Very nice guy! I called him in the morning and got a price range (which was very reasonable) and he came out that afternoon! He even let me know issues with my garage door that had nothing to do with what he was fixing! He introduced himself, shook my hand, and when I let him in the house, he asked if he could wear his shoes inside, he even locked the door behind him after he brought everything in! When it comes time to do any other work to my garage, Ill definitely be calling him back for more business!

Our garage door spring broke leaving our new vehicle out in the elements with possible storms with hail on the way. I called Cesar Palominos with South Metro Garage Doors. Mr. Palominos was prompt and showed up as scheduled. He was very pleasant to deal with. Upon inspection he advised we had an oversized door that required a heavy duty spring that he did not have in stock. He made a special trip to his supplier and returned in the evening, passed most people’s working hours. His inspection further showed that the rail the door rides on was bent to one side. Mr. Palominos installed the springs as required. He adjusted the rail and lubricated all moving parts at no extra charge. If we have another garage door problem we will most definitely call South Metro Garage Doors.

I found Cesar & South Metro Garage Doors via an internet search on a Wednesday morning. The cable had come off of my garage door and it was stuck in the up position. Cesar promised hed be out that afternoon. And... he WAS!My door was repaired in about 20 minutes. He did a thorough inspection of the rest of the door. He found a hinge that has a small stress crack. He pointed it out and told me to keep an eye on it. He lubricated the rollers and hinges. Very professional, very polite. Very reasonably priced.I highly recommend!
