Roberto, Frank and Deb were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and even worked with our schedule to help us get our truck! (they even stayed late for us to come and pick it up) Wonderful straight-forward experience with great customer service and I would definitely recommend them.

Scheduled routine oil change. Went well. Had vehicle delivered which is one of their nice services. After driving the next day we noticed a burnt smell coming from vent. Opened hood and found the oil cap was missing. Called the service center and left a message. No call back. Called back the next day and spoke with Rob. He said they would handle it. Didnt seem to care and we were bothering him with our problem. No follow up. Ordered part ourselves.

Had my car serviced today, 8-12-21 at Holzhauer Ford. Everything was great as always with good communication between me and my service advisor Kalvin Petersen. Very good guy to talk to, and the service was first rate as always. I would recommend Holzhauer Ford to anyone. Always treated well and taken care of here !

I called in about having my truck serviced for an upcoming trip. On short notice they were prompt and very friendly. They picked up my truck from my work site. Serviced it, found brakes to be of a concern. Called me with details and costs associated with them. Agreed to take care of it the following day. Returned my truck to worksite so I could go home. Following day, again picked up truck took care of brakes and returned it to me in a very timely manner. Great service and the costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

A great car dealer! I had special ordered an F350 from here due to a former Army colleague working there. He departed the week I placed the order; so the manager covered the build and delivery process.During a non-standard time due to part shortages due to COVID, extended manufacturing times, and extremely heavy demand, the manager stuck to the agreed upon price that he wrote on a sticky note. The finance manager went out of her way to find a great finance rate. And, even though I am from out of state, she called our county DMV to get their required particulars so that I could get the taxes and such included in the loan. And, most importantly, the papers signing process was only about 15 minutes! The rest of the 1.5 hrs there was spent attending the orientation. Oh....and, they also got a driver to pick me up from an airport that was 3 hours away.

Always good service and keep track of what my car needs. Love that they pick up from my work place.

Service was average. After vehicle was repaired they informed me that they put in an $80 air filter (unrelated to Service preformed). Thats robbery! They are $20 @ any parts store. Lesson learned...... Ill go elsewhere.

Would not honor lifetime oil change for $20 for new purchase of vehicle. Did not publish new price, not did they tell me when I made an appointment. Appointment for oil change was 11 am, to be done no later than 4 pm. After multiple phone calls, after 5 pm was finally accomplished.

I told the dealership person, Shane Schreck exactly what I wanted and exactly what I could afford for a monthly payment. I wanted a white small SUV something 2010 & above, Low mileage. He found me an awesome 2015 jeep patriot White, with only 37,000 miles and my payment was within pennies. Now that’s A dealership listening to a customers wants and making it happen!
