This has to be the most caring and honest garage service company out there!!! Austin was just unbelievably amazing (great personality, honesty, and customer service).First they beat the price of every other company I called (and I called a lot). Secondly, on arrival they actually suggested a more affordable solution for my garage. Every other company I called was trying to change up my entire system but after assessing everything, Austin actually suggested replacing only a part which was more affordable. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage in no time. Im very pleased with my experience and my garage is perfect.This level of customer care and honesty is really hard to come by, and I hope you get the recognition and appreciation you deserve for the work you do. I totally recommend this company and I cant thank them enough.

They were awesome showed up early. They were extremely nice considerate. They helped with my sagging garage put a strong brace in place. And also drills a hinge into my garage door so now Im back to using it. Extremely happy with their workmanship.

These guys did a great job fixing our door. The door had not been operational in over 15 years and they got it running right in under an hour! Fair, upfront, honest, and didnt try to upsale us on stuff we didnt need. It was a pleasure working with them.

I got a quote in February, just before Covid hit. I called recently to ask for a requote. Mr. Bradley came out and remembered his 1st quote and honored it. Not only was 25% less than the big box stores, but was here a week after i said go. The local big box store was 4-6 weeks out. Showed up early and was done in less time that was estimated. AWESOME!!!

I absolutely recommended Jared to work on your garage door. He sure knows his work and utilize his talent to the fullest. I met him at Lowe’s on a Saturday evening. He promptly arrived the next day to look at my door and provided an estimate. The door was replaced and motor working on Tuesday. This is the most amazing garage door company ever. Me of course backed in to my door. No damage to my vehicle. But major damage to my door. I called Axis and they were right out with a quote. One that I could not pass by. (Only because I originally wanted to upgrade and shopped around other companies but the prices were not in my range). But with Axis I was able to of course get a new door...along with it being upgraded to what I wanted. I recommend them to everyone who needs a new door because of an freak accident 😂. My garage door was old and on its last leg and I called Axis this morning desperately looking for someone who could come out today and look at it . I’m glad I did! Austin was my technician, he was on time and very clear and direct with what was going on he gave me my options and I chose to replace my old one with a new u it which he was happy to install and on a budget friendly price. Got a little happy with the broom trying to get cobwebs and debris in garage corner. I knocked some wires on the sensor loose and door wouldnt close. I also had a broken bracket that needed to be replaced. Called about 6:30PM. Representative was at my door 9:00AM the next morning. He capped the wires and aligned the sensors properly, replaced the bracket and was gone in 30 mins. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, fair price and timely is what I look for in a service company. Axis fulfilled all of those.

Axis put two garage door openers, tracks etc. in. They worked hard, clean cut workers, polite. Needed to bring me back a WIFI part that wasn’t with the opener. Came first thing the next morning. Everything works perfectly. Fair price, highly recommend.

The two gentleman that came out to my home were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had two motors replaced and also key pads installed. I will be calling them in the near future to replace my doors.

Your professional techs were prompt to our call. We were given a extimate that we felt like was in the range for our garage door repairs. They were on time for the repairs when the parts came in and Jared and Jerry gave up info on the maintenace to door so we could get the most from the repairs. I felt that Axis Garage Door Service & Repair was out to get our service more that out to get the money.

Had a spring break late on a Friday night and couldnt get cars out of garage. Axis came early Saturday morning and fixed it with a three year warranty on the springs.
