A month in advance I made a reservation and called to confirm it. 3 days before I’mScheduled to move my things i get a email saying i canceled my reservation. When i called 5 minutes after receiving this email the manager said that it’s first come first serve and the website just lets you book . When i called I was never told this information . The manager didn’t even bother to look up my reservation . It’s such a inconvenience to be treated so unprofessional and careless . The customer service and organization is disgusting and if I could leave 0 stars I would . So Diane and team should be fired . Good day
Whew, if I could give this company 0 stars I could. This company has made my move so stressful. Firstly, the regional scheduling staff are very incompetent employees. They scheduled me for a location that DID NOT have my equipment and ended up separating my truck auto-transport in tow different locations 25-30 minutes away from one another. Secondly, they assigned me a storage location that did not have the size I needed, instead I received two very small spaces for my furniture. Thirdly, I was charged a $53 for a wrong-drop off fee, but I got confirmation that was drop off location via text message. Also, the rep failed to mentioned that there would be a fee to change my location, so they refused to refund me my money. This company is horrible, has incompetent and undertrained employees, and will definitely make your move stressful. I recommend Penske or Hertz for you move, or a different moving company in general, please stay far away from U-Haul and their antics! This review is for the U-haul company in general not this location.
Ive been a customer at this location for 15 years. My last visit was the worst from the worker to the management! Management spoke to me with no respect to a loyal customer! Never again!!! Will not return to this location.
Darlene and Jacobs that work for the U-Haul U-Box division in Stockbridge is awesome. Darlene delivers excellent customer service. Jacob is always there to answer any questions with a pleasant attitude. Because of them I will tell everyone about using U-Boxes over PODS
I currently have a storage unit at this facility. Everyone at the front desk is really friendly! The storage facility is really big too. They have all these security features that give me some piece of mind. I looked into several storage places near by and uhaul definitely offers somethings that nowhere is has. If you need a storage room I highly recommend coming here! Very pleased with every interaction I’ve had at this location.
Always have what we need. Used a storage unit for months with no problems. We’re impressed and thankful!

I pulled in here to get some propane tanks filled and two what looked to be some highschool girls who admittedly had no idea what they where doing or how to fill my tanks up. Im sure if the owner was here hed be very frustrated that hes loosing money due to the lack of their employees knowledge and training. Tractor supply store it is.

Excellent professional customer service. This location offers many options for your moving needs. I was impressed with the truck and trailer options as well as storage! They even install hitches! Everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable. This uhaul is a great asset to the community. Keep up the great work and customer service focus!

Told me 19.99 a day but 30 day rental cost me over 1200$. Thats literally double. They should be charged for false advertising. Very poor customer service

Great facility!! Service is swift and although it is a new facility it seems to offer much. The area needed this Uhaul location. Its very accessible. Customer service is very attentive and makes sure you understand any savings the business has to offer.

I rented a 10ft truck. I went from their location to lake Jodeco. Then a drop off at lake spivey. Some how that distance came up t be 84miles of driving!!! Plus before i left the place. The gas line wasn’t at the line they stated it was. So i had to go back in to get them to change that. I feel like this place rigs their odometers. And tries whatever possible to get over on you. Yes the customer service is great but beware their smiling faces.
These guys went above and beyond to get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle this morning. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this uhaul facility.

WOW - and I love U-Haul. I went to this location and they are doing construction. I did not see the parking lot on the side of the building and saw cars parked in front of the building. It looked a little congested so I thought I would be smart (in a good way) and park on the sidewalk across the double lane drive in front of the building. This scruffy guy from 50 yards away started screaming at me to park in the parking lot. One of those guys who I made his day by breaking some made up rule he had in his head. Whatever - I parked with the other cars in front of the building. Barky started up again yelling at me like I was a dog telling me to move to the parking lot. At this point I see the parking lot to the other side of the building. I tell Barky if he will get the other cars to move - I will move to. I go inside to rent a truck and Barky runs in with a different set of keys to change my truck from the new Ford to the old GMC. Whatever - I ride a motorcycle I can put up with no AC (turns out the AC worked fine on that old dog pound truck). I was cool with all of this until Barky mumbles THAT I HAVE NO RESPECT. I had already asked for a manager and guess what - Barky was the manager. I tell him I need a real manager and he gives me a card. Of course no answer so I text the number. A text promptly comes back Move your motorcycle. Hmmmm. OK - I text back asking for his manager to which I have not gotten a response (its been a week now). 2 THINGS GUYS - DONT YELL AT ME LIKE IM A DOG - and - GET SOME FREAKIN DO NOT PARK HERE SIGNS. ---Lamo!!!!!
They NEVER answer their phones even after contacting main reservations. They told me this location has their phone selected to transfer all calls to reservations. The agent said she sent a messege to this location to have them call me after 4 days they still havent called...
