chose Walgreens since both locations can access my records from the main data base and provide refills from either location. The Tampa location at BBDowns Blvd is excellent and they have a stable staff, they know their customers and greet you by name. They go out of their way to help and always come through for you.On the other hand, the Pharmacy on Hudson Bridge Rd in GA is one big screw up, consistently I may add. They seem to have fill in pharmacists who clearly dont give a crap about helping or checking on what is happening with your prescription.I feel lucky that I am retired from the medical field and know enough to check on the meds that they dispense, since they have twice given me the wrong dosage and once the wrong medication. God help the people that arent familiar with their meds when they use this location.

This is the poorest run Walgreens I have ever been to! I do feel either new management must get into this store or it should be closed. I was on hold waiting on pharmacy for forty minutes only to be told, after I called to speak to the manager, that they were down six people in the phramacy and there had been twelve complaints called in that day.I find this form of operating a business totally acceptible and after this medication is filled I will never return. I will certainly tell anyone one I know to go to Rite Aide!
