Went in to purchase a bed set and Shiloh was such a great person to work with. My husband is a picky sensitive sleeper and Shiloh asked all the right questions to find the best mattress AND pillows for us. Definitely would recommend Shiloh, very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a great mattress for an even better price. Everything was perfect until delivery. They delivered my bed and platform which I was told would work great with my frame. When they brought it in the installer said they would not work together so I had them returned. I called Mattress Firm and they agreed to send out a new upgraded platform. That’s great, wow, Mattress Firm really stand behind their word. Everything was delivered when they said it would be. That’s when everything turned for the worse. They installed everything, damage my frame pretty severely. I immediately called Mattress Firm and reported the damage. They seemed to be concerned about this issue and reported it quickly to their 3rd party delivery company. I received a call that day letting me know that they would get this taken care of, just give them some time. After dealing with them for about a week they finally stopped taking my calls. I have reported this to Mattress Firm on several occasion in the past month and they have still neglected to take care of the situation. Continue to get the run around. I suggest to everyone looking for a Mattress to go somewhere else before purchasing from this place.

Josue was very helpful in selecting the proper mattress for my wife and I. Absolutely no pressure and any questions we had were answered professionally and respectfully. I would say I would definitely be going back soon, but the mattress we purchased is going to last for quite a few years. Highly disappointed!This is the second time I have had to cancel and order due to misguidance from store associates. First was a bed I purchased that was completely wrong for my sleep style and also had TERRIBLE reviews, I was totally lead on that the bed was amazing. After seeing the bed had under a 3 star review online I had to cancel the order and shop elsewhere because the bed sagged which was something I specifically asked about.Having the line of credit now opened in my name months back it seemed time to put it to use with a new topper for my old bed. After coming prepared by doing research online I told the associate exactly what I wanted, he even reaffirmed with me what I exactly wanted as he placed the order. He said there was the standard 120 return policy on it but this was not true.Looking at the receipt I was about to sign for I noticed it says no returns and that in fact this was not the topper size I asked for. He told me it was the only one he had available to choose from, so I guess he chose to order the wrong just to get the sale and not ask if an inch thicker topper is ok since I requested a specific size. .I now have canceled nearly 1500 worth of product and had to reshop some where else due to the lack of customer care given to people coming in. I was lied to both times about my purchase, so youre better off going some where else or doing your own research before going in. Also be a Karen and ask to see the computer screen before any order is finalized to make sure its actually what you asked for.

I went online to find out about what would be involved to get us a new mattress. I wanted a merchant that could accommodate a purchase, delivery and haul away the old bed set, during the Covid 19 pandemic. I researched Mattress Firm online for mattress manufacture selections, Covid protocol, reasonable pricing, ability to see, touch and lie down on the mattresses. I found a nearby store location and we proceeded on our adventure to the Mattress Firm Clearance Store at 13843 W Bell Rd in Surprise, AZ. We found the perfect mattress for us, quickly, and claimed it. We purchased it with a 0% financing transaction for 24 months. We are happy with our mattress purchase, easy and no pressure.

I have been wanting to purchase a new mattress because I haven’t been sleeping good. I knew I wanted to go back to a traditional mattress because my memory foam was too hot for me. I have been considering the brand Stearns and Foster along with Beautyrest. Since I have purchased a Stearns and Foster in the past at this location, I drove on over today. I met Denise the salesperson and she helped me find the bed for me and I chose another Stearns and Foster in queen size. Denise was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service shopping there today. I recommend this location and the salesperson Denise.

Dylan at Mattress firm Clearance and the rest of the team at Mattress Firm were really helpful, didnt screw around on price and certainly broke the typical stereotypes of what shopping for a mattress is like. Impressive!

We preshopped on line for a mattress that would meet our needs & had 3 options: Penny’s, Macy’s & Mattress & Mattress Firm. We were less than a mile from the Mattress Firm location nearest to our home. When we walked in we’re greeted by Dominic who asked if we were looking for anything in particular-it was our first visit to MF. He lets us wander for a few minutes- attentive to our location. When we landed in the right spot we looked up & responded immediately. We had about 10 questions- Dominic listened very well & answered with positive responses. At no time did we feel we were being “hustled”. We also learned some things about quality & mattress construction.He met our needs and closed the sale professionally - all the while treating us in very comfortable fashion!

We were very excited when we found the mattress we had just purchased for a cheaper price. The store quickly took care of us, had us inspect the mattress on the floor and we set up delivery. With the salesman right there, he, my husband, and I all went over the mattress to take note of any rips, stains, etc. There were none. We set up delivery and all was well. Our mattress was delivered a short time later and when I went to make the bed later that evening I found that the pillow top was torn. We called the mattress store and they arranged for another mattress to be delivered that they were picking up later in the week. They delivered that mattress and took the first one. My husband pointed out that the second mattress was stained and also had holes in the pillow top. We spoke to both the delivery team and the store. The store said they would look for another mattress for us and to keep that one until a new one could be found since they had taken our other mattress. Never heard a word since. My husband followed up a few times but nothing was ever done to correct the issue. Had the mattress we inspected had holes at the time of inspection I wouldn’t say anything but it seems a little seedy to have us inspect the mattress, note that there was no visual damage then deliver a mattress that was stained and torn. Buyer beware.

Beds sre pricy and I was able to get a kinv matters and frame for half the cost of a new one. When you need one and can not afford new take a look here.

Needed a new bed, heard sales event commercials on radio, had a coupon even for $100 off. Dirk (salesman) wasnt pushy, knew his beds, had a great personality, funny, could sit and have a great convo for a couple hours it seemed and he left us alone even for 10 minutes at the end so we could decide. The sales going on at the time was amazing!! Over $1000+ off the bed. Would recommend this place anyday over any other stores.
