Sorry I have to even give it one star. This was our second trip to this location for service, unfortunately we received none. First trip no acknowledgement upon entering and after 40 minutes with nary a word we left.Yesterday’s trip was “Hey guys” upon entering and nothing for 47 minutes. We left quietly never to return.
I used this store to trade in two phones for the upgrade promotion. After spending two hours on the phone with ATT I have been told one returned phone can not be found anywhere so I can’t get a credit for that one and the other phone was entered under the wrong phone number. I was told to send an email to hylamobile to resolve these issues and they told me they can not help either so I am back to square one.Looks like the only solution I will have is to change carriers otherwise ATT took my two iPhone X’s with no credit and I’m paying full price for the new phones.Incompetent service at the store resulted in this issue and ATT service has no way to fix it, unreal.
Kept me there all day couldnt fix problems with phone. Called AT&T and they fixed problem in 10 min.
I like a paper receipt when I pay my monthly bill. ATT used to have a machine that I could walk up to, pay my bill, get a receipt - a very quick procedure - and walk out. The machine is gone. To get a receipt now I must wait in line, sometimes a half hour. Then if I want to pay cash I must wait because there is only one computer that can be used to process cash...so that could be an hour wait. Paying with a card, I just have to wait for a sales person to be free. This procedure is not customer friendly.
We went into this AT&T to upgrade a phone on our plan. My boyfriend and I were talking about getting our bill lower for tv and internet and our tech over heard us and started telling us about the deals AT&T has for tv and internet. We were awarded credit from AT&T for switching over to cover the penalty from our current service for canceling. Leon and Jewie were very informative and helpful. They answered all of our questions and Jewie even took her time to write down all my new information so I wouldn’t forget. She even broke down our bill for us so we knew exactly what our bill would be every month and what day it would come out. I highly recommend this AT&T and Jewie as your service provider. Leon is the manager and he is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for your kindness and great work!

This store ripped me off $1000. I traded two phones in during a promotion and they advised Id get $500 for each phone in bill credits in 2-3 billing cycles. After countless hours on the phone with the store and customer service, Ive gotten no where. Its a shame because Ive been a loyal customer for 20 years. Steer clear and stay far away...

Nothing at this store runs smooth. The employee we encountered was very nice (the only one). The rest of the staff are lazy, they dont know acknowledge customers, and for the most part dont know how to complete simple services. Buying a phone case took over an hour. We have gone back multiple times to trade in phone, only to run into a software glitch each time ( a total of 3 times). We had to go through corporate over the phone. The store messed up my account so bad it has taken days to address the issue which remains unresolved and me without a phone. When I spoke with other locations they said that our experience was very uncommon. I do not recommend this location and I would rather make the 40 min drive elsewhere. Considering Verizon now.
Excellent Service Lives! The staff at this store, next to Chilis (Anyone you get on the phone says it, its like a-thing), is amazing! Yesterday I walked in and was greeted by an employee, told her I was looking for earbuds, she directed to the back of the store. She also assisted me my selection and when a problem arose, another employee, Alisha/Alicia (basically at the end of her shift) demonstrated such professionalism, accuracy and leadership...she stepped in and helped her coworker which resulted in me getting the product i wanted with some added savings. It was awesome, I was so happy, totally made my day. And this experience carried over until today when I spoke with the store manager,, Leon. He was polite, courteous and informative. Thank you AT&T for being the very best part of my day.

This place is the best AT&T store on the planet. I bought the new I Phone 11 and Carmen answered all of my questions, set up a new password (I forgot my password)and downloaded all my information from my old phone. The employees in this store could give lessons in customer service because they rock!!!! Thank you AT&T and Carmen!!!!!

Worst Customer Service on the planet. Unless you are there to GIVE them money, they cant help you. If you have a service issue, need to return equipment, cancel service, or anything else requiring effort, We dont do that here.. But, theyll sign you up and take your cash. Couldnt give less than a star...
Entered store and was greeted & assisted immediately. Store rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained my options thoroughly and quickly proceeded to supply my needs. Definitely will return when the need arises.
My phone was having issues and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes with the problem solved.

Next time you go to AT&T ask for Ralph. He is not only sweet & informative, but knows how to do his job well. My partner & I have had many long & complicated issues with AT&T, but it would be too much to explain on here. To keep this comment positive, we really recommend Ralph for any of your AT&T needs. These five stars dont go to AT&T or other employees, but the five stars are solely for Ralph. He has been so great to us & we appreciate all he has done! Worst service I have at an AT&T store. Nothing but attitude. While he was supposed to be helping us,we had to call Corporate to even get him to help, he decided to help the pretty girl in the short shorts instead of helping us. Just to be clear, he was already helping us.
AT&T service technicians demonstrated great patients along with excellent service throughout the visit with my family purchasing a new phone and transferring service to another phone for my daughter.

My husband and I purchased IPhone 11’s for each other for Christmas directly from Apple and waited until after the holidays to go to this location to get help with activation. It was Sunday January 4th, we have been customers of AT&T for fifteen years. The dude with no name tag, an iPad and a cross body bag who apparently was the “greeter” said nothing as we walked in and the store was empty; I said while holding the two IPhone boxes that we needed help with activation, transfers etc. He said, where did you get the phones. Told him directly from Apple. Then he said we don’t do anything like you’re asking anymore. You have to get an iCloud account and do everything yourself. Never owning an IPhone and not having an ICloud acct and definitely not getting any help from Mr Personality we turned around and left. I am sure had we gone in to purchase two IPhones and end up making monthly payments of $50 for 300 months we would have been treated like royalty! Got home, powered up the phones and downloaded an app called Move to ISO we both had Samsung phones. Transferring was easy and efficient. Clearly an app the Door Dumbass knows absolutely nothing about! I find it interesting that good or bad - no one from AT&T, Corporate or the local store has responded to any of the reviews posted here.

They have done wonderful work for me several times. They help over the phone. They fixed a phone when another broke so I wouldnt have to pay more. They know I am disabled. Never had a issue with this store since it opened. They are great at getting you into the phone that is right for you however they dont do tech support. It would be nice if they did but that is not the case.

Terrible! They also make you hook up phones ordered direct from ATT via calling 800 number. The toll free number sent us there. So confused that day. I dont think they want to help since they cant getting commissions because they offered to sell us one at their store and just return mine to sprint. Thats sad.
Very nice staff, but no place to pay if you are just picking up an item. You have to check in and wait for a person to help you.
Megan was VERY helpful. My dad had diminished eyesight and she was so patient in finding him a phone and setting it up for him. He was worried he wouldnt get what he needed and he left the store extremely pleased!!!THANKS MEGAN!!!

Asked store rep if I could stop by to have them look at my phone because it was downloading loads of data automatically. Store rep said, were all just sales people here and cant help. Its nice to know AT&T is so useless at thier stores. Theyre quick to take your money for a new phone but refuse to help if you have issues with that phone. Call tech support.
They kicked me out. I went in to get my AT&T phone unlocked so I could switch to a Verizon service line, and the AT&T rep broke my SIM card when transfering it. Then proceeded to tell me it must be Verizon’s fault. I ended up with no phone and had to pay my own money and 3 business days of my time for AT&T to unlock the phone and to get another Verizon SIM card that would be compatible. When I angrily proposed the AT&T rep who broke it to pay for the replacement, I was kicked out of the store and threatened by them calling the police. Great customer service ;)
A little long in waiting for service, but very courteous and friendly service.
The staff was very detail-oriented did not try and haggle me or push me into something I did not want to do but look out for my needs and what I wanted and a cell phone as well as a plan was very impressed

I dont remember the young womans name, I wish I did. She has excellent customer service skills without being pushy. And she helped me fix some problems that have been vexing me. I was reluctant to go back because of the mediocre and indifferent service the last couple of times. She saved the day for me!

I went in and asked to buy a new phone. I waited nearly an hour to get some help.Then I get Charles. Nice guy. He seemed like he knew his business. I gave him some information on my needs and asked what he recommended since I was trying to get into the android end of the market. Id had an iPhone. I wanted something different. In the middle of his talking with me, he excuses himself and asks if I can come back later. I had some shopping to do at Walmart, so I said okay. The store was slammed and getting back in a queue wasnt appealing. He promised hed see to me personally in an hour. I came back in an hour and we begin again. So, Charles recommends the Samsung Galaxy S. Stats looked good for the time. I asked him, point blank. Will I be able to update this with my Mac computer? He said Yes, of course! I asked, Are you sure? Again, Yes. Foolish me I believed him.A few months later, the new os comes out and I cant update. I went back into the store and everyone was clueless. One guy took my phone and SWORE that you could do an over-the-air update. I laughed at him since Id take my phone to the smaller, closer store and theyd said I was out of luck since I used a mac. Then they said try Kies. Samsung doesnt make Kies for my phone, computer os or my phone os. They said, call Samsung. Theyll know. I call them and they said call ATT theyll know. ATT said go back to your store every so often and check in. Theyll have a fix for you eventually. So I did. Id wait my time then enter purgatory as I answered the same questions over and over again. My favorite was Are you sure youre using a mac? Uh, yea. Im pretty sure thanks. After a few months, I was told they discontinued updates my phone anyways. For over six months, Ive got apps that dont work, random crashes, freezes, it doesnt ring and Im still unable to update because Ive got a Mac. I went back to the store to see if they could do anything for me and all I got was a Wow, that sucks. Yea, no kidding. Ive been back a few times to see if things have changed. I still get shuffled off and told to deal with it or buy a new phone. All because Charles didnt really know what he was talking about and wanted to look like a Boss.I came to this store because it was a full store - Where the sales force is supposed to be fully trained, knowledgable and able to help. Ive yet to receive anything close to help or knowledge. Well, the iPhone 5 comes out shortly, U-Verse is about to enter my area, and I dont think I could ever come back to this store thanks to the total lack of help or knowledge I received.
