Went there tonight at 9:20pm. The lady was very rude and told us they were closed. Slammed the drive through window and walked away. My daughter and I love going here but that was just ridiculous.

I dropped my waffle cone bowl right after paying for it, and the sweet attendant replaced it for me, at no charge. They didn’t have to do that! I truly appreciate it, and they will continue to get my business. Thank you so much!

I just left there, got ice cream for the kids and I ordered smoothie for me while they fixing my smoothie they drop the mixer lid inside the mixer, and they just want me to drink some full of Germs from the top of the led where they touching, young kids working, I just cancelled my order, paid for the kids Ice cream and left

Bought an ice cream cake for my sister last year. It was phenomenal! Am here today to order another one for her birthday.

Went inside, service was ok. Had to wait a good two minutes as there was only one associate in there and the drive thru was getting more attention...must have been break time. Ice cream was fine, but for the price, Id been better off getting a small pint at the store. The toppings cost a dollar or two, and they dont put much on for the price you pay. Just nothing special. By the time I was checking out, a second associate was back on shift. Really sweet and sociable, it was at least a bright ending to my visit here.

I placed order for banana split and a sundae.I ask for vanilla ice crean. I was given chocolate.I went inside the ice cream parlor requesting rhe attendant to correct my order. She refuse to do so. The attendant was very nasty. I would discourage any friend, family or aquaintence fromIce cream from the Sumter South Carilina Baskin Robbins. I will never buy ice cream from that ice crean parlor. They need training in how to respect their customers and treat them wirh dignity

This location refuses to give tapwater when asked and will only sell the patron bottled water even after a purchase. The owner trains employees to not give tapwater which is completely illegal.

First of all, the person who was taking care of us, was weighing our order on the scale, I dont know why. Second of all, you cant taste the flavors you dont know, it is not that Im going to use the same small spoon to taste other ones.

We entered and neither of the employees so much as acknowledged us. We were the only customers in the building. The employee behind the counter didnt even look at us. We had to get her attention because she was staring off into the void. Didnt even say hello. What was she pondering that was so distracting? Perhaps she was thinking about the troubled home life she was about to return to after her late night shift. Or maybe, her grandfather was in the hospital with covid and she was coming to terms with his inevitable passing. Maybe she was just reminiscing over the times before student debt.Barely put any sprinkles on one of our cones, but the ice cream was passable.

They have changed for the worse. Prices going up but yet they quality is decreasing. And I was told I had to pay for whip cream and a cherry??? I’ll never come back to this establishment.

Do yourself a favor and go purchase a tub of Blue Bell instead. New ownership at this location has increased pricing while barely putting any ice cream in the cup. I ordered my kid a single scoop for about $4 and when I saw that baby scoop, I knew we would not be returning. This location is a rip off and their customer service is trash!

Excellent customer service and the ice cream was delicious. I had a 2 scoop butter pecan and my daughter had a 2 scoop chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone. It went back the next weekend

I love Baskin-Robbins. No matter how often I go in there and no matter how many taste I want, the staff is always so kind and friendly and ready to serve you. And the twenty-wonderful flavors are all great!!!

Went for a banana split this evening and was so disappointed. It normally has 3 different scoops- vanilla, chocolate and strawberry with pineapple, chocolate and strawberry toppings. Instead it was all vanilla with pineapple topping.What a RIP off so disappointed!!

The ice cream was great but the cherry tasted wrong and their cookies tasted like they had chemicals pumped in them. They also had this poor boy working there that was not properly trained and had no idea how to make what I ordered. (which was stated clearly on their ice cream selection board) there was also only one waffle bowl and no cones, and they would not make anymore if asked. At least the people were nice but I do not recommend unless you just want an ice cream cone and thats it.

I have been going to Baskin Robbins for year since they have new owner its a completely RIP OFF they weigh you icecream and its not worth the money you are paying...charge extra for things you suppose to get on a banana split .....will be my last time returning

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the brownie sundaes are good and other times they are a goopy, puddle of caramel and whats supposed to be ice cream. Come on management, train your personnel to do a better job because the lackluster customer service paired with soupy sundaes and stale waffle cones are a telltale sign of what you think about your customers.

I would not waste my time here unless you’re really craving their ice cream. They seem to keep hiring these slew of teens that are very unprofessional. What bothered me the most is that two different occasions I put in an order for a barrel of a seasonal flavor and i’d keep checking on it just to have it fall through so I don’t get it for (insert various reasons here) and have to wait until the next year. The second time this happened, I was pregnant and desperately wanted the flavor so I was incredibly incredibly bummed not to get it. I seriously hate this location and their management.

So as I asked questions about an ice cream cake the lady who answered the phone had a very heavy accent. she’s counting money on the phone and speaking with customers while on the phone with me I found that to be very unprofessional . not answering any of my questions Inquiring about the different sizes of the cake and prices and how much would a small be she didn’t give any prices. I asked about when the cake will be ready she did answer that question stating it will be ready in 24 hours then she said OK and hung up in my face as I’m trying to place an order for a Reese’s ice cream cake I couldn’t believe that she just hung up in my face when someone’s trying to do business or purchased from your company and this happened today which I feel is very rude that someone is acquiring about making a purchase and you just hang up in their face like their nobody. she didn’t even apologize or anything when I called back she just asked do you want to place an order what kind of customer service is this very rude And very unprofessional!

Over priced not worth the stop. Would have not taken ice cream because it was over priced for what you got. Not gourmet for sure. If it wouldnt have been for 8 yr old birthday. I would have walked away with three ice creme treats melting at counter

Best chocolate chip ever. The chips just melt in your mouth and you dont have to worry biting them because they just melt. Doesnt hurt my teeth. Out of all the ice cream in the world, this is by far my favorite which included Breyers, Mayfields, Kilwins, Blue Bunny Brewsters and etc. Just try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

We travel all over the place for work. We just had the worst Waffle cone ever. So stale and chewy ... we have never gotten a bad one. Shame on you all. You knew they were stale. But we wont come here again. And you only got one stare because we had to give you that to give a review..

My husband and I occasionally go there for dessert. They always have different flavors and give huge scoops so we always come back!

We went last night, I ordered the Banana Royale. There was only one scoop of ice cream in it. The cup wasnt even near halfway full. The new owners are a ripoff!

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience as far as customer service but they NEVER have the bubble gum ice cream in stock, it’s super annoying, I always end upsettling with sherbet.

Was quick and very clean. We enjoyed our ice cream.

I always forget that their Mint Chocolate Chip is the best. Great service too!
