Received excellent service from the owners yesterday. I had 3 large and heavy boxes that needed to be shipped. Greg came out to my car and took them all inside the store. 2 of the boxes were a bit flimsy and needed to be repacked. Greg managed to condense the 2 boxes into 1, saving me time, energy and most importantly-money! From start to finish, they were patient, compassionate and absolute professionals. SO glad I came here instead of going directly to DHL for my shipments. Greg and Melissa really looked out for me during a stressful move and I am appreciative. This is the Best!! Mailing an More service. The service is always friendly and professional. The store is very clean and this practice was before Covid 19. Ok...heres my story I mail and a package from them it never arrive to the destination. The package was lost...but they know how important it was to me. They went out of the rim of Customer Service and replace my items. This is above and beyond Customer Service. Always 5 star service.

On 9-4-20 I checked your hours on line before I drove to the store to find out you closed early( nothing on line about closing early) I was there at 3:45 pm and itwas a huge Inconvenience to me. I was not the only one that was there. Not sure I will ever use this store anymore. Hours are posted M-F until 5:30 Closing not posted where hours of operation are posted.

The customer service at Mail and More is top notch. The hard-working couple that run it are down-to-earth and straight forward. No BS, no upselling, just exactly what you need at the most reasonable prices possible. As long as they continue to stay as consistent as they have been I have no problem continuing to give them my business. Great place.
