My wife purchased tires online and arranged to have them installed at Graham Tires Storm Lake. The service rep was very rude to my wife and said the tires had not arrived even though my wife have a confirmation email showing they signed for the tires. Then the guy kept saying “that’s why you don’t buy tires online” acting like their incompetence on misplacing peoples orders was her fault. Then they tried saying she would have to pay again since they weren’t able to install in the day schedule since they kept saying the tires hadn’t arrived 🤦‍♂️!!! My wife had to come again the next day to install the tires but they still took almost 3 hours to install the tires!!! Definitely would not recommend such a rude and inept business practice of this sort and we won’t be taking our business back to them. On a positive note, the technicians were very friendly and stayed late to take care of the service representative’s inability to do his job and overall rudeness.

Customer service rep was terribly rude. I asked a few questions about their services, and I guess that put him in a hyperactive state. They used to pick my car up for service. As I live 6 miles away and am a single mother this was great. They no longer offer the service, and it takes hours for an oil change. I was told they are short of help. Maybe they should treat both their employees and customers as they used to.

Fixed my flats same day, and the price was competitive. I thought they did a good job.

Charge $45 per tire to mount if you dont buy them there. Well thats a sure way to turn off a future buyer when all a guy wants is some tires changed over. There are some good people that work there, but its unfortunate they cant be reasonable about their services. Seems as though all they want is fleet and farm work.

They got a rim and tire for me and they let me try the rim on the truck before I even paid for it awesome

We were visiting from out of town. They took the time to find the exact parts needed for my boat trailer. Excellent service. They also took the time to explain in detail the trailer issue. All Staff present had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy their work. Well done Graham!!

If you ever get tires mounted on your new wheels never go to graham they scratched up my wheels and chipped my paint on them. They try saying it was the box that scratched my wheels. Very disappointed never going there again.

I do not recommend. They Quoted $345 to change oil pan. I picked up my car i looked and seen they had only patched the oil pan and put new gasket. $230 of the $345 was for three hours labor. When I told them they put my old rusted oil pan back on they told me it was a mistake. And charged me another $80 for the new oil pan, but wouldnt charge me labor even though I had already paid them to put a new oil pan on.

Well I going to start my comment with the question ¿its your car duty ?no problem they do it a full detail. General mechanic. and Tire Shop Center you are welcome to that place

Came to Graham tire to get an almost flat semi trailer tire repaired. 2 plus hours later tire is finally going back on. Will not recommend to anyone. Such slow service and watched as several other truck were in and out of there in a short amount of time. Also still charged me full price for the extended wait. DO NOT GO TO GRAHAM TIRE STORM LAKE IOWA......

I have recommended Graham Tire to family and friends. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They follow appointment times and get the job done quickly.

I brought my car in after an accident. They were more than happy to replace my front tires, but did not bother to even kick the rear ones (even though I asked them to). The following day, the back tire fell off. Long story short, they let me drive away in an unsafe car that caused future damage. More than that, they took no responsibility for their bad service. Very disappointed.

I arrived at Graham Tire shortly after 11:00 AM Saturday morning and Nate greeted me with a smile. I showed him my defective tire and like a good service writer he told me he wouldnt let me leave with a tire in that condition. Because I keep my tires rotated on a regular basis they were all going to need to be replaced before winter. I was aware of the Goodyear promotion going on decided to have all 4 replaced. Nate was able to get me in and out in around an hour, maybe even a little less. Dave runs an efficient shop and will do what it takes to make a customer happy. They dont or will not answer your phone calls after hours.

Took my car in for a oil change and somehow a lot of oil ended on top of the motor and everywhere else including the windshield whippers. Took my car back, and I was told that a hose bacame loose under the motor and that oil had sprinkled upwards, but some how there was no oil under the hood (simple gravity law does not apply in this case). Customer service at this place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking their cars here unless you want your car tampered with.

WAY OVER PRICED. Quoted me a decent price on my tires and then charged me almost double the quoted price for just the tires. The extra fees ran me up another $300. Would not recommend going here for tires.

They got my tires ordered in and changed in a very timely manner, even with a snow storm that hit. Excellent customer service!

It is a good place to go to get your car fixed everybody is very nice there

Have spent 10s of thousands of $ here for truck/trailer over the years and would have continued business with them until they botched a front suspension job including king pins, tie rod ends, and allignment which resulted in 2 steer tires being ruined in less than a month. Took it back, they replaced one tire, realligned the truck (which should have been done right the first time). They were all too happy to charge me for another alignment but truck still had a terrible pull to the right. Sparing more unsatisfactory details, I decided to take the truck to reputable allignment shop in Sioux Falls to get things looked at. Only to learn that the allignments Graham Tire had performed were done incorrectly (or not done at all)....not my words! Bottom line....I wont be back! Their loss.
