UPDATE: Amanda Alicea from FSA reached out to me and was an absolute gem!I recently tried to order a sweatshirt online, but there are apparently several errors on the website so they sent me the incorrect item TWICE. The General Merchandise Manager, Kristen Newsom, has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. She continually blamed me for the incorrect order until she finally admitted there are issues with the information on the website. I emailed her several times and tried to call to resolve this but she always just stepped out when the student who answers the phone says my name LOL.

Then store has everything you need, except groceries. Just be prepared to pay 3x the normal price. Some things arent to bad but most are just over priced.

Nicely organized, all the workers are nice and helpful to a freshman like me trying to get used to it all and love how its located next to the other locations. Really hard to miss as well even if youre new.

This is a great place for students to get some fancy Stony Brook memorabilia. You can find things ranging from mugs, tshirts, hoodies to the Stony Brook ring as well. The quality is very good and most of the apparel are quite pricey here. I came in to purchase a few tshirts as well as the graduation gown here. Very friendly staff and there is a Starbucks adjacent to the shop where you can chill once you are done!

Nice selection of items but extremely expensive. I think were all thinking the same thing. Im paying a lot for tuition, why do I have to pay $70 for a sweatshirt?

The store sells books, pens and pencils, paper, etc, as well as Stony Brook University branded apparel. While it is good to have these things available on campus in the event of emergency, the prices are relatively high.

Too expensive for what they sell. But the people who work there are nice and helpful.

Provides an essential service but essential services need their prices regulated and the University Bookstore prices are very high
