They give you the run around . Don’t know how to assist you with products. I come from Queens and they made me pick up each book individually when they were ready. I also received emails saying books are ready for pick up and get to the bookstore to be told nothing is ready. Will be ordering off amazon in the future. Need better customer service and better protocols especially when there is competitors like Amazon and digital access sites.

They need better doctors.
